This was my second visit to Montego Bay and I was excited about trying this resort as I had heard great things about it in the past. Well "great" is not how I would describe it! I rated this a 2 stars because I rounded up. First, the check in process was horrendous. We had to wait almost 3 hours to get checked in. We were constantly being given one excuse after another as to why our rooms were not ready. Once checked it, the room was clean and very nice so that was a plus. However, we were missing supplies that should have been provided with the room. We reported it but never got that resolved by the staff. We were traveling with a group so they set us up with rooms with adjoining rooms which was great. However, they put a couple between us which would not have been an issue except the door separating the rooms was not locked. That as you can imagine created a real problem and at a minimum a security issue. Not acceptable! That was reported as well and was never corrected until the day before we were leaving. The food in the restaurants was mediocre at best. Feels like corners were being cut from a food selection perspective, quality and the ability to even get food at certain times of the day. The grounds were well maintained and of course the beach was very beautiful, another plus. I guess overall I was expecting more based on the money that we paid and my prior experience. I can honestly say that I was very disappointed in a place that I love so much. While I will travel to Jamaica again I am certain, I will NEVER stay at this resort. And, I cannot recommend anyone else try this place because unfortunately, this was not worth the money. I hope that there are plans in place from a management perspective to really improve the customer experience here. Give customers the 5-star experience that you promote! Vacations are so very important in my life and very hard to plan in my profession. When I get the opportunity to get out and enjoy, I like to take full advantage of it. I want to walk away feeling like it was all worth it. Unfortunately, this one missed the mark. By the way, I was just here a week ago.

I've been to a few resorts in Montego Bay. While this is not my favorite resort, it was still pretty good. You will have a good time with all the food you can eat and free flowing drinks. The property is a nice size but not too big that it's overwhelming. There were a lot of restaurants to choose from and for the most part the food was good. Just a little advice, the hibachi restaurant is the only one that requires a reservation so reserve on your first night there, or it will be booked up. You can always eat there, but you have to have reservations for the hibachi part. The resort staff was very pleasant. One of the housekeepers I met named Cheston was so nice. Every time I saw him, he spoke and asked if there was anything I needed for my room without me having to ask him, and one time I needed extra towels, and he literally ran to get them. He was awesome. Everyone was so nice. The beach on the property was beautiful as well as the pools. But I prefer sitting out on the ocean. I don't usually buy pictures on vacation because I take my own with my phone, but the photographer Shawn T and his fun and bubbly personality made me want to buy multiple. One of my only complaints is that the room that my friend and I had was very dusty I always sanitize when I get in my rooms but I hated that it wasn't as clean as it could be. I told the front desk and they apologized and even sent champagne to our room. Another thing I wished was better was the staff bringing drinks to the pool and beach.

Property is beautiful ..however , resort seems a bit smaller than the others I have been to. We had a really nice ocean view from our room. People working there are jovial and welcoming. Be aware that their check in will legit take 2 hrs , until then, you are allowed to explore the properly and eat food. Check in time is typically around 3:00 pm. Food at the buffet , the jerk chicken cart and the burger place was great. You can get fresh coconuts as well by the pool which was a nice touch. Food at the restaurants for dinner were mediocre at the best. I have had better food at the other resort. Room service food , although it took an hr to arrive , was actually really good compared to restaurants. Entertainment by the pool was alright and got worse at night. They don’t have a proper sports bar if you are a sports buff. They do have couple of spots indoor and outdoor to watch your sports but it’s not that great. All in all …I would not go back here again considering the amount of money you pay.

Everything was great except some of the food. We were on the preferred side so it was the "quiet side". But we were there for a birthday party so we were ready to have a good time, not a quiet time. But the butlers were amazing. Specifically, Andre and Chase. Andre took care of us with no problems at all. Chase was my friend's butler and it was her birthday, he had the room decorated and catered to her the entire time. The jerk chicken stand was the best food on the resort. Desires (resort club) was so much fun, the music was perfect and the DJ was hype. We went to Breathless, the resort converted to Secrets and it was very nice as well. The food was great, drinks were good and the pool area was so nice. We really had a great time. Definitely would recommend this resort.

