Beautiful beach and view. Water is calm and warm. There's a bar right across the beach where you can get your refreshments. Overall it was a great day

ppl will ask you for money or buying/viewing their stuff constantly and pretty aggressively. They also nearly forced us to eat at a restaurant of their choice even though we explained plenty times that we wanna find a restaurant by ourselves. Beautiful place if you are with a guide tho I guess

I don't like being pestered by strangers so cannot recommend this small beach, but it is definitely great for some plane spotting

nice little beach near airport runway, planes fly pretty close. There is some rough makshift structures that someone might be living in, or its a food store maybe. Normally lots of locals around.

There's no need to buy any tickets. It's a Public beach very clean and the sand is very nice. The water is very clean. I really don't think I would have found a non paying place like that. I will definitely go back there.

So cool. You can just walk down the hotel strip from Doctor's Cave Beach, and watch the planes landing. Mind the urchins in the water, but we got to see a puffer fish and a load of other fish whilst waiting between planes. Stop for a cold one at the bar there too ๐Ÿ˜Š Defo recommend for a wander if you're heading to Doctor's Cave- the guys there give you a stamp to return, so you can pop out, explore, then go back to swim and chill.

I've been going to Dead End Beach for over 8 years. It's a free beach frequented by locals and tourists as it has a very picturesque view and you can watch the planes fly into the airport. In the afternoons vendors come out and you can purchase snacks and drinks (bring cash).

This was a fun beach, but watch out for the sea urchins are all over. The planes flying in and out is really cool to see as well. We also were able to buy a conch shell for only $5.

One of the best locations to enjoy a free white sand beach on the North Coast. It is surprisingly exceptionally clean. The water is calm and you can enjoy the view of various flights coming into the island.

Cool to watch airplanes land. Can see the taking off too, by climbing the wall. Short detour from the airport, but can cost you getting stick on the airport roundabout.

Dead end beach is a hole in the wall place where the street dead ends into the airport. Calm water and a small swimming area with planes landing just off shore from you. Good place for a quick dip with mostly locals. A vendor was there selling fruit and drinks when we were there. No bathrooms.

Hotel room was nice clean and well set up. Bathroom was functional and had โ€˜warmโ€™ water. All in all decent but a little over priced for what you get. The road right outside the hotel attachรฉ quite a lot of party goers and so if you like It quite this isnโ€™t the place for you. The walls are on the thinner side and if you are I the ground floor you can hear a lot of what may be going on upstairs! Staff were friendly and helpful and the sunsets are nice from this location. Seems to be frequented more by locals than tourists.

Dead end is a local hang out, but great for tourists as well. A great place to just sit, meet people, have a drink, laugh, listen to the music, and watch the planes land. The view is amazing. Wings n ting is directly across the street.

This beach is located at a Cul-de-sac at the end of the hip strip on bottom road. There is not much parking and the beach itself is quite small. The attraction of this beach is its close proximity to the airport run way strip which inbound flights take. This allows you to plane spot all day & evening, which can a fun sight to see while swimming. There is a local bar opposite the beach which is nice and friendly for tourist, and it gives great views of the beach and incoming flights. There are also mini hotels, B&Bโ€™s along the strip.

Small, but cute beach You can relax there, just a bit away from the center, watching the planes land. There's also a bar-restaurant a few meters away,or locals selling drinks right on the beach.I enjoyed it

One of the few place in Montego Bay where you can sit down and have a meal and watch the planes land day or night and not really be bothered by Street vendors it's also very noisy with everyone playing music from their vehicle very little tourist mostly locals driving up and down for no reason there's only one phone restaurant or bar on the strip there is beach access but no showering facility

  • 4/5 Terry C. 4 years ago on Google

The beach was lovely accompanied with the beautiful glow of the Jamaican sunshine and fluffy white sand. The blessed presence of the Jamaican citizens and tourist who support the local vendors.

  • 4/5 Stacie P. 4 years ago on Google
Great hang out spot, a romantic evening for 2 or chilling with the gang. The sea at back, sand under your feet, an occasional aeroplane ready land overhead and a drink and company of your choice. The beach is safe and swimable for a day out with the family or a skinny dip at any time of the night (at your own risk of course).

  • 5/5 Amelia D. 4 years ago on Google

Beautiful views, but a rough place. People were throwing glass beer bottles at each other in the bar and grill restaurant. Lots of street vendors down there. It's a cool place to watch planes coming and going.

Very small beach but great spot to hang out and relax. The Sangster Internationa Airport is close by so you can stay on the beach and see them flying by. There's a bar across the road that sells drinks at a reasonable price and food that's pretty good. Occasionally vendors come around. Can be a bit noisy as it's usually wellpopulated throughout the day.

Nice place to park and enjoy the view of the sea and planes coming in to land. Drinks in the bar is expensive but the locals would give you a better deal. All in all just to relax it's okay to visit....

It was great. Very busy on the weekends, especially on Sundays, parking may be a issue and finding a spot for you to enjoy the water may also be an issue, ensure to have someone on guard (your personal stuff) if you're planning to go into the water. Other than that, good vibes all around.

Still an awesome, open, roadside place to be. The water was clear enough to see fishes swimming about. The arriving and departing aircraft are just beautiful nuggets of the whole experience. Day or night, it's still a great little place to be.

After a relaxing walk in the warm Caribbean sun, I reached this small piece of beach which is called dead end. Instantly you feel the relaxed vibe of this beautiful Caribbean nation. Itโ€™s just extremly cool to take a bath in the flat water and watch the planes while the descend for their landing at Sangster International Airport. Already the wall (on which dead end) is written, has that Caribbean flair. Really a must go place for when you are in Montego Bay (especially because of the nice walk it takes to get here). There also is a small stand selling beverages and some men sold fresh grilled fish that they catchend near by the beach. Extremly relaxing and cool. But pay attention: There was a lady selling a โ€žJamaican dessertโ€œ that doesnโ€™t let go of you and the things that she sell taste like nothing.
