Located in Island village Ocho Rios, beside Tuff Gong across from margaritaville. Awesome customer service and literally a wide variety of flavours and remixes to choose from! Pretty kool process to watch how your ice cream is made from scratch. Using Nitrogen that causes the freezing process etc and fries and mold the ice cream.

Great service. Was served by Mrs Pottinger in the Ocho rios branch. She was lovely and so helpful. I would highly recommend.

The ice cream is great and the staff is very nice. The menu is huge with different options for everyone. You can mix and match and create your own flavor and they even have some with liquor. Ice cream is made right in front of you and rolled up. Cool and fun experience. They also have milkshakes and other desserts. Great place!

The Kingston location just open and has the worst cashiers with absolutely no customer service training after waiting for 2 hours I asked for a refund and my money was thrown at me. Just terrible

I’ve got mixed feelings about this place! The guys are friendly and fun, but the service is super slow. We waited for so long then go bored and left to go for pizza and a walk. Then returned to try the signature rolls, which were pretty average unfortunately, especially the pistachio cheesecake roll which was so starchy and tasted artificial. It was fun to talk to the guys and see the roll being prepared but otherwise I wasn’t impressed!

Interesting concept for ice cream. Very flavourful and caters to your wildest mixture of flavours! Try it, you will definitely love it! Wait time is dependent on the crowd but worth the wait!🙂

I had this ice cream for the first time. I had the dairy-free coconut and coffee with peanuts sprinkled. I totally enjoyed this ice cream and can't wait to be back.

The ice cream was okay however wait time was ridiculous. We waited over an hour get served during the week day.

As usual excellent service and my kids, husband and I enjoyed the time there.

I've visited the Ocho Rios location, it's small and you could miss the sign but the staff was friendly and helpful. The end result was absolutely delicious!

The ice cream is really good. I was sceptical about trying it but I was definitely not disappointed. Prices could be improved though. Also for the double flavours, I don't want them incorporated into one. I'd like them to be separate rolls.

Staff was ok.. Dough was a bit raw on the inside for the amazing 4 stuff crust.

Location - This is a very small ‘shop’ which I believe needs a better sign on the outside to direct people towards it! Pricing - pricing is very reasonable for example $4USD $6USD & 8USD based on your choices! There’s a flat JMD conversion rate of $100JMD which I’m highly impressed with, as it gives locals a fair chance to enjoy. Menu - You might be staring at the menu for a while before making a selection because the choices are so many! However the staff members are there to assist you with your selection. Staff - I was impressed with the male server who took my order & got up to make prepare the ice cream as opposed to the / females that were sitting DIRECTLY at the preparation table but did not move when the guy gave them my order! It’s fascinating to watch them making the product! I don’t think I made a good selection/combination so I will NOT comment of taste

My husband and I went here for the first time and it was absolutely satisfying. A small dessert hut in Island Village. They have an abundance of flavours and the vibe there was nice.They don't just sell ice cream, they have several desserts.Who doesn't love alcohol and ice cream.
