Wow this is such an amazing perk to have in the airport if you are staying at beaches or sandals. Immediately upon entering I was greeted and they took my bag. There are several comfy places to sit and they come to you and offer you complimentary drinks and snacks while you await a shuttle bus from the airport to the resort. The shuttle came so fast and the workers helped load my bags and carry them to the bus where they rode me to the resort
