Very beautiful resort, calm atmosphere but very very quiet 🤐 The staff is very friendly and the property is well maintained. Be advised that there is no tv in the rooms, the massage area in about a 5min walk from the rooms and you have to pay for both your meals and drinks although I think you can pay for a meal service while on your stay. The rooms are very nicely decorated and come with two complementary water bottles which I thought added a nice touch 👍🏽 It’s just too a quiet for me!

I thought for a 5-star hotel the rooms were severely lacking in style and upgrades. The grounds are lovely but when I walked into my room it felt as if I'd been transported back into the 80s. Small white tiles with old cabinetry and an air conditioning unit that created water condensation all over the slippery white tiles that extended into the bathroom. I told room service about the water condensation issue when I first came into the room and they said it was something that happens often due to having the ac on and the temperatures outside. However, I've stayed at other such resorts, 5-star, and never experienced this issue to this extent - the floors were wet and slippery. Their solution was to put towels on the floor where the water had become puddles, which immediately brought down the room aesthetic even further. The real issues began however, when I turned the water on to take a shower and then quickly went out of the bathroom to put something down (not even 30 seconds) and when I walked back into the shower I slipped and fell and obtained a concussion. The reason for the slip was as a result of the poor configuration of the bathroom. I'm a fit 30-something and have never had a slip and fall before. The shower had a glass closure that only went halfway and the shower sprayed water way beyond the point of where the glass closure ended. The white tiles I described previously had no grip and were extremely slippery, even when not wet, and even though there was a towel put down on the floor by housekeeping, presumably to account for the bathroom issues, it did not solve the problem. Inevitably, the water created a puddle that you could not see because of the white tiles and when I turned the corner of the bathroom to get into the shower my legs went from under me and my head hit hard directly onto the tiles. I had to crawl to the phone to try and get help because I was there alone. Thank God I didn't lose consciousness because there would have been nobody around to assist me. The immediate staff that came were helpful and friendly and saw the shower issue immediately. The doctor was called, who was also phenomenal. She confirmed I had a concussion and said I'd feel sore and get even more sore over the next few days given the nature of the fall. It was when the manager came that things took a bad turn as it relates to service. One of his initial responses was that I didn't have a bruise, so that was good news. Even though the doctor confirmed that I had a concussion and that it was the equivalent of whip lash in a car crash. I couldn't even turn my head left or right and my head was pounding on all sides. The manager's comment felt completely misplaced and insensitive - like he was most concerned with the hotel's liability than my health and well-being. Not to mention, it is widely known that on darker skin tones it is harder to see bruising but that doesn't mean they aren't there. For my concussion and missing the wedding and inability to fully enjoy the remainder of my stay, the manager only offered me a free pedicure, transportation across the street to the wedding venue (for the wedding I missed), and paid for the doctor's bill. I asked that they cover the cost of the trip and he refused to do so. Honestly, even if they'd covered the nights of my stay from the date of the incident until I left I would have appreciated it, since it severely impacted my stay. I missed the wedding, I was in constant pain, I couldn't handle too much sunlight due to the concussion, and I had to stay another night due to the pain and the fact that my doctor advised against traveling given my concussion diagnosis. Given Round Hill's supposed 5-star rating, I thought management's handling of the issue was atrocious. At 5-star resorts I'm used to management making it clear in every way that the guest comes above all and every accommodation being made to ensure that guest goes away feeling happy and cared for. Unfortunately, I left with an injury and a feeling of being cheated and duped.

Simply the best. If you want mass produced, generic Pablum, go to Sandals. If you want truly beautiful grounds, amazing views, attentive and personalized service and the best Jamaica has to offer, come here. Everything about this place is wonderful, cannot wait to come back. The staff are so kind, the rum cocktails are so good and the pools are a delight. We loved every minute except when we had to leave!

