Such a lovely resort. I had an AMAZING time with my family here. The food was amazing, the staff was amazing, everything was just beautiful. The drinks were delicious. If you want something a lil stronger just ask them and they got you. They really take care of you here and make you feel at home. This for sure is the best place to just relax and enjoy the sun. I will for sure be coming back. Thank you to all the staff!

I booked this resort based on the reviews! It was suppose to be a 5 stars , but WATCH OUT it’s barely a 1 star! There is only one restaurant available for breakfast and dinner! No Buffet , The quality , the portion and variety was horrible! One of the surprises is that restaurant and the bars are Out of food , drinks and coffee. Imagine no coffee at the morning!!!! No music , No activities, No entertainments. Small advice : Don’t even think to take kids to this resort . In Brief The only good thing about this place was the staff!!!! No words can describe the experience other than DISASTER!!!! Spending a huge amount of money for 4 days should have at least in Return better services. Message for the management , your staff saved you from worsen review. You should thank Mike for that .

Rooms we stayed was very nice, but absolutely no options when it came to food. There is 2 restaurants and 1 is always closed. Your paying for an all inclusive that has nothing to serve ... The first day we arrived the dessert served was banana cake and nothing else... I asked for some chocolate and they couldn't even offer that Overall I would not recommend this place to any1

Poor, poor value for the VERY expensive price I paid. We paid $900 USD a night for this "luxury" resort. Please, I implore you do NOT stay here. This is going to be a long review but I promise you the information is valid. I encourage you to look at: Jewel Grande, any of the Iberostars, or S Hotel before you waste your hard earned money here (these hotels listed above were also HALF the price for WAY more value). My key issues with this hotel were: - There was a male employee in our room upon check in, literally lounging on the chair with what seemed like no intent to move. My and my girl friend were traveling alone, this caused an extremely uncomfortable situation, with no rectification from the hotel. - The food selection for $900 USD a night was poor (the buffet had no safety coverings and they only offered a handful of dishes). - Room service took over half and hour and I had to call down with my personal phone to order. - The hotel phone and the Ipad in the room were not functioning upon check in (this is how we were supposed to order room service and communicate with the front desk). - I had to use my own personal phone to call down to the front desk multiple times and they informed me we might have to move because of their mistake putting us in a room with broken electronics (we had already unpacked and moving was a huge inconvenience). - The hallway/area leading to our room was so dark and looked somewhat abandoned by maintenance and the hotel. - Upon check-out the bellman watched as my friend and I were loading our very heavy large bags into the car- did not offer to help once. - The beach was a joke, essentially nonexistent, it was about 20 feet of dirty looking beach with thin sand layer. - The room itself was okay- ABSOLUTELY not worth $ 900. We stayed at multiple different hotels with comparable rooms for half the price, much better amenities, and food. Please consider any of the hotels aforementioned above BEFORE this one. - The facilities seemed old and outdated if you are charging $900 a night I expect the upper echelon of service and amenities. But the main two things that set me off were: the complete lack or service upon check out and the man lounging in our room as we entered for the first time. That made us completely uneasy, understandably. If this hotel was around 400 dollars a night- I would be more understanding. But for the service and amenities this hotel offered I just cannot justify spending 900 dollars per night. They have also refused to refund me so I will be reposting this review on every platform to prevent anyone else from wasting their money here.

I checked out of the hotel after one of my three nights during covid. The manger was to issue a credit for the balance. They did not follow through on their promise. Be aware. They are not honest with their guest. The resort falls well short of their pictures. I have never written a review in my life. And have never been lied to like this. BE AWARE!!!

Honestly- pretty disappointed. The major issue I had was that the service wasn't what I was hoping/expecting from a resort this caliber. It seemed to me like the staff was split 50/50. 50% of the staff was eager to please, had a desire to help and make your trip better. Other 50% of staff looked like it was a chore to be there and were unhelpful and showed no interest or care in getting you a drink or serving you. It did seem like there were certain times in which the resort just looked understaffed such as breakfast one morning in which we waited 30 minutes at a table before our server even had time to bring over water. The rooms were pretty nice and comfortable although I wish the mini-fridge had more options (this goes for the entire resort, the only drinks were Coke Zero, water, some juices, red stripe beer and other alcoholic beverages). The food was meh. Really nothing special. The drinks were also not great. Despite having top-self liquor behind the bar, the liquor that was automatically put in drinks reminded me of rubbing alcohol and honestly put a damper on the drinks. So overall, wouldn't return. Was it the worst experience I've had at a resort? Not really but certainly was hoping more for the price. 6/10

