I have been coming to Cafe Blue Fairview for about 10 years. I must say that they have come a very long way in terms of customer service. There needs to be more consistency as it relates to the drinks and coffee as it is never ever the same between baristas and that should not necessarily be the case. With that said, Shamoy is absolutely amazing and gets my drinks right all the time after all these years. Brandi is new but very personable and always has a smile. Also, the Chicken with sun dried tomatoes panini keeps getting better and better.

Very nice decor and customer service was good. We had the Oreo cheesecake, apple tarts and chocolate chip cookies, all of which were delicious.

The food was amazing hot and fresh, from the cashier down to the waitress staff were very friendly. I would definitely visit again.

The standard for customer service has dropped completely. I can almost tell when there's a manager on duty. The staff continues to have loud discussions about personal matters. If you're thinking to sit and have a meal in a quiet, encouraging atmosphere; this is not the place. Food and drinks are still good, you'd be much better off taking it to go.

Yummy Breakfast! Quick and the line shows it's pretty popular. Food is simple but very good. Coffee and desserts are 👍 They take credit card and its inside a pharmacy store a little to the left so don't miss it. Staff was sweet and very attentive to our larger party and quickly put tables together for us to be comfortable sitting together.

While in Jamaica, this was the spot... I loved the fresh blue mountain coffee, which offers a spread of acidity but lacks bitterness, and when combined with the traditional condensed milk, it's an explosion of amazing flavors. I enjoyed the service here- they were more welcoming than other cafes on the island. I recommend this spot even if you're not a coffee fan, this will make you one!

Cafe Blue provides a 5-star coffee and breakfast experience. They were able to accommodate a large group of a dozen adults and kids (pickney!). The croissant sandwiches and cappuccinos were awesome, as was the cold blue! Service was also first class!!

I am no longer pleased with the coffee at MBJ Airport. The quality has deteriorated in the past 6 weeks. It's weak and tasteless.

Customer service is decent; good now, poor next time. Food is alright basically a hit or miss but they make great drinks and the atmosphere is always good. Nice setting up and their WiFi is always open and available.

Got drinks and their tomato and chicken sandwich and loved it. I'm caffeine and lactose sensitive so I loved the fact that I could get an Oreo Frappe and not worry about migraines after. I wish there were more cheese free food options and more drinks without sugar but the service was overall good and the environment very chill and perfect for a quick coffee date. Wifi is available if you need it.

I love their apple tarts but they got much smaller... for the same price of course. Coffee selection is hands down the best in Montego Bay. Being European, I come here when I want to treat myself to a "close to home" experience. Not quite like a cafe in Venice or Paris, but the closest thing to it for sure!

Café blue in fairview has been my getaway spot for a while now, I hope the owners know and appreciate the gem they have as staff members here. These people goes above and beyond to ensure that we are overly satisfied. My home away from home...my extended family....teamfairview.

I was there a week ago and i enjoyed my brief moment. Staff is welcoming and food is great just thought my coffee needed a bit more milk but besides that staff is excellent. Keep it up guys..💕💕💕💕💕

Great spot to grab a bite to eat, nice wraps sandwiches in good buns with good quality meats and cheeses. The deserts are a better selection and better quality than you will find at most coffee places. Blue Mtn Coffee and frozen drinks(not real fruit but good and you can mix flavors) can get busy but the drinks move quick.

Giving this five stars exclusively, because they have gluten-free wraps! Which is very hard to come by, to almost nonexistent in the area. The café is located inside a pharmacy, so the atmosphere is mid, but if you need a sandwich, or a pastry, or a hot drink, this is a great option.

Needed a caffeine fix, and was driving around Montego Bay. Familiar with other locations, so came here. Just so you know, it's inside the pharmacy, so park outside and go in. Got the Blueccino with a shot of rum cream. It was good, and had just enough pick me up. Got the mochaccino for my wife, and she enjoyed. Good for a quick stop while in downtown Montego Bay.

They got my order wrong, first off. Ordered a chocolate chip cookie, got oatmeal raisin instead. The lemon square just tasted like flour and icing. The mocha frappe was just "meh", nothing to write home about. All in all, I have a better experience at Starbucks; at least their desserts are actually edible. Both treats bought here are in the trash...

The customer service was great. The ladies are friendly and they always know what I want to order. The bread for the sub swedish was dry and the plate was hot which made me think it was microwaved and there was no sauce so that was a down for me but I'd eat there again given previous experiences.

Very comfy spot

I love this spot. You could just grab something and go or relax in the cozy café. My favourite thing to order is the Blueccino. It is to die for if made right. Unfortunately there is little quality control as I've had to return a blend that was nothing like what it was supposed to taste like.

This is my favorite place to have breakfast in Montego Bay! The salmon bagels are sooooo nice. I get it on a wheat bun. I typically get Jamaican Blue Coffee and add cream but today I ordered the Mochaccino also. It’s nice if you like really sweet iced coffee. If not this may not be the drink for you. The juices are nice and I’ve had a smoothie that was yummy in the past. I change up the drink choice now and then but the bagel stays the same!!! It’s just something about the spicy jam and salmon mix!! Yum, yum, YUM!!! There is free Wi-Fi so it’s a great place to get some work done. It’s a decent size but just cozy enough. It’s located inside of Fontana, when you enter main entrance make a right and you will see it on the end!

Very convenient and beautifully designed cafe located inside Fontana Pharmacy building. Delicious coffee, desserts and salmon panini/wrap are most recommended! Staff and service are great, excellent place to meet up with friends, coworkers or for business lunch. Car park available a few mins walk from the cafe. Greatly recommended.
