Love it there will recommend to others just don't take more than two snack for your kids 2-4 they have a no food allowed policy only toddlers are allowed two snack and drink. I found that a bit disturbing but we complied had to buy everything there.

Had an amazing experience there. Cost is $2000jmd to enter, $1600jmd for locals (i.e have an I.D with St Ann address). Clean dancehall music was played the entire time so that's a plus. Food and drink was great as well. My only issue was that the fries served with my burger were too salty 😩. Otherwise, an overall great experience and I'd definitely be back.

Nice laid out place. Good was good. An actual beach. Only neg. Is most of the beaches are rock & shell ridden... free wifi really only works up close to the office. An extender would be nice to add

The staff is welcoming, the pool is clean, the food was warm when it was delivered to our cabana a bit pricey but it's a lovely spot to spend the day.

I've been here twice since Dec. 2019. The first time I had a really good time- the place reminded me of a resort. The beach was clean, the bathrooms were very sanitary and the food service was good. But my last visit a week ago was awful! I guess as a result of citizens being allow to go to beaches now amid the pandemic everyone flooded Puerto Seco. The place was packed! The pool was crowded, the bathrooms were nasty and getting a beach chair took a while from staff. But worst of all was getting food. My Hod was it frustrating!! It took 2hrs for me to get my food and I had to behave badly before I finally did get it.

I was surprised by the ambiance and feel of the environment. I was reminded of a stay at five star hotel but with the absence of the rooms. Great bar, pool and grill all at reasonably priced entry fee and other prices. I love it.

The best beach ever. Best host ever. Best food ever

Unfortunately, my response is colored by an unpleasant experience. It was really unclear what was available for us to do. We could have been more aggressive in seeking help, but we were on a paid excursion and expected more guidance. The resort did not seem very well kept up. The swimming areas were very shallow. They only went up to my husband's hips.

Social Distancing is observed on the beach. The water is nice. The staff is attentive to your needs. When you factor the complimentary meal with the pitcher of juice or beer the charge is within reasonable range.

Nice location to chill for the day... Clean beach, nice sand, spacious area, parking and inside. I love the water obstacle course- good fun and test of fitness. The life guards are fun and caring and real and very helpful. The ? area is also very nice. The trainers are fun and knowledgeable about the job and the dolphins. You are not allowed to carry you phone or camera to the dophin area. You have to use their in-house photographers. You can review your pics when leaving and you can purchase them if you want (rather expensive though). Even if you can't swim, you are allowed in the water with the dolphins and even if you can't swim, they will still accommodate you somehow. Any questions you have about the dolphins, they will be glad to answer. The bathrooms, changing rooms and the outside showers are excellent and you can rent lockers to store you personal stuff. There are alot of areas to sit and chill, under shade too if you desire. You are only allowed to bring a bottle of water and small bag of nuts now, before, you couldn't bring in any sort of food, and you are searched at the entrance. You have to buy food on the property. (I ate alot before going, did the activities, slept then left and got food else where) You are also not allowed to leave and re-enter the property, you have to pay another entrance fee

The beach was clean and the decor and updates were nice. The cost to enter is 2000 JMD for locals and the dolphin packages starts at 6000JMD for locals. Food and drinks are not permitted, but patrons can buy at the restaurants on the property. The gift shop is typical though... I'd rather they have more authentic Jamaican things for gift options and not made in "Indonesia" etc on the items. The experience was really good though.

The beach is okay, it's clean, and the employees are friendly. The food at the bar wasn't worth the money though. The food they serve there is hot at least.

Worth the price... Only thing is greatly missed is the picnic area has you are not allowed to bring in food and its a bit costly when its a family outing Bring water shoes as the water obstacle is slippery?

Costly to visit, you pay an entrance fee and no food or drinks are allowed so you have to purchase on site. A free go on obstical course is included in entrance. Additional costs to visit dolphins or for extra goes on the obstical course.

Nice venue with good security, the entry price could be lower because you have to purchase food on the property

Nice place for your family to enjoy their day

Something for everyone- good family fun. Includes an obstacle course on the beach and swimming with the Dolphins (at an additional cost of course) Limited variety of food inclusive of jerk chicken and pork. There is also a pool on the property.

It's great place to enjoy yourself but the food prep is a bit lengthy when super busy but otherwise it's awesome

Really nice, however the food isnt all that tasty. Also better to spend local dollars vrs usd because the exchange rate is really low.