The staff at Zoetry take this beautiful boutique resort to the next level. We have never been waited on so attentively and with such genuine care before. Omorando provided us with fresh coconuts daily, he was professional and always made sure to say hi to us to make sure we did not need anything. He truly embodied the one love spirit. Maria took care of us on the beach we never had to ask for anything. Kyle took care of showing us around the resort and even surprised us with a honeymoon flower message on our bed. The meals were delicious and always easy getting a table. Our room had great views of the ocean and the pool. Can’t wait to come back!

Zoetry is a very luxurious resort. However is more for the reserved guest. There's no party, music and entertainment. Kid's are charged the same as adults. There's no check in and check out time.... and you get one night access to the facilities at Secrets Resort. If you want a very quiet and romantic stay then this us the place for you. You can message me if you'd be in going here. I'll be happy to help.

Super disappointed. I was expecting a Hyatt experience for the amount of money spent. My understanding was that this resort was part of the World of Hyatt. The room was ok for a Holiday Inn, not a World of Hyatt Resort. Room was not fully clean, bedding and mattress were Super 8 quality, at best. The bottle of complimentary rum was removed before we even opened it. We were supposed to have a daily fruit plate with bottle of sparkling wine. Never provided. When ordered, they only provided two glasses instead of the bottle. Phone never worked in room. Had to whatsapp concierge or when they left walked to front desk to order any type of room service. Food was surprisingly basic and much of it was very processed. Very few actual local dishes served. Resort itself had beautiful views and was laid out nice. The "butler" service was actually concierge and the two gentlemen were AWESOME. To take a taxi was outrageous. 80 or 90 usd for a 15-20 minute round-trip ride for two hours at destination. The staff was constantly looking to upsell. And had a visual change in behavior when expressed a lack of interest. Spa pools were not working. Unable to get couples massage due to staffing. But the massage that i did book was WONDERFUL! Other challenges. Bugs were a LOT, in the room and around the resort. Had some challenging encounters with random people kayaking at night that were a definite safety concern.

Do it! Mostly everyone was polite, helpful and professional. Rooms are very clean and tropical. We had the Jr Suit with the tub on the balcony. It was a very beautiful view, whether you get the ocean view or tropical view you won't be disappointed. Loved that they always had live musicians and that breakfast was outside in their perfect weather. Only negatives are activities being at least 30 mins to an hour away. We were lucky enough to get kind and respectful chauffeurs, though they were pricey but worth it. The Island itself is breath taking. Special thanks to the front desk staff, Bennett, Stacy and LaTiana for keeping us informed and happily comfortable throughout our stay. 🤗🤗

They charge $250/day so a 3 month old breastfed baby can enjoy all inclusive access. An additional $250/day for my 2 year old. Considering the horrible wine and average food, these prices aren't even worth it for an adult, let alone a child. These people think they're running a world class resort, but they can't even keep enough clean towels at the pool, or can't even keep enough staff to man the bar

I'm going to start of with this, save your money and DO NOT STAY AT THIS RESORT. My boyfriend and I are both healthcare workers and wanted to relax and unwind... the total opposite of what we received. 1. The moment we arrived we were informed that the room we booked was not available and we would have to wait one extra day for the room we booked, we were not pleased but understood. 2. They finally moved us the next day but at 5pm. At this point we wasted 2 days in a room we didn't want to be in. 3. breakfast and dinner menu is very limited and food doesn't taste good at all 4. The "beach" is extremely dirty and not pleasant to swim. 5. When we addressed all of our concerns to the front desk they promised us a refund and up to this date we have not received anything. 6. The "tablet" in the room never worked and we had to call multiple times to get it fixed This place brought my boyfriend and I so much stress and if we could rate it 0 stars we would. if you value relaxation luxury DO NOT STAY HERE!