Not amazing, not horrible either. Was disappointed because it did not live up to the 5 Star resort as it was advertised. Beautiful grounds, amazing ground and bar staff. Free snorkeling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The beaches were lovely. The hot tubs were actually HOT! Housekeeping was hit or miss (never restocked wash cloths, coffee, conditioner). All three resorts (Wild Orchard, St. James and Breathless) share the same restaurants so getting a reservation/food took hours. Constantly could not eat dinner until after 10 pm. Check in took hours, was not able to access the room until after 6 pm. They charged for a let check out and still locked us out of our room. You can stay elsewhere for less in Jamaica and have the same experience.

This hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The first night we stayed at the main property then moved to the preferred side the next day and for the remainder of our trip. The preferred side is much better than the main hotel and definitely worth the upgrade. The room was noticeably better kept, has a two person jetted tub on the balcony, you have access to Breathless (more upbeat, great pool, rooftop pool/bar, and more restaurants), and the preferred lounge. If we had remained at the main hotel, my rating would be closer to a high 3.

There were some good things about this resort and also some not so amazing things. We stayed for 6 days and got a pretty decent deal. Overall I would say the service was amazing. And we loved how close it was to the beach. The people were excellent and took care of us. With that being said the facility needs some serious work. The pools were not maintained and tiles were falling off while we were swimming. There was noticeable wear in our room from damaged floors that were not fixed properly. We have been to other secrets and this one is desperate need of repairs. We also felt like the cleaning staff would miss things a lot and we were always asking for more towels. As far as the food we felt like the buffets were great and the Italian restaurant and hibachi were good but the rest was just average and not amazing. The Jamaican food near the pools was also great. The best meal we had tho here was off the resort. The last thing I will say is that staff did not enforce pool or quiet time. There were people smoking everywhere and swimming in the pools very loudly at 3am every single night. We are still secrets fans but may not stay at this location again until there are renovations completed.

Not even close to a 5-star resort... We paid for an ocean view which we never got. They said there were no more rooms available. Cons- Rooms were extremely dirty, dusty, and NOT well kept up. Housekeeping & maintenance services do not do a good job of cleaning the rooms. And making sure they look as they are advertised online. Bars were not stocked with top-shelf liquor. The liquor seemed to be diluted. They kept running out of bottles. Room service, we had to wait about 2-3 hours for the food to be delivered to our room. Food/restaurant were just okay. Pros - Most of the staff was friendly and courteous. Great location, scenic views, beautiful beach.

The resort was very quiet compared to some of the other all inclusive in Jamaica which was great. The location was beautiful and entertainment was on point. The only down sides were that room service took a LONG time and we had to request things like towels multiple time. Additionally, the food was mediocre at best, for over $600 a night you would expect a bit better.

My husband and I had such an amazing time here celebrating our honeymoon. The views were beautiful, the service was great, and the food was delicious. I am vegan and I loved the options at the buffet and restaurants. Chef Antonio made sure we knew what was good to eat and was very attentive. Delicious, one of the event coordinators was so friendly and really became a friend while we were there, getting us involved with the events happening around the resort. Overall our experience was lovely, which is why I give this resort 5 stars. However, there was something very upsetting that occurred toward the end of our visit. When we checked in, we received several coupons from the office, as well as, discounts from our travel agent for the spa. My husband and I enjoyed a couples massage. When we went to pay at the end, the gentleman told us the total. In which I replied, "Okay, I have a coupon here." I went to grab the coupons out of my purse, and he replied, "Oh, we don't take those here." Dumbstruck, I tried asking him about it, but he was adamant. He then said they only took cash anyways and I only had my card so he told me to pay at the reception desk. I turned to my husband and told him we would be able to fix this mishap at reception. So, we went to settle our bill at the front for the spa and an excursion we went on. I told her the problem with the coupons. She told me that I had to have showed the person at the spa the coupon in order for them to honor it. I replied, "He told me he didn't accept it before I could even take it out of my bag." She said, "I don't know why he said that, but you had to have shown it to him." I said, "You see how I would be confused and not show him the coupon when he literally told me they don't accept any coupons, right?" She seemed to agree with me and went to the back, I assumed to speak with the manager. My husband and I waited for her to return. When she did, she had a bill that was honoring the $40 coupon. I split my bill into 2 payments, 1 cash and 1 card. I paid the one in cash (which included the bill for the spa, now honoring my discount). As I go to pay the second bill on my card, I notice it is higher than it was before. We ask her, why. She tries to brush it off and says it was for purchases made at the little gift shop. We bought bug spray... that's it. Granted, it was very expensive, but not $40 worth. When I question further, she breaks down and states that she checked in the back, and the price the spa gave us was actually already honoring the coupon. Huh? I don't remember what was said after this, but once I realized that the people handling our money at the front of a 5 star resort, will literally do something as shady as pretend they are honoring a coupon then move the charge to a different bill and hope you don't notice, I gave up arguing over $40. I was ready to come home. I felt like they saw we were a younger couple, so they thought they could take advantage (granted, they did). Either that, or their spa is just a scam. Both don't sound great.

