Best Jamaica is absolutely THE BEST, when it comes to a flawless airport pickup and drop off as my wife and I experienced! The driver we had was very safe driving and had a great sense of humor while politely answering our questions about the island. The young lady who was at the Beat Jamaica stand at the airport personally walked us out to our shuttle and she was fantastic! Best Jamaica was so honest that we overpaid when we got picked up and gave us cash back when they picked us back up to take to the airport a week later. Clean A/C vehicles. Don’t waste your time with any other company!

We used Best Jamaica for our airport transfer, as well as for a day trip into Montego Bay with a couple extra stops. Both services were on time and went abive and beyond to look after our wishes. The drivers were both very friendly and eager to share their knowledge of their area. Our driver for the airport transfer was kind enough and patient to do an unscheduled stop at a grocery store and gift shop. My friends and I traveled to Jamaica Feb 2022. Our agent booked Best Jamaica to be our transportation for our trip. We were given a driver by the name of Vernon who is now family to us. Five women traveling to a foreign place can be scary but he never let us out of his sight. He protected us like family and showed us the best Montego Bay had to offer. Vernon is a treasure. I almost hate to write a review this good because I don’t want to share him. But he and my friends made my birthday one of the most special weekends of my life. I will never forget him or how he treated 5 ladies from Ohio like family. Best Jamaica and any company would be lucky to have him. When he was unavailable for us he even arranged to have Austin his co worker stand in for him. Austin was also a joy. Both men rolled with the changes when event times changed and never made us feel rushed or anxious. If you go to Jamaica look for Vernon. You will not be disappointed.

This was our first time to Jamaica and we used Best Jamaica for our transfer to and from the airport. I had googled different airport transfer companies, and Best Jamaica had rave reviews. So glad we booked with them. Everything was so easy and our rides were great. Our driver Austin was amazing!! We ended up booking a private excursion through Best Jamaica and it was a great deal compared to other companies. We had Austin again as our driver and we were so happy to have him take us to our excursion. He made the day so fun and was great. I definitely recommend this company. We will be using them again when we come back. Can’t say enough good things about this company and our driver Austin.

We are extremely happy with Best Jamaica. I scheduled them for round trip airport transfer and booked a private excursion for my husband and I. The response time is very fast and they were very helpful with answering any questions I had. Our driver was Austin and he was outstanding! Ask for him and the “authentic” Jamaican experience and you will not be disappointed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell he really cares about his job and ensuring his guests have a good time. I wanted a specific excursion which included horseback riding, blue hole, and Dunns River Falls all in one day but I was having trouble finding it online. We mentioned it to Austin when he picked us up from the airport and he said Best Jamaica will put together a private customized excursion. The price was reasonable and I loved that it was just my husband and I. He stayed with us all day and was all smiles the entire time. I highly recommend this company and Austin. Great experience ! Got us from airport to hotel. Next 2 days, took us to our excursions, stopped at off the beaten paths, made it very personal. Alex and David (drivers) were both awesome ! They were very friendly with kids, very flexible, gave lot of history about the island, took us whenever we wanted to go. I would recommend them for private tours and would use them again. I saw other tours with bus full of 40-50 people and am so glad I did a private tour with my family. We had our own van where we left water, personal items, etc in the van without hesitation ! Look this place up and ask for Alex for David ! This company and the people deserve more than 5 stars!

Best Jamaica tours have great customer service and definitely reliable form for all transport needs. However, the drivers can be a little bit rude when it comes to customer service. I was waiting to check out of the hotel and the front lobby was taking some time the driver proceeds to tell me I was late and was very blunt and rude about it. If your customer is 10 minutes late please reach out instead of showing the unacceptable attitude.

This company made my trip to Montego Bay super easy. They were easy to communicate on whatsapp with. Just a simple message of when and where i wanted to go and they would respond immediately and set up my ride. The pricing was the best as well, which we were quoted much higher rates throughout our stay, hence why we used best Jamaica for everything. Every driver is super pleasant and they company offers more than just a taxi service as you can book things to do through them as well. 5/5 great company and recommend everyone to use them for their trip!

Best Jamaica is literally "The Best" if you are planning a trip to Jamaica and need car service. Nicholas was our driver when my Wife and I went to Negril for our anniversary. He picked us up from the airport with balloons and a banner that said "Happy Anniversary" in the van for us. He was very friendly and informative about things to do in his country while we were there visiting. Nicholas pointed out a lot of cool and interesting landmarks as we traveled to our resort. This is a review for Best Jamaica shuttle. They were prompt, on time, and professional. We took this shuttle from Montego Bay to Negril and felt safe and taken care of. The driver offered stops and knowledge about the towns we passed by in the 1hr and a half ride. On the ride back it was very smooth and quick. Great customer service.

We used best Jamaica for our transfer to and from the airport. Our driver Nikolas was really great. Made sure we were comfortable, let us know about activities around the area and had a seat set up and ready for our son. Fantastic Service!! We chose not to use our hotel comp shuttle bus and booked with Best Jamaica. Starting with Nikeba booking our travel and the drivers, we made the right choice. They went above and beyond decorating the Van for our Daughter who just graduated college. They were easy to find at the airport and the communication via phone, email, and text was outstanding! This is a customer review for booking #RBWDEC2629 for Jamaica Best. If this is Jamaica’s best, I’d hate to see Jamaica’s worst. Nobody was at the check in counter at desk #4 when our flight landed. We waiting 15 minutes before a guy came over and slowly walked us to the front of the airport. This is where someone took our payment and then walked around the parking lot trying to find a driver. Ten minutes of standing outside and we’re still waiting for the car to arrive. I am hopeful the rest of Jamaica isn’t as disorganized as this group.