I wish I could give 5 stars. When you compare this zoetry to the Punta Cana one, Punta Cana is much better. There were several issues with the hotel. The bath tub did not work. The shower was broken to where the handle was the only head that worked and that was broken as well. The sink stopper was missing (although we didn’t need it). Some walls were peeling and there were some areas that needed some touch ups there (salt water causes) We purchased the Art of Indulgence package. First off this package is very misleading, it states that “Rejuvenate and reconnect with a relaxing 90-minute massage, per couple”. The massage was only 45 minutes total. When they say 90 minutes it’s split in two, unlike their other hotels 90 minutes means 90 minutes. Then it says “Experience a romantic turndown service complete with rose petals, sparkling wine and sweet treats” which we NEVER got at all Then it says “Retreat to a reserved area at beach or pool with personalized wait staff catering to your needs for the day” which means you pick a spot on the beach or the pool and text your “butler” what you want. Which is what you do every other minute of the day. They state on the website “ 45-minute motorized snorkeling tour (one per person per stay) Private sunset boat ride to Secrets Resorts” yet the snorkeling was only 3 days out of the entire week also the sunset boat ride hasn’t happened since Covid we were told so that again was false. We were told there was laundry service. We asked for ours to be done the day before we left and that was not ever done. Other issues we had was that food was not available a lot of the times because of their weddings they had there. Places that were supposed to have food at 11:00 am did not open on time. Also their room service says 11:00 am but you weren’t able to order certain foods till after 12:00 pm. The staff was very disorganized. Some of the staff members were really good while others were ehh. Maybe we were just spoiled by Punta Cana Zoetry?! It took 45 minutes to get a drink and 45-70 minutes to get food. Make sure you bring cash or an atm card. They don’t allow for more than $100 cash advances a day. The beach was being redone while we were there so the sand was being kicked up. Food was alright. Wasn’t the best food we have ever had. Was very bland and considering your paying a lot, would have expected a little better. The jerk was good though. Beautiful dock and swings. It was relaxing outside of the issues. The yoga session was good! Maybe it’s just after Covid issues but these were all huge issues and we won’t be going back unfortunately. We love zoetry brands but this one was a dud in comparison to the others.

I’m a pretty easy traveler so I figured all the negative reviews at this hotel were just people who were too high maintenance but I was wrong. This hotel disappointed on so many levels. The stay was horrible and we won’t be back. Check in took a long time. Every step of the way we felt like we were somehow inconveniencing the hotel. The restaurants were extremely limited both in the total number and selection of food. The food itself was just ok. Room service was very slow. We called after 2 hours to check and then we received some food 30 minutes later but not what we ordered. There was no availability for our complimentary foot massage. There were no activities to do over the weekend. Our bed only had 2 pillows. Our AC didn’t work. When maintenance came to fix it it was only fixed for an hour or two. So we slept u comfortable the 2 nights we were there. The pool attendants could care less about getting you a towel. The guy in the hut only cares about his phone. The wait staff barely came around for food and drink orders. When you walked to the bar to get a drink the staff only cared about talking to each other. There was nothing good about our stay here. We will NEVER be back. Choose a different hotel.

Came for 7 nights and 8 days despite travel advisory from the Jamaican and US govt due to increasing gang-related crimes. Upon arrival we saw our butler the first day for a few minutes. No welcome drinks, no tour of the property, one option for lunch...Jerky Joe's which was horrible, got pool/garden view instead of ocean view which we paid for, no complementary rum/beach bag/hat/fan, no bottle of champagne everyday. We had to wait several hours for our room in winter garments in 80 degrees weather. Saw the butler 3 days later for a few minutes and never saw him again. We literally did everything ourselves while witnessing the other guests being taken care of by their butler. It was very disappointing to learn from another guest almost at the end of our vacation that we could've utilized the other resorts during the day...Breathless or Secrets...which are affiliated with Zoetry. Not happy at all with the experience at Zoetry. Even more disappointed because this was our second try to vacation in Jamaica 🇯🇲. Each time there was a travel advisory/restriction but we decided to come anyway this time. Zoetry was a terrible choice. I now understood why several families were trying to book out of the resort while we were sitting in the lobby waiting for our room. Our worst vacation experience ever.

The staff were very attentive and accommodated us with our rooms, food, all of our amenities. The atmosphere was very relaxing, not a party hotel. Wellness was the focus! From the healthy sized portions at each meal, yoga offered daily, beautiful pool and sea water....a very lovely place, especially for couples. I would highly recommend!!!!