The resort is gorgeous, the variety of pools and beach areas were perfect, there was a different place to hang each day. Drinks and food accessible throughout the entire day, 24 hour cafe for all kinds of coffee and breakfast treats, a few stores on site as well. A variety of different restaurants with different cuisines. The rooms were nice, each has a balcony or patio which was very important IMO. The rooms are like any beach resort room, can get damp, but not nearly as bad as hotels that are not high end. We only saw 2 large bugs in our room, no more than that. The staff is just amazing. Super nice all the time, very very accommodating, we were never told No, they always found a way to accommodate us. Can’t wait to return again, it was truly magical.

I and my partner are currently on location at the Secrets Wild Orchid, Montego Bay. We upgraded our room to an ocean view and we are pleased with that. Unfortunately, however, it is an athletic event to get a chair or a place to sit in the entire area unless you are in a preferred class. It seems incredibly for service not to be able to service the people who have paid to come to the resort with a proper chair for the pool or the beach. Some people are getting up at 4 AM in the morning simply to get a chair around the pool. This is supposed to be holidays, not the pool chair Olympics. Additionally, the food while good is highly variable in its timing. There is a breakfast buffet, as well as a lunch buffet and you must lineup and wait to be seated. Your room number is taken as is your name each time. This delays the process of being seated. The line ups are often long. We have dietary sensitivities, and the staff asked each time, so this is helpful, but choices are limited for those with dietary restrictions. The night life is good, the drinks are strong, the servers are kind and accommodating. Even so, I would not be able to return or recommend this resort in large part due to the severe problems with beach or pool seating and the lack of timely and accommodating meals.

The weather, view, and service were amazing. The entire grounds were so clean and secure. Most of the staff was very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised to find that NONE of our drinks were watered down 🙂. I expected that to be the case since it was an "all-inclusive" trip. The breakfast buffet was excellent the remaining food ranged from pretty good to very tasty. The jerk chicken cart on the beach was absolutely the BEST. I loved hearing the musician serenading the guests with his saxophone at sunset. The excursions were awesome. The rain showers didn't affect the weather at all! It was the perfect trip from start to finish. Can't wait to go back.

Positives: Wonderful time to relax and enjoy time away.... beautiful weather! The seaside very serene .....99% of the service was very pleasant and accommodating. Food was very well prepared as well as presented.... good variety to choose from! The grounds were well kept. Negatives: My biggest disappointment was the attempt at entertainment.... Poorly put together, very immature in both performance and theme....the acoustics were horrid.... unbearably deafening and garbled. Also, the game room reeked of mold/mildew to the point it was unthinkable to stay beyond 1-2 minutes breathing the polluted room air....the attendant was very uninterested in our arrival or our attempts to inquire of the games available. Overall we enjoyed our time there! Yeah, Mon!

Nice view and well located resort. Disappointed of the service and quality of facilities. First day of arrival requested smaller pillow in the 24h room service, twice, never got it. Then ordered drinks on the beach to two different server and never got any after 1h. Toilets at the beach are not a 5* level and paid 3000$ from Canada for luxury…. Still have a week left, I’ll keep you posted if things change in a positive way, want to be fair!

Actually visited this property on a client visit for work. Tour of the property lasted 3 hours and the look and feel of the Resorts were fantastic. Management seem to have a cordial relationship with staff and the Team members appeared delighted and happy in executing their duties. There are actually 3 Resorts and 2 sit directly adjacent to each with similar amenities. Secrets St James cater to a more mature guest profile and is more suited to the guest who really wants to relax. Secrets Wild Orchids is for the chic fun and vibrant guests and has more uptempo activities. Both have a Preferred Club which comes at an additional cost with additional amenities. Then there is the Breathless arm and this is where it's it's at, it's lit here!!!! The view from the Altitude Bar is to die for and generally the view here at this Resort is breathtaking. Oh and the hotels are actually located in the Peninsula which affords beautiful views of and access to the Caribbean Sea. As always, there are Ocean and Garden views. I did not overnight however tours of the rooms revealed quiet and lovely ambiance. I do plan on returning in a personal capacity nd yes they are adult only but not couples only. Do check them out and thank me later😘

The rooms were pretty standard if you've gone to any hotel similar. But the ocean front view was lovely. The complementary drinks when you arrive is a nice touch. There were one or two issues when it came to the mini-fridge being stocked on arrival. But in all it was a good stay.

