Since Mr. Captain has died, the store in Montego Bay isn't the same. Less products in store & the place is in a bad condition!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought an item here and when I got my change I realized that $100 was ripped at the end, I asked the cashier to change the note she said she can't open the register so ill have to wait. I waited for a while no one came, I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told none was there. I asked for a number to contact who was responsible for the establishment I was given attitude and told to call Kingston. Now I understand why this business is not booming like it once was. Terrible customer service plays apart of it.

Can someone tell me if the Cakes are spicy and has a lot of flavour like the cakes made when I was growing up 50 years ago. Are the icing and body of the vanilla birthday cake flavourful and delicious at Captain's Bakery.

I mostly purchase Cakes here, the products are good but the problem I have is they dont understand the importance of "Time". When I place an order and they tell me to pick it up at X time....I have to always go there and WAIT....AND WAIT AND WAIT.

I must recommend their easter bun. I enjoy their cakes always leaving me wanting more, even though they are on what appears to be a rough patch I have hope they will return to their original spot.

Best in pastry

Captain's bread are perhaps among my top three favorites. But what I loved the most from this spot in particular were the pastry options. I cannot resist their Black Forrest cake ever and so I try to avoid even walking in that directions on a regular day. I also love the muffins, cinnamon roles and cheesecake. Captain's really know pastry.