Although the location is wonderful, the beach is beautiful and the rooms are nice, I would not recommend going to this Zoetry. The service left much to be desired. Simple things like shampoo and conditioner in the room, food selection and coffee were way below the norm. I had to ask 3 times for shampoo. I reported the toilet not working properly 2 times and no one came to fix it. Food selection is minimal, very few options to eat and they take over 45 minutes to bring the food. The only buffet available was on Saturday and they literally had the same food again but in a buffet style. I do not recommend going to this hotel. Take your business somewhere else.

A wonderful resort with AMAZING people. Went there as a couple with friends to celebrate my birthday. We travel a lot and the staff who at Zoetry Montego, Jamaica are so genuine, caring and helpful. Loved the suite, gorgeous room. Hotel was relaxing, peaceful. Its not a party resort which is exactly what we were looking for. Food at Jerk Shack on beach, real Jamaican jerked spices. The other restaurants were good. We did painting class, wood carving, bracelet making, kayaking, went out on tours and enjoyed every minute. Local craft people on property on certain days were great also. Boutique and beautiful resort.

3 - 3.5 stars Me and my partner enjoyed our stay but there were more disappointments than we were prepared for. First I’d like to put out there that me and my husband are very low maintenance. We don’t usually need much and prefer to be out exploring than be at the resort throughout our vacation. Pros: The on-site jerk chicken shack was our favorite, black pepper was strong but spices and flavors were there Location was convenient from airport and Hip Strip Friendly staff, always helpful and very professional Stars are mostly for the jerk chicken and Kyle. He made our stay more pleasant and genuinely helped us with all our questions and concerns. Cons: We knew the resort was small so we planned to do lots of excursions and exploring. Unfortunately, the blue uniform taxi service was very expensive and made most of our plans impossible. The hip strip was about a 10 minute drive but yet we were charged $35 PER PERSON and that’s only a ONE WAY. My husband went to the hip strip and back alone and spent over $100. When we were able to visit the hip strip, our taxi driver was basically feeding us to the “wolves”. Discreetly telling the locals we were from an “all-inclusive” resort hinting to them to sell us stuff. There was a store we decided to buy something from even after noticing the taxi driver speaking to the store owner, upon leaving we witnessed the store owner give him a cut ($$) from what he made from us. Since we were stuck at the resort, we tried looking for activities to do. Very limited things to do at the resort so it was quite boring. **If you book any excursions, I advise requesting for transportation and having them pick you up from your resort. This will save lots of $$. If you find yourselves in a private transportation and not the buses with multiple pick ups, you can ask for the drivers cell phone number and text him/her for rides to explore. This can be cheaper than some taxi services there.** Only 1 pool, pretty crowded throughout the day and closes at 9pm - 10pm. Only 3 small restaurants so food menu is limited. LOTS of mosquitoes, it just did not stop. Very uncomfortable to be eating outdoors at any time of the day so please do not forget bug spray. There was one morning where we did not have hot water, it took over 2 hours to get it fixed. No one came up after calling, it just coincidentally started working. They said it could be because our room was on the top floor..? (Only three levels) Wasn’t a huge deal but it was our first time having this issue while on vacation and this was a pretty small resort. Again, the resort is boring and very quiet. I brought Bluetooth speakers so the staff and guests enjoyed me playing music from my room but it’s unfortunate there isn’t anything to listen to during the day in the lobby or any restaurant. There was a small event with a live band and music, it was nice but ended early.

We stayed at Zoetry for 9 nights for our honeymoon. On arrival, we were greeted by the friendly team and offered a drink straight away. We were early for check in, but the team managed to get us in our room an hour before check in, which was great! We were given 2 butlers, Michael-Lee and Kyle. They were so friendly and no request was too much. They came and found us daily and checked we were having a great time, and always made sure we had a drink in hand. They use a whatsapp system to contact them, which is very efficient! They even decorated our room on arrival and additionally. for my birthday with balloons and flowers during our stay. The bar staff at the hotel were so fun and friendly. We have to especially mention Barbara in the Lobby bar. She is so lively and kind. When I had a bad sunburn, she found me some fresh aloevera. She also, would whip up a cocktail on request of what you were fancying. The Bob Marley frozen cocktail is amazing! Kerman in the Polo lounge was so friendly and we had great conversations with him. The resort is quiet, but this is exactly what we needed for our honeymoon. Theres live music every other evening, we especially enjoyed the steel drum band! Dario the entertainment manager is a character! The breakfast had some great options and the coffee is fab! We had lovely dinners every evening, with different them food cuisine evenings. Our only suggestion would be that lunch was a little limiting. We think an everyday special food choice would be great at the Canoa. Jerky Joes is so fun and the Jerk chicken was fab! We really enjoyed the beach as it was less windy than the pool area. They have a nice area for swimming and clean the beach and in the sea everyday! The water sports are fun, and you receive a free snorkeling boat trip in your stay. We saw a turtle! This is a perfect resort for relaxing and unwinding and enjoying good food and friendly staff. Thank you for making our honeymoon so wonderful!

