The most amazing exhilarating experience and adrenaline rush ever. This is definitely a must do if you ever get the opportunity. Dolphins are the smartest and most intelligent creatures ever. Her name is Kalisa. Shes so funny sweet and beautiful. I never thought in a million yrs id swim with Dolphins. A memory I hope to never forget.

Highly recommend this experience! My family and I had an unforgettable time here! Their love bird enclosure was so fun and we loved feeding Matilda the Ostrich! The dolphins were absolutely incredible and their trainers were on the same level! The care and attention they give to the dolphins is very noticeable. You can tell they truly love the animals and really go above and beyond to take the best care of them! My favorite part is that the dolphins are in the ocean! Not in a pool! 10/10 would recommend and I will be doing it again next time I’m in Jamaica!

Truly an amazing experience, $40us for a picture of you with the dolphin is ridiculous after already paying so much to be there.

I was given the VIP treatment and it was awesome. I had the time off my life with the dolphins. They were so nice and Nardia (trainer) made me feel so welcomed.

This place is a money making business that doesn't care about nothing but how to make money on pictures. I shut down the operation with about 50+ people doing the program all because i refused to move because they wanted me to move out to a place where i couldnt get to watch my family. I paided for my step daughter to have the picture package. So at that point what did it matter? They said i was distracting the dolphins.????????? A fool would believe that. Having 50+ people in the water and im the problem hahaha. For what i saw the dolphins were in good health but was limited to see the rest of the facility. These are Mammels penned up for the sole purpose to do cheap tricks for 50 dollar pictures. Pictures attached shows how awful these 50 dollar pictures turned out. For 50 dollars every picture should be perfect. I do not like the water so i didnt participate. They ruined my 350 dollar day to watch my step daughter swim with dolphins and only got a few good pictures of it. I greatly regret feeding this practice and being part of the profitable problem. Place should be shut down and the dolphins released. They advertise this serenity swimming with the semi free dolphins. But is just another money making machine of humans capitalizing of holding these dolphins captive. Im deeply sorry i got duped into the program.

Dolphin Cove Montego Bay is an absolute paradise for animal lovers and adventure seekers. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the unforgettable dolphin interaction, where I had the privilege of getting up close and personal with these majestic creatures. The opportunity to touch, swim, and even share a friendly kiss with the dolphins was a dream come true. The addition of the ostrich encounter provided an unexpected and delightful twist, allowing me to learn about and interact with these fascinating birds. The Sting Ray Enclave was another standout, where I had the chance to glide alongside these gentle creatures in their natural habitat. The professional and knowledgeable staff ensured our safety and made the entire experience educational and enjoyable. The photo-taking during the dolphin interaction captured priceless moments, allowing me to relive the magic of the day again and again. Dolphin Cove Montego Bay is an adventure that I'll cherish forever.

Excellent experience! I highly recommend swimming with the dolphins; they are beautiful and intelligent creatures. (Personal preference) I love this location more compared to Ocho Rios as it's smaller and more intimate.

This was the most exciting thing I have ever experienced in my life. Everything was wonderful from the staff to the Dolphines Alex and Miguel. They are so smart, and it was amazing to watch them do their job. I will most definitely come back.

Went to Dolphin Cove Montego Bay in Lucea and it was great! Our booking was for 10:45am and we had no line to wait in! We got to feed their ostrich and have time feeding the lovebirds before our encounter. We did the Royal swim and it was definitely worth the upgrade! Our trainer was Nordia and she was an absolute pleasure. She taught us about the dolphins and took extra time to make our experience one of a kind! Also swam with the stingrays and visited their nurse shark. The pictures they took looked great and I would have bought them if we had the extra funds with us, but even without the pic package it was very memorable and we were able to take some pics on our own outside the water

Love the dolphin and shark experience was totally worth the price. Food is great too, however, charging the group of 3 people USD 180 for all the dolphin photos taken during the swim and USD 60 singularly (not having the option to split the price with the friends), it’s totally ridiculous. Loved the staff, a bit less the photo policy.

We chose the Dolphin Swim experience and it was absolutely a high point of our trip to Jamaica. The animals are calm and kind and intelligent, and the handlers clearly have a close relationship with them. There was obvious trust and mutual respect between the humans and animals. I highly recommend the swim, or the royal swim option if you want a bit more. Now, there is a lot of discussion of “Island Time” where Jamaica is concerned. Dolphin Cove is no exception. We had a large group which had two different selected time slots. Upon arrival we were informed they were running a bit behind. This was absolutely true. Some of us had chosen a 10:30 swim, some the 11:30 swim, all based on availability. Well…we all got to go together, but at about 12:30. So, it seems that they have a policy of assuring cruise patrons that they will not have any timing issues returning to their ship. This means their other patrons may have to wait in order for them to get the cruisers through the experience first. Fine. No problem. But it would be nice to see that written somewhere or simply explain it during check in. We were all content with this, but it did mean a bunch of standing around waiting. That said, there are hot food options, gift shop, a friendly ostrich, and a delightful love bird enclosure. You can also very easily watch the current dolphin groups at play while waiting for your own. The shark and stingray sections of the park are weather dependent, so we did not get to experience that, but you can look from the dock and use your imagination. Had they been open, the wait might have been a little less boring. But you can’t argue with the weather. Highly recommended. You will need to arrange your own transportation. Try Shande B for a friendly taxi driver.