Booked all inclusive vacation package and called them ahead of time to ask about my dietary restrictions. But very disappointed with the food options here. They have very very limited options for vegetarian - vegan - gluten free allergies. For example they have no vegetarian burger even though it's listed on the menu. The server at the grill restaurant said they have been out of stock for vegetarian burger for a long time. I have a nice ocean view room which I paid a lot of money for. Service is nice if you keep tipping them. The vibe is nice at the pool...good music and drinks etc. Please be advised pool area is not super big. Room service takes 1 hour average to have anything delivered to you. There are better resorts in the market. Please don't book here and take your business elsewhere.

Firstly the staff from housekeeping, to the restaurants, to poolside were friendly and went out of the way to be helpful. They were fantastic. I cannot say the same for the concierge staff. The pools were great and we very much enjoyed the room we were booked in to. In my experience however this is not the resort to go to if you have mobility issues. The only accommodation provided was a room close to the elevator which was very much appreciated. There were no other accommodations offered. We were told this was all that could be done. The restaurants are quite far for anyone with difficulty walking. We attended a seminar which was not a positive experience. In this seminar where they were selling vacation club membership we were offered a room closer to the restaurants and a cart to shuttle us when the distance was too far. So basically the hotel said there was nothing they could do but in the seminar we were told additional accommodations could be made for a hefty price of signing up for their package. Accommodations for persons with disabilities should not be provided only if you upgrade to preferred status One would think hotels have a duty to accommodate. So in summary, I would not recommend this hotel to any persons who are physically challenged.

This resort was amazing! We stayed on the preferred side. Check in was fast, rooms were great, it was nice being able to come down stairs to breakfast and snacks. No line ups for the downstairs area. Chairs were always easy to find around the preferred pool. For restaurants we always ate around 8 or 9 and found it wasn't that long of waits then. Everyone was so friendly except for the spa people. I would honestly not even waste your money going to the spa. Like we enjoyed the massage and facial but for the price of it, it was a one time thing. Our pedicure people were unwelcoming. Then my sister and the person she was with got treated so horrible that she almost walked out of there. Some of their staff made you feel like you were wasting their time. For the bars Alvin and the others were amazing! Then Dan who brought drinks on the beach knows how to brighten the day up! Loved their personality!

Awesome time had by my wife and I! Service was top notch from beginning to end! Marlando, our bartender at the pool, was amazing all week! Felicia was as well! We will recommend this resort to all! Thank you!

This was our first trip to Jamaica and we travelled with 8 of our friends/family for our wedding. It was amazing! From the amazing butler service we rec’d from Darwin and Tajae, to all of the servers, cleaning staff, bartenders, grounds guys etc they were all very friendly and welcoming. The wedding staff were so helpful and the minister was awesome! We don’t have anything bad to say about any of it. Any little bump that came up was handled quickly, efficiently and with great professionalism. The entertainment crew worked very hard to provide enjoyable shows. We really can’t wait to return for our anniversary 😊

The cleanliness of our room when we showed up was not what we were expecting. There was makeup on one of the pillows, and the tub was dirty. Our hot tub on our balcony would shut off after running for about a minute. The restaurant wait staff was hit or miss. The bartenders were really good though. With Chevronne being by far the best of them. The brunches were good with plenty of good food. The French restaurant was by far the best of the restaurants IMO.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The resort handles everything luggage, transportation, meals and booking any excursions you may want to do while in Jamaica. There are pools and plenty of seating at the beach. There was a breakfast and lunch buffet everyday as well as two grilles open and sometimes a man with jerk chicken. The breakfast buffet has just about any breakfast food I could think of. The grilles have lunch items like burgers and jerk chicken and such. For dinner we went to a different restaurant each night. They had Italian, French, Jamaican, Mexican, and Japanese restaurants. I found the food very tasty and I don't really have any complaints. I read in other reviews complaints of long waits to eat. This didn't effect me negatively they way I thought it would. We just went down between 6-6:30 and never experienced any long wait. We did wait about a half hour for the Italian restaurant but it was only because we went to a later dinner at 8 o'clock. Also our trip was in December so it wasn't peak season. I would go again for a special occasion , I was very pleased to see there was alot of effort to make everything special.