So I didn't stay here my son's did the service when I visited them was terrible. I stayed at jewel grand would come to see my sons and get interrogated. I felt like they should be more welcoming someone might had wanted to stay there. One day I came to pick up my sons they tried searching my car. The next we went on an excursion came back and I was bomb rushed about us leaving the car there when my boys were starting there. I went to pick them up and the bus just picked us up from there. Yeah, I wasn't happy with them here.

Stayed 3 nights. The staff was amazing. Everyone is friendly and very helpful. Our room was nice, though there were some cosmetic issues and the hot water takes forever to get going. Food was really good, with a variety of options and different dinner menus nightly. All day cafe is a nice bonus. It was the peaceful and relaxing getaway we were looking for. Drawbacks: close to a busy road that sometimes is loud, and airplanes overhead during the day every 30 to 40 minutes. Only one restaurant was open for dinner each night even though the website indicates two (not including pub with tapas). There's not much to do outside of the pool, beach, and spa, which was fine for us but others might get quickly bored. Also, little touches that were mentioned in our booking were not provided.

The food selection can be better. If you are a seafood eater you have more options. Great relaxing place for the grown and mature adult/family with grown kids still vacationing. Excellent service and the Massage from Michael was amazing. Will definitely zisit again.

The most unZen hotel ever. So we booked this location as a girls birthday trip. Wrong choice. There is nothing to do here. No activities during the wknds. No music we never saw a spa. No complimently foot massage as advertised. The phone didn't work, the TV was stuck on 1 channel the entire time. They 1 restaurant and 1 jerk hut. They moved us from a double room to a king room for 3ppl so I ended up sleeping on the couch. Which not what we paid for. I went from sleeping in a bed to the couch. The new room was worst than the original room,we had the same issues broken phone, non working TV, and a backed up toliet. I would never come back here

Expected much more from Zoetry but was very disappointed with location ( on main street and near airport), resort is outdated, old, rundown, and unclean! Our room had paint peeling off the walls, bugs running around, telephone dirty and sticky ( never cleaned), broken clothes hangers, lots of inconsistencies like only 1 glass and 1 coffee cup, safe not working for days ( had to lug my valuables around in napsack! No turn down service ever, sheets were not changed in 7 days, had to ask for additional bathrobe! There were insufficient lounge chairs around the pool and very little effort was provided to get you one! Most of the staff was not pleasant or friendly especially if you didn’t tip them daily! Our butler, Rayan, was however very kind, attentive, supportive! Overall, would not return or recommend this hotel!🥴

  • 2/5 Kerry H. 3 months ago on Google New
To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. The resort has so much potential but it felt as though we were inconveniencing the staff by being there. We had no hot water when we showered for the first two days and then sporadically after that. We had no fresh towels and they never replaced any of the shampoo or body wash. We kept our beach towels when we finally managed to get some, as we knew the next day would be a struggle. There was no-one managing the snorkeling or water activities so we never got to do any of those activities as advertised on the website. The cafe opened much later than stated and typically no one was around until 7am. The phone in our room didn't work so we couldn't call for any room service or to replace towels etc. There was absolutely no service around the pool. It was more like staying at a self-service resort than an all-inclusive one - the service was either not there or when it was very unfriendly to the point of deterring any requests.

Our stay was okay only because they stole our perfume and cologne on our last day there. I cannot recommend a place that doesn't vet their staff to ensure guests belongings are safe in their room. They provided a safe for valuables but I would've never in a million years thought our smell good would be stolen.

This resort has no beach no room service and not worth the money we paid to stay at a four plus star resort. People were very friendly and attentive. Food was good but service was extremely slow. Wild cats roaming the resort and aggressively jumping for food when dining. Management did try to fix this problem but we were very upset that this was a ongoing concern by other guests and nothing was being done. Would not recommend this resort to my friends.

