The worst place in Montego Bay, the place is not like the pictures on Google, those pictures are from years ago and it's 2022 now, the place seems like an abandoned building that they using to just get some quick cash.The bed linens dirty.No customer service. BE AWARE, DO NOT GO THERE.. they don't deserve no stars.. Gonna be uploading the video of how the place actually looks.. Will be demanding my money back as I didn't stay there after seeing the place in a deplorable condition

Hospitality was great! The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Smookez bar had pretty good food. Its right next door. Very peaceful and its about 8 min from Montego Bay Airport. However, it was very different from what we expected when we arrived.There is NOT a shuttle and the taxi was round trip $50. They are in the middle of construction. There was a bar but it was closed. The swimming pool was half full and didnt look too clean. I wish I had read the reviews before booking because the photos are very misleading. I will post photos to give a better idea of what it looks like currently.

Terrible place to stay, loud, noisy, rude people and the pictures are not what they appear to be on the website. They did not have hot water after the first 3 minutes. no phone, no Internet, no private beach, broken AC, this place is not family friendly at all. The Bar Next Door plays loud music all night long. Horns blow constantly outside, not much room for parking. The swimming pool was unusable it was all in a horrible state we recommend do not go!

Needs to update facilities but other than that it's ok. Nice beach view

Its was ok. But ambiance was really good. The settings on the water front was nice.

Summer in Jamaica and A/C in this hotel room doesn't work. No towels. Cardboard stuffed in window frame since no glass.

This place was like looking at a horror movie! We were in shock that the pictures on the internet were waaayyy off! We left after the first night and didn't ask for our money because it appears that the hotel could really use it. So we decided to use this as charity. Don't waste your time or money. The one good thing about this place is the housekeeper named Diane. The day we arrived, she took all of our luggage to our room. She was very slim and had to walk up a large flight of stairs. There was no man to help her. The owner should be ashamed of himself.

Spiritz of Montego Bay is excellent. It has potential and the servers are friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and layers back . Nice for an evening out or a after work drink.

Although dated it was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Stayed for a week felt like my second home. Ty was super cool and taught me alot about Montego Bay. Thanks for the fresh coconut 🥥

Hotel is under construction, probably was a grand hotel 60 years ago. I only stayed here because the price was low. Needs a total makeover

Stayed here for 2 days,t'was a great weekend. Staff was friendly,manager was awesome! Looking for sw peace and tranquility? I recommend this property.

Very nice place and safe to stay for Tourists and Jamaicans.

If your like me and you don't plan on staying in your room the entire time, than it's a great choice. Right on the beach where no one will bother you with an attached restaurant and bar. There is a good also and affordable market on the same lot.