We had a great time at Secrets St. James Montego Bay! Our room was nice and spacious and offered everything we could expect. The food was excellent. We have especially enjoyed dinners at the à la carte restaurants. We have tried them all and only have good words with regards to service and quality. There is no need for reservations so the process is hassle free. The staff we have interacted with were all very friendly.

This resort was very nice the views from my room was amazing. I came here for my birthday trip and as soon as we got there the staff was so nice and welcoming. The beach was beautiful blue waters and the pools was very relaxing. I would say if you’re going to just relax and chill this is the spot for you but if you’re going to chill but still want that night life and party feel upgrade to preferred club so you can have access to breathless where there is more night life and fun activities to do there. The food was really good all restaurants and breakfast buffet was really good they have different varieties of food so that was a plus. But again if you upgrade to preferred club you be able to have access to breathless restaurants as well and they have amazing food too.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing. Our room was comfortable and clean, it had an ocean view and a jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a variety of foods and drinks. We enjoyed dinner on the beach, a fashion show, live music, and shopping. The resort was close to shopping in the city and a few good restaurants. Thanks to one of the staff Shannamar who was extremely helpful the entire visit. We are planning to return in the future.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and even though we enjoyed the beach and the pools and the bars, it did not live up to a 5 star hotel. Room service took about an hour to arrive our room, the food at the restaurants were school cafeteria quality and housekeeping didn’t provide many towels and wouldn’t come everyday, even when we left the sign at the door. Our romantic dinner that came with the package was limited to a couple menu options and it wasn’t that good. We got the lobster salad and the lobster was mostly frozen mildly cooked, and the salmon was pretty raw. Also, the daytime lady at Coco’s Coffee was rude and seemed to hate her job during our 5 days stay. We liked the atmosphere here but we wouldn’t come back.

We loved that the resort was combined with two other hotels. It made for great walking and exploring. Service was not what you would expect, some staff members are friendly while others are rude or could careless. They need to work on food service hours not everyone wants to eat dinner late. The best site restaurants were the Japanese and World Cafe sites. We ordered room service to be delivered on our last morning because our flight was so early it never arrived. Our travel agent requested a bottle of wine to be delivered to us upon arrival we never received it. Our ceiling started leaking in the bathroom on our last night. Staff did show up but didn't know what was wrong. My husband and I requested to have a car to do some sight seeing. We paid the driver plus a generous tip. Upon check out we had been charged again for the hotel calling the taxi for us. $299!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Laughable in fact. For an all inclusive resort we expected much better. The vacation was nice but customer service was lacking among a few other things. The island is beautiful but this resort needs to tighten up a bit. Too expensive to be lacking this much!

  • 3/5 Erica N. 8 months ago on Google
Overall, this was a lovely resort with some pros and cons. My first time in Jamaica was really nice and I look forward to coming back to experience other parts of the island. Pros The people on the resort are extremely friendly and go out their way to assist in any way possible. I liked how quaint the resort was, meaning, all the nearby food spots, cafe, gift shops and entertainment, were not directly within the resort itself but adjacent and within walking distance to the sister resort next door. If you ever been to a Mexico or DR resort, it's not that. Variety of food for all to enjoy. The beach area was so relaxing, on any given day/time you can find an empty chair, each seat was a good seat from sand to beach. And the water was so relaxing and warm. We were able to go to the rooftop at the resort Breathless, man o man, the views up top there will have you in awe. One of the resort workers gave us a mini history lesson on some of the fruits and plants there, I thought that was awesome, we learned the benefits of soursop leaves. Beautiful scene, they had these rock bridges that went out into the water, great spot to getting a closer look at the ocean or take pictures, bring your phone tripods, set a timer and take great shots. Cons Beware if you get a first-floor room, we had what seemed like numerous amounts of mosquitos EVERY DAY. It was difficult to function at times, I was bitten every night. I put a call in to have them spray and was told we have to be out the room, which was fine because we were on our way to dinner. When we came back, the room had NOT been sprayed and yet another sleepless night of getting ate by mosquitos. Someone did eventually stop by later evening when we returned and was ready to spray, I said we are back in from dinner now and not going back out, he said someone had to be in the room to let him in, but I was told by the front desk to go to dinner so they could spray!! This is an adult only resort and I got quite the Suprise. While flipping through the tv trying to find a movie to watch, I happened upon not 1, not 2 but 3 channels that were adult channels! We are not into this, and this totally took us by surprise, not everyone is a couple staying at this resort, some are on girls' trips, etc., What folks do is what they do, but I would appreciate some courtesy and maybe make these channels optional at check-in. I recommend drinking bottled water as much as possible, I, unfortunately, got a little stomach bug on day 2 of our trip, perhaps consumed something contaminated in the water or food, once I fasted and drank more bottled water, I was fine to finish out my trip. Obviously, this won't be the case for everyone; just sharing my experience as it relates to my trip, it could help, who knows. Our room was not well maintained with clean linen and towels. We had to grab one of the ladies from the outside to let them know when needed new towels on a few occasions. Neither of these experiences outweighed the other. I look forward to coming back in the near future, we met so many people from all over, that's another great addition when traveling to these resorts, you meet people from all over the world.