We used Best Jamaica for our Honeymoon for our transportation to and from the airport and used them for an excursion to Blue Hole as well. We had Migel as our driver for all of them and I can’t say enough about him. He was such a great person overall and was so nice and friendly. He always went above and beyond doing things for us to make sure we got the full Jamaican experience. On the way to our resort he stopped along the way for us to grab some authentic Jamaican food/drinks. I really can’t say enough about him. Thanks again Best Jamaica!

This is sort of late but we must highlight this driver. Our trip was to Excellence Oyster Bay Resort and we went July 2023. Mr. Jovani Abrahams is very on time, professional, respectful and represents his company well. All positives. We enjoyed our stay especially with getting around the island, we could always count on Jovani to be on time and get us safely to and from our destination. We plan on returning soon and he will definitely be our first pick!!

I booked Best Jamaica for my family of four and I’m so glad we did. From the beginning to the end of our trip they were stellar. We got stranded at the airport when it was time to return and they picked us up, booked us a spot overnight and made sure we were able to get some dinner. I can’t recommend them enough and will always use them in the future. We also had the same driver for all trips (cupcake) which made it more comfortable traveling with kids. I can’t remember if Tyshaun or Shamelia helped us each time but I know we received nothing but top tier service. 10/10 Recommend.

VERY nice and reliable transport personnel. We had Wayne picking my daughter and I up from the airport and taking me and two of my friends to the Appleton Rum Estate. Then we had Miguel pick up my daughter and I from the hotel to the airport. Each time, very professional, very knowledgeable about the area. Both recommended areas and other excursions for the next time we visit. I’m sure the other transport businesses are great, but I’m recommending Best Jamaica to everyone! We’ll be back!

We booked Best Jamaica for transportation and help with booking excursions while we were on our honeymoon and it was worth every penny! I can’t say enough good things about Alex! He listened to what we wanted to get out of our experience in Jamaica and made suggestions that fit perfectly! He was very knowledgeable about the island and different parishes. The company was very easy to get in contact with and always replied quickly to assist us. Alex remained our driver everyday for the duration of our stay which allowed us to become comfortable and safe with him! Best decision we ever made!

My wife and I used this tour company and it was a pleasant experience. Our tour guide was excellent- Dave!! We were there for 5 days and used them for private excursions. Dave showed us so much for Jamaica and took us not only to the best excursions, but also to the best Jamaican restaurants. Dave was our personal driver the whole week. The booking agent, Shamelia was quick to respond, as well as kind and professional on arrival. Our first driver, Owen was pleasant and friendly. Antonio was our driver to Rick's Cafe and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was super friendly and was a great tour guide as we were headed to Negril. My family of 14 loved him. We will definitely use Best Jamaica during any future visits. Prices are reasonable as well.

Had the best experience with this travel company in Jamaica. They provided transport from and back to the airport. They also took us to the Blue Hole. Our driver, Romaine, was amazing. The whole company was consumate professionals and they have the best prices!!! The guest relations professional Christina was so sweet and so personable, she made us feel so welcome to beautiful Jamaica. We had an early flight home, the driver arrived at exactly 6:15 am and got us to the airport seamlessly!! The driver taking us to the hotel was also wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

We definitely recommend getting a private driver and service for your excursions and private airport transfers. It was definitely worth it. Romaine our driver was great and very informative. We tried a tour with chukka horseback riding and zip line excursions and it was through a bus not a pleasant experience since you had to stop and pick up other people at hotels. We prefer getting a private driver and he can take you to all your excursions and lunch too. We felt safe with our driver Romaine. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Best Jamaica is exactly what it states “BEST!!”. We used Stevert and Shamelia to book both our airport transfers to and from Runaway Bay and excursions to Bob Marley and Blue Hole. Shamelia was always helpful in answering all of our many questions, and responded in minutes of each request!!!! Next comes our driver, tour guide, bodyguard, Jamaica ambassador and the most important, our friend, Vernon. Vernon was an awesome person all the way around. The knowledge that our family learned from Vernon is priceless and will be remembered forever. Vernon not only made sure that we were taken care of in every way he made sure we experienced everything we wanted to and more, even a visit to a KFC!!! He made sure on our excursions that we received the best tour guides at each location, that all of our property was secured and that once again we wanted for nothing. If I listed all the items that Vernon did there would not be enough space in the review. If you are going to Jamaica and need to transfer or do excursions don’t book at your resort and be on a bus with 30 other people book with Best Jamaica and get the true VIP experience with very reasonable prices and genuine great people. One of the best experiences in Jamaica. My flight was changed at the last minute and Best Jamaica was kind enough to accommodate it. This was even Christmas day. The driver was a bit late, not enough to cause hardship at the airport though, and offered a full refund. Would use the service again and again when I am going to Jamaica.

We only used Best Jamaica for transport from the airport to our hotel and back, but they provided 5-star service in every way. They were excellent at communicating with us throughout the process. We were well cared for when we arrived at the airport and promptly sent on our way. They were very flexible and accommodating when we requested to change the time of our pick up at the hotel.
