Great spot perfectly situated on Doctor’s Cave Beach! There is a walk up window accessed only from the beach after the paying secured entry, or you can go in the normal door from the street if you’re not on the beach. Product offerings were great; the branded Starbucks usuals were available along with some Jamaican specialties. Nice staff, quick service, and convenient. The prices are cheaper in the states, just make sure the barista rings you up in Jamaican dollars or else their conversion “math” is WAY off and overpriced. Just pay attention and you’ll be alright 😊

Pleasant atmosphere, a wide selection of drinks and snacks, as well as souvenir products. There are always a lot of people, but the staff gives orders quickly, serves them qualitatively with a smile. Employees are friendly and polite. Cleanliness is maintained in the facility.

I’ve been to this place how many times? 🤔 Gosh I don’t know 🤷🏽‍♀️ What can I say, I love ❤️ everything about this place. The quaint ambience and friendly staff. Customer service is 💯 and the drink are delicious 😋! The amazing thing too is that every time I visit there’s a different drink/coffee added to the menu to try and the cashier are always able to advise what’s inside and even recommend something new to try. I’m never having the same drink/coffee ☕️ when I visit. I like the diversity.

Starbucks Jamaica is a wonderful location to have your morning coffee and breakfast. It’s normally quite empty in the mornings around 6:30 -7:30, so it’s good spot to get work to get done, have a meeting or just to enjoy the alone time. They have a wide array of brews and having blue mountain coffee as their base has just made this location my personal favorite. It is beautiful and reflects the Jamaican culture with amazing artworks and designs. The employees are really friendly with world class customer service who aimed to keep my wait time under 5 minutes. The location is a bit small and if it should get crowded the outdoor section is only accessible from the doctors cave beach. You’d have to pay about $6 to enter the beach just to use the patio , which I’ll never do if I’m not going to use the beach. The prices are not bad but it’s not the cheapest coffee shop. It would normally cost you about $5-$6 for a grande cup coffee and about $6-$7 for a sandwich (give or take). Remember you don’t just pay for the coffee and the food but also ambiance of the shop. It’s really a nice relaxing spot, not for everyday use though, if your are an average person but it’s great when you want to treat yourself to a good cup of coffee. lol

I'm a Dunkin girl but this Strawberry Acai was pretty good. The perk was the convenience of being able to get it on the beach at the walk up window 😊

Extremely under-staffed. Staff is prickly because they are overwhelmed. Space is extremely confined for this prime location too. Food and drinks take forever to arrive. We wasted so much time here. There is so much scope for improvement at such a prims location on the hip strip. You can do way better here Starbucks!

Starbucks by the beach, it doesn't quite get better than that. They have a walk up window from the Doctor's cave beach and regular entrance from Jimmy Cliff Boulevard (The hip strip), the staff is always super friendly every time I've been, and it's not usually too crowded. But with a second store recently open Starbucks may get more popular in Montego Bay.

Tried the Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino.. It was really refreshing and creamy. The staff is friendly and the doorman welcomes each visitor to the venue. The Aesthetic of the venue is very appealing and it is a nice spot to enjoy your favourite blend. Definitely a Winner

Like that they also serve none coffee drinks. This location was really small though with a lot of people packed inside. I think you guys may need to extend the shop for more space

The Caramel Macchiato (soy milk) was amazing it had little chunks of caramel pieces that pop up in your mouth. My Double Chocolate Chip Cream Frapp (oat milk) was a dream 🤤

Just one reserved spot available for parking which might discourage drivers from stopping however.....the place is really cozy and the smell of coffee products hit you the moment you walk through the door. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Pastry was awesome. The service was excellent. Why 3 stars? I gave it 3 stars only because I did not like the coffee. I am used to another coffee house who seems to have a stronger coffee roast and mix than starbucks and I love a strong coffee taste in my black coffee. The black coffee taste at Starbucks is more like a weak Americana. I did not have anything else so I cant speak to the other offerings. The sandwiches are labelled as fully created in the shop even the bread. That is very good in my eyes. I would go back. Just not for coffee.

Beautiful location!! I love the beach behind this Starbucks, and the mural on the wall. Only issue was they mixed up the orders in our party and we didn't discover until already arriving at the airport.

Food and drinks standard. However staff need a wake up call, I stood outside the restroom for 10-15 min before I was told it was closed for maintenance. Annoying thing is I spoke to 2 staff members who said, "I'm sure it will be vacant soon, I hear the hand dryer" Management get your staff together.

Server was nice wanted to try something different he made sure it would be to my liking and it tasted delicious.

March 26th Update: not always a great staff. Today's staff served someone who came in after us, on the side. Today they were out of the egg, bacon & cheese bagel but was still displayed in the case. Also today they had no almond or coconut milk. Not the same friendly staff as last time. Excellent staff! Friendly, good memory and efficient. The manager does not have enough people assigned to the store. There is also a lack of food today's visit. I would highly recommend this location, but still hope the manager is trying to improve.

Literally the slowest service that Jamaica has ever produced. One worker claimed to be training the other worker at makingbthe drinks properly. Unfortunately she just stood there frowning the full time and saying nope, nope that's not right. The other worker who seemed " very happy " for other reasons, just stood there giggling the whole time and covering his mouth from his laughter cuz he obviously had no idea what he was doing. I get it's suppose to be , laid back in Jamaica, but when there is zero professionalism or attentiveness towards the customers, that is completely unacceptable.

Ham/cheese and jerk chicken bagels were delicious. All were satisfied with their drinks. Service was fast friendly and competent. Don’t expect the full USA menu.

I love Starbucks...my husband and I were exploring the hipstrip late one night and I wanted a Caramel Frappuccino, but Starbucks was closed...we didn't realize that they were but I barged in and saw the workers cleaning up, they told me they were closed and I was so disappointed, upon leaving the worker decided to still take my order. I was so happy, I got my Frappuccino and hubby got pound cake, customer service was top notch✨️ they went above and beyond...made my night! Will visit again!