  • 1/5 Jessica I. 1 year ago on Google
If I could put even less than one star, I would. Consistent with the other low reviews, our experience was awful compared to the price we paid to stay at the hotel. We had stayed at the Zoetry in Punta Cana 4 years and had a GREAT experience, and this resort in Jamaica doesn't compare in any form or fashion. The service was awful, the staff was rude and at times even belligerent, they didn't offer any of the events that were posted on their daily schedule, the water massage that is advertised online is actually on the beach in front of other hotel guests--not private at all, the room wasn't refreshed with the champagne bottle daily, we never got a fruit plate, there was no welcome beach bag, we waited over 2 hours for room service... should I keep going? The spa changed our reservation by 30 minutes and never told us and argued about our scheduled time with us. They charged me for the spa treatment despite having previously paid, and my husband and I had to fight to get it resolved before we left the country. We will NOT return here.

From the time I arrived I was treated with 5 star hospitality. The front desk staff Ms Tenia was exceptional. She was very personal and attended to each need and request while making sure I was safe during my tours and stay. The room was absolutely spotless and the service was very well received. The chef did an amazing job with the meals and you know that you were being fed with love and class. Someone serenade us while dining which made the atmosphere breathtaking while this certainly made memorable moments. Zoetry created my first time Jamican experience safe and memorable as I traveled alone. Looking forward to my next stay.

Over 50 countries visited and this is the 3rd favorite place I have ever stayed. 1st is a private villa in Positano, 2nd is Le Meridian over water bungalow in Bora Bora, and now Zoetry in Montego Bay.

Was a amazing stay! The people hospitality was amazing. The food was excellent! I love how clean it was and the beach felt so private, (it is). The cleaned and sanitized every inch of this place every second without being in your way or noticeable.

The customer service was outstanding! I was pampered in so many ways. Me and my partner was given everything we desired.. even if it was not on the menu, we requested it and we got it. The environment is peaceful and romantic. My favourite employee was Krystal from the canoa bar and restaurant! She was exquisite. She made our stay worthwhile being at the bar. Upon arrival, we were given a tour so that we didn’t have trouble getting around the resort!! I would Say, this is a couples resort! The resort is classy and exclusive.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We thank ZOETRY for an amazing stay!!

I was conflicted on whether to give this hotel a 4 or 5 star. I chose 5 because the pros for our quick stay, outweighed the cons. Maybe for longer stays, and people who love the resort vibe for they typically offer (buffet style food, lots of entertainment, crowded spaces..) the review might be a lower starred one. For couples, it is a wonderful stay - away from the Hip Strip, which reminds me more of a Miami environment, and the water is so much more pristine. The staff were incredibly forthcoming and the welcoming was very friendly. I particularly enjoyed that it wasn’t overcrowded and was generally a peaceful stay. There’s a coffee bar, which I really enjoyed. There was a bar in the main area, two restaurants and a ‘hut’ called Jerkie Joes by the beach, which had the BEST food on the entire premise. This leads me to the cons. The food was subpar; they should have the lady who cooks at Jerkie Joes cook in their restaurant. The service at the restaurant by the water moved at a snail’s pace. And trust me, I understand Caribbean pace, I’m Caribbean myself, but jeez, the wait was so ridiculous we opted for the other restaurant even though that restaurant said there was a wait of 20 minutes, but at least there we had a range. Because it is away from the Hip Strip, it’s inconvenient to get anywhere, unless you’re willing to pay $75+USD to even get to the main strip; which is CRAZY because you can pay $15USD each way on a regular taxi but they make it impossible for you to do that. I’d say, go on to the main road, look for taxis with the red plates, and make it more affordable for yourself. All in all though, if you aren’t the adventurous type and want to stay at the resort and relax, I would stay here. I’m not a big resorts person, I’m from NYC and want to be a bit more secluded, so this hotel helps me achieve that.

