i was disappointed.. i have been calling the number to see if you are open or close but no answer plus on the site it stated that you are open everyday but monday.I took my family there to enjoy themselve only t drive up to a deserted place. Its a good the Negril has so much to offer.. its no star but because i have to click one to post msg. please update your business site and put out of business/ close until further notice

My family and I really liked the water park. The space was clean and visually appealing. Upon arrival we parked in the roadside as it was observed that most cars were parked there, and the designated parking lot was actually empty. Payment was made and the entry fee is $2400 per adult, children under 3 years free. I was told I needed a waterproof diaper for my 2 year old although she was fully potty trained. The option was buy the diaper or pay the entry fee. The diaper was cheaper so I did that. The park was clean and the infrastructure up to date. The colors were appealing and we were excited. There were lifeguards on location to assist with whatever was needed but the caution whistle was blown quite frequently and I wasn't sure if I was being cautioned or it was just two staff members trying to get each other's attention. The slides were fun, I particularly liked the red and blue ones. Only draw back was having to climb that many stairs to get to all the fun. The kiddies pool was also fun and my little one couldnt get enough of that coconut playground. Overall we all had a grand time and will definitely go back.

I’m from the UK on holiday. We planned a trip to Kool Runnings with my husband and kids. Checked several times online to make sure it was open. The website states it’s opening times. We booked a hotel for two nights, to go to the park and Ricks cafe. We were SO SO SO disappointed to go to a cab driver all dressed ready for the park yesterday morning to be told that the park is CLOSED!!!! ABSOLUTELY GUTTED. Why isn’t your website UPDATED!! This is disgusting, inconsiderate and lazy. I’ve since found out the the owner is called DR MUNROE; who apparently is playing golf in MoBay. DR MUNROE please think of people like me and all the disappointed children. I came in Covid times too, was told park reopens in Summer 2021. Won’t be coming back.

We've been before and had very enjoyable experiences here even though it is stupidly expensive. But the day after Easter Monday we made the 2 hour trek with the kids here only for it to be shut!!! We checked on the website to confirm it was open and in season too. Thanks to the wastemans for not updating your operating status.

Great facilities, perfect for large groups and family activities. Go-karts, paintball, rafting, canoeing and other activities are available. Slides are great, be sure to try the 'Lightning Bolt'. Staff is awesome and so is the food. An adult pool should be made available because if you don't want to slide or go down the lazy river the next best option is the kids section. Always a great experience going here, just need that adult swimming pool to make it perfect.

Jamaica differs from the Bahama because it has mountains and crystal clear water. The Bahama are basically flat. If you want to take pictures under water, rent a camera with 2 strong lights. Otherwise your photo will turn out just like mine

Pay once to go in and ride all day, professional and friendly staff, good food, dont worry about children, leave them and go enjoy yourself. They are safe. Also bring a waterproof Phone "Samsung S8

The staff is the best part of this water park. For the cost it's not much to brag home about. Slides aren't that high, thrill level isn't all that. I cannot imagine the park on a busy day. It would not be worth it in any way shape or form. The experience was okay and the staff and food was exceptional. I hope they will invest in expanding the park soon to bring some more thrilling rides for the thrill seekers and try and achieve better economies of scale. I would recommend the park to individuals who aren't thrill seekers or people who just want to spend a day relaxing in the water. The lazy river for me was the best "ride" at the park.

I enjoyed my time here. The wait to get in is a bit lengthy because there were not enough persons collecting payment. However, the wait for each slide/ride was not long though the park was pretty busy. I love the Green Grotto Slide and Human Gyroscope. Lunch and refreshment can be found inside the park and there are locker rentals available and a gift shop. The staff seemed pretty pleasant and the entertainment was good. This was my second visit and I would definitely go for a third.

The experience of the park was wonderful...they a variety of activities on property but you have to pay for each activity which only gives your one play..but waterslides are unlimited. You cannot take food but the food options and prices were reasonable. Good for groups, family, old and young...there is something for everyone...ohh they have entertainment too... that was good too... unexpected.

Great fun. Staff are friendly and helpful and ready to jump in case of an accident. Rides are good fun and exciting.

Very fun and exciting adventure park. More to do than just swimming and sliding. I love it there. Could do with a little more customer service but otherwise good.

Good to go on trips and with the family. They have a kiddies area. They slides are not for the faint of heart. I am slightly afraid of heights so you can just imagine it was scared. Lifeguards are always on duty and super helpful. The food is where they loose a star for me . I was not impressed and it just did not taste fresh. You can't bring outside food and there is no re entry. So I would recommend eat afterwards or before.

Beautiful property its a perfect little getaway for a day of wet fun!!! With many slides and things to do for rhe entire family from the wave pool to the slides youre gauranteed a day of fun! Was there for the Dream Weekend party and it was really wet and wild!!!