Five stars is an understatement! Our first trip at Round Hill for our daughter’s first birthday could not have been more special! From the management, beach staff, restaurant staff, and housekeeping staff we’ve received nothing but five star service! Everyone said hello to our daughter, remembered her name, and wished her a happy birthday. We haven’t left yet and are already planning our next trip. While many groups seem to travel to Round hill we came as only three and stayed in one of the pineapple rooms (basic rooms). I think it’s a beautiful place to stay with very comfortable accommodations- separate bath and shower, and a balcony for lounging with beautiful ocean views. The gym is great and and the property grounds are magnificent. I cannot fathom the amount of gardening, grooming and upkeep to keep this expansive property looking so beautiful yet so undisturbed. Take a walk to the top of the hill and check out the vegetable/herb garden and panoramic views of Jamaica. Food is delicious and very high quality. 9 days and I’m not tired of it! We will most definitely return!

Our late July 2021 trip to Round Hill was absolutely fantastic! We wanted a quick getaway to a high end resort destination trip, planning and booking in advance by only a few weeks at the suggestion and with the help of Crossing Travel, an excellent boutique travel agency in the UK. As a family of 5, we stayed in the fabulous Villa 6. The large and breezy veranda with comfortable furnishings overlooked our full size private pool with expertly manicured Round Hill landscaping and ocean views in the background. Bedrooms were very comfortable with excellent air conditioning. Bathrooms have plenty of countertop room to spread out with double vanity sinks, along with spacious showers and oversized tubs. We enjoyed playing tennis near daily and had 3 high quality clay courts available to us just a quick minute walk from the villa. Staff there are very gracious and kindly offer to chase down your balls as a nice bonus to the experience. The facility grounds are tiered beautifully and very walkable, yet all the villas are perfectly positioned to provide an amazing amount of privacy. The staff is attentive, patient and always pleasant. Tiffany was our concierge and she offered quick attention to our immediate needs on arrival and personally came to our villa to fully brief us on the resort activities and meal options. She also served as a readily available host to direct us on activities outside the resort and booked our dinner reservations. Sylvester was our gardener and pool keeper, a kind and hardworking man eager to make our outside villa experience better in any way. The true charm of our entire stay were our personal housekeepers and chefs – Angela, Donna, and Daedrea. These three ladies individually and collectively have hearts of gold, exude a genuine kindness with a world class level of servant’s care, and worked tirelessly to accommodate any of our wishes. Angela cooked our daily breakfasts, American or Jamaican style per our request, each morning and arrived early to ensure everything was prepared to her high standard. The culmination of our trip was having these three ladies cook our dinner the night before we left to go home. We set the menu in advance and enjoyed a unique experience of authentic Jamaican food, freshly cooked just steps away from the veranda dining table in the full kitchen. We treasured our conversations with these precious women and are so fortunate to have them serve us during our short week at Round Hill. They are angels on earth and we most look forward to coming back to villa 6 one day to see them again.

We were here for a wedding and everything could have not been more perfect. My boyfriend (who was in the wedding party) forgot his cuff links, and the staff was beyond helpful and tracked down a pair for him to borrow. Above and beyond! Not to mention the views were beautiful from every hotel room and villa.

I went with my wife on this trip and we cannot say good enough things about the resort. The grounds, pool, beach, and rooms are fantastic with spectacular views. Huge shoutout to the staff who were top notch. I cannot remember everyone's name but gregory, paul, jody, and others at lunch/dinner. Stuart, Larry, and all the guys working the beach/pool for food/drinks. Our guy Kemar in the cocktail bar who not only is a great worker but also an amazing person. Wade at the concierge who from booking through our time there always made sure we were taken care of. The entertainment every night was top notch too. I would highly recommend this resort to couples and families (kids club, nannys, tons of activities). Rain or Shine, we had a lot of fun.

Concierge Wade is best!!! We just left this beautiful place and we miss it already. The pool bar team with Larry and Ottis is so much fun and they sure take care of you. David the life guard is awesome as well. We will definitely go back to this wonderful tropical paradise.. The jerk chicken was out of this world.

This is more than a hotel...its an entire experience of Luxury!! you can be assigned your own personal butler, chef and they can also arrange to take to shopping if you want to explore outside of property. this is an excellent choice for any and every reunion!! for weddings, they work with you from start to finish, just tell them what you want and its all done!! book an entire villa. Various sizes available...everything is on property...very Huge property with own golf course over looking the Caribbean sea. best photo ops. there is nothing that you need that they wont provide. dining is superb. there is nothing you for you to do but show up. pamper you from the minute you arrive even to help you check in at airport if you are travelling out of Jamaica. First class hotel by far. 1 of the best in the entire Jamaica!!