We were there for 4 days for our 1st anniversary in 2016. Was our first (and only so far) stay there. Was AWESOME the entire time!! Staff were GREAT! Friendly AND professional!! Accommodations and foods were AWESOME!! If we can ever get back to Montego Bay - I’m sure we’ll stay here again!! THANKS!!

Jamaica has warm and clear water beaches and very friendly people. The only thing I would change about this resort is access to food. I felt like I was always hungry. If I went to the restaurants, the wait times were crazy long! The beach lunch spots were a bit faster with better food. 🐌 There was a beach BBQ cart that would come around with the best jerk chicken I've ever had!! Must try! The tablet in our room never worked correctly so we couldn't order room service or even see a menu to order by phone. 📵 For some reason they stopped cleaning our room for a few days, and would randomly take towels out of our room. My wife and I had to share one towel multiple times in our 5 day stay here. We tried to use our in room jet tub and the drain got stuck closed.🛁 The walk in shower was great!! 🚿 Great shops here as well. Be prepared to walk a lot! The restaurants are on one end and rooms on the other end of the resort. Beaches were very very soft with lots of lounge chairs. 🏖️🩴 We did see some jelly fish the last two days of stay and I think that was due to the stormy conditions that wind blew them in. Got to touch one, pretty cool! 🪼 Make sure you do the bio luminescence excursion!! What a wonderful thing to see. All in all an amazing experience to be here and would do it again.

I had an Amazing time in Jamaica and definitely going back especially because of the STAFFS everyone was nice/pleasant ESPECIALLY (Jamal, Nadesha, and Robert) they were overly attentive, nice, and welcoming. You can tell they enjoy working there and making the visitors feel at home and as happy as possible. The only problem my partner and I had was the food its eatable but not what we were expecting , they need to bring out the culture more.

We met a lot of great people there and had fun. The bartenders and the entertainment people were super nice, but the rest of the experience was just...meh. our room was fine but the AC didn't work and everything was always...moist. the front desk area was gloomy and just not what we expected. And it's about 2 to 3 hours from the excursions so those are all day propositions.

Not the worst but definitely does not live up to its 4 “diamonds “. Most staff was great, others are just miserable and don’t want to work. Food wasn’t impressive at all. I didn’t expect the food to be amazing because they cook in mass quantities but definitely could do better. I’m not sure if they have issues with their sewage system, but half the resort and the rooms smell like sewage. Don’t even try to order room service. We ordered and they never came. We called the desk multiple times and they said room service was on the way. Never came. I have stayed at cheaper all inclusive resorts in Montego Bay and have had a better experience. I’m not sure if things have gone down hill since COVID but this was truly a disappointment.

Overall, I had an amazing stay at the resort. Great options for food and drinks and I have to say that Ingrid Hill was one of my favourite staff at resort (World Cafe). One thing I didn’t like wait the constant waiting time at the restaurants. It definitely changed everything for me. Even in the room, I requested cutlery on my birthday and it took over 1.5 hours and every time I called room service they seemed unbothered. Overall, such a beautiful resort and I found that everyone at the resort was lovely.

I had the amazing time here. The front desk, the restaurant staffs. The pool and beach staffs we exceptionally friendly and welcoming. However the room service has let the gorgeous place and person down. I asked for water in my at 6:30pm, I got the water at 11pm I had fallen asleep waiting for the water. I had to request for towels and tissue as the cleaner always forget to leave one after cleaning. We had to be moved three times due to the insects bits. It was worse in some rooms. Apart from the room service and the Insects bite. I will definitely recommend it.