We arrived on a Sunday and did not get a butler until Wednesday, eventhough 1 was assigned we did not really get a line of communication established until later, our room did not have a steamer, the phone didn't work, we didn't have a tablet for all information related to the resort until Wednesday. Our outdoor soaking tub had very little water pressure, so we couldn't use it. For the 1st 2 days being without a phone I had to go up and down stairs for room service and it seemed like the female staff was put off by me constantly asking for assistance in person. Our butler Eric Webster and Rayan Haye came through and made everything better by midweek but by then I had already determined that I would not be returning here. It was our honeymoon and my wife is 1 not to complain but me personally I have expectations. We did not get a tour of the property and never were aware of the "bulliten board" so we wondered around at dinner time in the wrong area. Also we had 200.00 in resort coupons that we never recieved after multiple request to the receptionist on duty. All in all this resort is for an older clientele, the beach is very small and limited, the bright side is that Jerky Joe's "Tika" was very accommodating and the food in my opinion was better than #Scottches. I do reccomend the WHAGWAN tour with @fayes_island_experience, it was a highlight for us.

Stayed in September 2021 for 6 days. The food was great! Staff was Top Tier! All except for Tenille at the front desk. She was very pushy in trying to convince my fiancée and I that we should get separate massages when we clearly stated we would prefer a couple’s massage. We ended up taking a local taxi to a nearby spa and had an amazing massage and facial! When we returned She did not even acknowledge us… I strongly suggest the delicious hash browns for breakfast and please DO Indulge in Jamaica Night! Food and Live band were impeccable! One other downside is that our room had a serious sewage problem in where as soon as we would drain the bathtub the stench was overwhelming for over an hour, it got to the point by day 3 we stopped taking baths and only used the shower. We informed staff and nothing was done. Would not stay here again due to overall experience. Also, limited drink selection. Only Jamaican rum and champagne. Unacceptable Booked via EXPEDIA

First, my stay was only for three nights. Got in on Friday and checked out on yesterday. When we checked in on Friday, we did not get a tour of the facility. We did not get the key to our room until almost 5 pm! This is unacceptable. There were four other couples who got two night before we did. We signed up for the anniversary package as we had just celebrated 25 years, and had to utilize the other couples butler to get this done. The room was decorated on the second night instead of when we got there. We NEVER met the butlers for our building. Bennett made sure we were taking care of and we were not even in the building that he was the butler in. Secondly, the lock box in our room did not work. The first night we were there, we called three times for room service and did not get an answer. My husband had to walk down to the front desk to request room service. Had to call down for wash clothes. I'm guessing there was a shortage of this. The last night, we called for room service 3 times again. It rang all three times until a recording came on and it starting ringing again. When the young man answered, we ordered pizza. This was at 3:41 am. I called back at 4:51 to be told that the kitchen was out of pizza and he had tried calling the room to let us know. The phone did not rang at all because we were up. So I decided to call back for burger and fries. Again, had to call three times before he answered. Stated, he would like the kitchen know. Guess, what, the food NEVER ARRIVED, nor did anyone call to say if there was a problem. The pool was nice. The food was nice. The beach was not swimmable as there was sea moss every where, no one during my stay swam at the beach. Also, the room lighting is dim and could be brightened some. This was my first and last time staying here for $555 a night, this is unacceptable.

This resort post false advertisement the whole stay we had a problem with hot water, we had a noise complaint and wasn’t even loud just had arrived at the resort. One of the ladies that was with us was walking down the steps & her foot went through the step the staff act like it was her fault. The food wasn’t that great wasn’t even hot when it was served to us the only food we enjoyed was the birthday dinner. The air didn’t work for the last two days in one of the rooms, they barely gave us clean towels throughout our stay

This is a very nice hotel but restaurant service is incredibly slow. At breakfast there were all of 3 tables and I had to ask for a napkin, ask for silverware, ask for service all together. At lunch, again with only a few tables occupied, I had to hunt down a napkin and silverware and a small plate of nachos took about 20 minutes.

I will definitely visit this place again and again. The staff are really lovely. The Manager and Patrick was also superb. For me it’s a 5 star all around. Cleanliness, food, service, helpfulness everything was magnificent.

I love this place it's only 49 suites so you don't have to worry about crowds. The staff is super friendly and even though it's all inclusive they do not skimp on theb liquor. If you are looking to relax, without crowds and get away this is the place for u. If you want to party this is NOT the place to book tey one of the sisters resorts Secrets or Breathless

I went on a solo trip for my 40th birthday and I had the best time of my life. They really made sure my first time was an amazing experience. There is a butler for every room and I had Kyle who was so good and attentive to me. Maria the beach attendant was great as well. We are now friends lol ... Renee and GMan at the front desk are great as well. I definitely recommend staying here