Round Hill is PERFECTION when it comes to relaxation, ambiance, breathtaking views, marvelous service and endless romantic options. The rooms and cottages are clean, well furnished, intimate, no distractions (tv, etc.), the staff is friendly and accommodating, the food and drinks were very good. The water sports were fun and the property had all you need for the perfect staycation. I look forward to returning to Round Hill in the near future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Round Hill Hotel & Villas. The property is absolutely gorgeous and boast lusch tropical gardens, manicured landscapes and a private beach. Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly and professional staff. The service was impeccable. The staff was accommodating and showed true Jamaican hospitality. Every interaction with the staff was plesant. The oceanfront suite was comfortable and the view was breathtaking. The atmosphere was relaxing. The food was very tasty. The beach front Jamaican barbecue was a great experience. It was exactly what I imagined a dinner on the beach would be. The resort has several menus; satisfying the most discerning palates. The property host a complimentary tea and provides an array of complimentary water sports. My only recommendation is more ventilation in the bathrooms to control humidity and improve the cooling of the room. Will be back next year.

Don’t even know where to begin - every single staff from start to finish were so friendly and courteous. Their attention to detail and the way they greeted us by name every single time… seriously surpasses any level of customer service we have received in other establishments. Besides that, the pool, beach, everywhere were kept clean and quiet. Absolutely loved how serene the whole resort was, it was a perfect destination for winding down and relaxing. The rendezvous spa package was excellent with the right amount of pressure requested. Gym was well equipped. Although good, the food was too expensive IMO ($300-400 for 2 people for dinner!) - the raw tuna foods were ok, maybe too chewy, but the lamb chops, crab cake, seafood bisque, and braised oxtail were especially delicious. We had the all inclusive meal plan, which seemed to be a better deal than paying ala carte. All in all, I returned home 5 shades darker, and would love to come back.

Gorgeous resort, absolutely breathtaking! However they don’t fully have their act together. We signed up to have a breakfast and dinner meal plan and when they emailed us about it and assumed we were good, apparently not! We were told we were supposed to check in with them about it when we checked it (it did not say anything like that in our meal plan correspondence) and since we didn’t there was nothing they could do and we were in the hook for all our meals! Ridiculous! So if you go, just be pedantic and stay on top of their staff to make sure they’re doing everything they said they would. Last note, if you go off season be prepared to listen to heavy machinery during your stay. It seems like our villa was right up against active construction.

Absolutely beautiful and restful location. The turndown/breakfast service is wonderful with fresh local fruits and coffee. We have been twice. All the staff is incredible! Steve, at the beachside, taught our son to catch crabs so he kept busy catching crabs all day. The pavilion homes are open, airy and make one feel as if they are living in paradise. The only downside is the distance to any other facilities for food or fun.

We had the most extraordinary, wonderful family experience. We spent the week in Villa 1 and our cook, Nelda and housekeepers, Koreen and OneKo were spectacular. They prepared breakfast every morning, making all our requests and the Villa was kept clean and always fresh towels and amenities. The gardener, Steve was so friendly and each morning cleaned the pool and restocked beach towels, not to mention all the things he did to assist the Nelda, Koreen and OneKo. The resort staff were so accommodating and always interested in how we were doing. Delano in the dining room became a quick favorite and friend. Everyone wants to go back!!!!

Beautiful grounds, excellent staff, not disability friendly at all for people with limited mobility, no wheel chair access to most facilities including restaurants and bars and most rooms, limited menu with most foods being only mediocre, extremely over-priced.

My vacation from beginning to end was ideal. The staff is kind. The property is beautiful. And the vibe makes you want to stay. My villa was perfect. I went to the spa everyday and was blissed out of my mind. I came back to the states ready to come back to Roundhill!

There is a reason why this place remains #1. I had an amazing dining experience here. I met 6 guests here and we all agreed. They had been dinning here for over 8 years . It happened to be Jamaican night and I was in for a treat. Every dish was perfectly plated and done to perfection. The atmosphere was magical . It rained and staff was able to move us to the upper deck seamlessly. White glove service .