It is not correct to prevent people from taking photographs and then selling their own at absurd prices €40.00/dollars each 😡

Swimming with the Dolphins at Dolphin Cove was awesome. There is a really cool feeling being in the water with these creatures. They are smart and beautiful. Recommend it whole heartedly. Get the extra package where you get to boggy board.

While staying at an all inclusive in Montego Bay, I treated the family to the Royal Swim package (booked in advance)at Dolphin Cove and cannot say enough good things about it! The ages in our group were 10,14, 42, 48 & 72 and we all had a blast! The trainer was phenomenal, dolphins were amazing & the things we got to do were so much fun! I can’t remember when I have seen anyone in our group smile & laugh more! Absolutely pay for pictures because the photographers are fantastic! Without a doubt the highlight of our entire week!

Location is not in Montego Bay, what I figured would be a short drive from our hotel in Montego Bay became a 4hr round trip. I have been to the Ocho Rios location on a previous vacation and it was excellent. This one is subpar.. the only reason I am not mad about go8ng is because I know what we paid will also benefit the well being of the dolphins. We were greeted by the check in person being obnoxious to the bus driver, because more than 10 ppl entered the building. He did tell us 10 at a time but obviously he can't control of grown folks don't listen or cant count. She was very unprofessional this was September 12 we arrived just about 10. Driver was nice and knowledgeable. Gift shop and the lady at the bar were very nice. There was a supervisor who was very rude. She proceeded to hustle those of us who were not Swimming to the other side of a makeshift gate that does not stay closed like we had break in. This was myself and another family. Note previous person invited us all to sit under the pavillion on the other side of the gate that we were later scolded for being. Supervisor lady also was upset about us trying to take pics. Please note both myself and the other strangers who also chose not to swim had already purchased picture packages prior to our arrival. Its not like we were trying to screw them out of there photo upsell, we complied but belive she could have acted with a little more professionalism and class. In the end all scolded familes bought some strong drinks from the nice lady at the bar and craned our necks to see our family members swim with the dolphins, that we had so generously paid for, to be treated like straggling ragamuffins. These folks need to be sent to Ochi Rios location to learn how to interact with people. At the end of the day the dolphins entertained those who swam and they had a wonderful time. Thank God the civility and hospitatlity of the animals made it worthwhile. Everyone went home happy. Grounds could use some better upkeep. My advice, if time permits go to Ocho Rios. If u must go to Montego Bay location be prepared for less than stellar customer service, either location the dolphins are a pleasure and so are their trainers.

This was an amazing experience for my 6 year old and wife. What they got to do with the dolphins was awesome. Wish we had more time.

Great folks, organization, treatment of their dolphins and programs for folks to try. The food is pretty good, too, and the images they take for you are great! Mostly I was impressed by how much the staff adored the dolphins.

An excellent day out for the whole family. Both entertaining and educational and fun as well. The dolphins seemed to actually enjoy the human interaction. Would recommend to most families, young children would be prohibited from taking part for safety reasons.

It was one of the best experiences of my life. Garfield, who was over our group, was the best. He was very patient with everyone in our group and was extremely passionate and patient with the dolphins. Everything about the experience was perfect. Even better, my 7 year old said that was the best day of her life ❤️ Thank you again, Garfield, and if course the dolphins Kalisa and Pepi.

We had a fantastic experience! Staff was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and welcoming. It's obvious they love and care for the dolphins. Wish I had more money to tip each one of them!! Will definitely return. Highly recommend 👌🏾

Had a great time with our dolphin encounter and really enjoyed our time. Lunch that is included is rice and beans, jerk or curry chicken, salad or steamed cabbage. The big disappointment here is they want you to pay $40+ USD for a single photo and you're not allowed to use your camera to capture your own. Surely there's a better place in Jamaica to see dolphins that doesn't charge you that much for a photo.

  • 5/5 Natasha D. 2 years ago on Google
Kalisa & Pepe were amazing! Our trainers Garfield & Bryce made our experience so comfortable and fun! The dolphins are remarkably intelligent and incredibly talented. I’m still blown away at how much fun this experience was. I’m looking forward to visiting again with my family so they, too, can experience this adventure.

The dolphin cove was fun. Lines were a little long, definitely pay for the upgrade. I wouldn't recommend the tours, it would be better to have a driver drop you off and pick you up.

We spent 6 days in Jamaica and Dolphin Cove was by far our favorite experience we had on island. The Staff were phenomenal, friendly and welcoming. The Marine Mammal Specialists at Dolphins Cove had incredible knowledge on the wildlife, especially when it came to each of the dolphins history personality! Also, the food was the best we had in Jamaica. NO KIDDING!

The dolphins and the trainer were excellent. The interaction with the dolphins was beyond expectations. Well worth the money spent for this excursion. The cost for the photographs taken was way too high so unless your prepared for it you might want to pass on them as we did.

  • 5/5 Drew K. 10 months ago on Google
Awesome experience. Small groups for the interaction and a lot of interaction with the dolphins. The trainers were fun and awesome too. We had a blast and would definitely suggest doing this. Expect to pay a lot for the pictures.

👍 Nice historical part of the north west side of the island to explore in Lucea. I got to see it with someone who grew up in this area! Nice place to watch the waves and snap a few pics of the structures. They are tattered and not well maintained but for me that’s apart of the aging process. Not much...
