This
company
has
one
good
thing.
Darleen
the
tour
guide.
The
booking
process
is
lackluster
and
so
old
school.
We
booked
multiple
events
in
one
day.
We
tried
to
cancel
one
and
we
were
told
it
required
48
hours
in
advance
for
a
full
refund.
We
would’ve
never
had
48
hours
due
to
when
it
was
booked
vs
when
it
was
occurring.
After
reading
online
we
could’ve
received
at
least
50%
but
the
girl
we
booked
with
at
the
RIU
just
looked
at
us
like
we
were
crazy
and
pressured
us
to
just
reschedule.
Honestly
the
excursions
on
this
island
are
exhausting;
well
over
1:45
bus
rides
one
way,
with
an
extreme
amount
of
dwell
time
at
each
event
while
you
wait
for
more
people
to
show
up.
Most
of
the
time
we
were
one
of
3
groups
on
each
bus.
We
booked
the
dolphins
experience
and
river
falls
excursions
as
a
same
day
package
recommended
by
the
JTL
guide
in
the
lobby.
We
drove
to
the
falls,
waited
40
mins
for
the
group
to
get
larger,
did
the
excursion,
got
back
on
the
bus
and
arrived
at
dolphins.
We
had
our
scheduled
experience
10
mins
after
arrival
and
our
bus
was
scheduled
to
pick
us
up
at
3.
The
dolphin
tour
was
explained
to
us
to
have
kayaking,
paddle
boards,
a
zoo,
free
lunch.
We
were
told
we
could
not
kayak
or
paddle
board.
The
zoo
is
legit
a
50
foot
walk
way
with
an
iguana,
parrots,
birds
and
rabbits.
Lunch
took
35
mins
and
then
we
sat
for
2
hours
waiting
for
the
bus
to
pick
us
up.
We
could’ve
been
doing
something
else
or
back
at
the
resort
enjoying
our
time
together
in
a
better
environment.
Also
we
were
told
this
company
was
a
part
of
Expedia
but
the
money
spent
with
them
also
does
not
link
to
Expedia
points
and
we
have
no
way
to
get
them
added.
I
spent
$1,000
on
excursions,
it
is
ridiculous
that
you
could
not
get
points
for
it.
Never
again
with
this
company,
book
another
way.
