This was a great experience and my tour guide Anissa was awesome. She was so friendly and welcoming. I did the ATV, siplining and climbing the Dunn’s river falls. It was a long day, bring water and make sure you rest before if you’re not very active. Only suggestion to Chukka is to not ask for a tip by saying “a tip will be greatly appreciated “. It’s very tacky although I understand that money has to be made. Rather maybe rephrase it to sound more appealing because it made a lot of other members on the tour cringe. Other than that it was an overpriced great experience.

I love the scenery here and they also have some great jerk chicken. While out on vacation we had an excursion scheduled here but it rained, so the excursion was postponed. We enjoyed the swing in the ocean and we also enjoyed seeing the people ride horses into the ocean.

First time visiting Jamaica and we decided to do the raft along a river. It was so beautiful and peaceful and even got a foot scrub with it! Our tour guide was the BEST! His name is Bush Man and he was fantastic, ask for him for your raft guide!! He even got us some fresh coconuts to drink out of, it was truly amazing. I can’t wait to come back to Jamaica and do more excursions! 💛

Our captain was amazing, we learned a lot from him about the local culture. We had a great time and took some of the best photos of our vacation in Jamaica! I strongly recommend this tour if you’re in the area!

We've done the zip lining here twice. The last zip is one of the 2 longest I've ever seen. The guides are very well trained, friendly, and helpful. They had a guide at every tree, one hooking you up and sending you off, and another "catching" you. Most zip lines do it that way, but not all. I've been on some in other places that had 2 guides for 20 people and you had to hook yourself up to each new zip and unhook yourself at the end! They do drop some pretty strong "hints" about tipping, but we ran into that every where. This is definitely the best place to zip line in Jamaica.

We booked the dunes river falls, zip lining, ATV’s & horseback riding. The Dunes River Fall was absolutely beautiful. But I feel like the guides could have taken more precautions to make sure everyone was safe. At the very end there were extremely slippery rocks. My fiancé slipped and began sliding down the dune another gentleman and myself grabbed her and pulled her to safety. I feel like one of them should have hung back until everyone was out of the water safely. The guide mentioned people have died and they only step on the rocks they clean. We have no idea which ones those are when you’ve exited the water. On the zip lines my fiancé asked if she could have another holster because the one they gave her smelled like urine. The employee then asked what’s the problem? You’re too big you can’t fit it? No. It smells like pee. She decided against going all together. The other guide on the zip lines was dismissive of questions a guy in the group had. He was clearly afraid. The guide simply brushed it off and told him to go. A terrible feeling at 100 ft. The 4-wheelers were fun for 3 minutes. Then the ATV my fiancé was on completely broke down. The breaks didn’t work at all and the acceleration was faulty. One guide mentioned he didn’t feel like taking it to maintenance . He proceeded to have her switch ATV’s and have another guide separate us from the rest of the group. We watched the original group zoom and have a great time while we slowly rode/babysat the clearly malfunctioning “replacement ATV”. At the end he asked if we enjoyed ourselves to which I said it would be fun if we could have actually rode them. It wasn’t my first time, and my fiancé grew up riding them. He simply said she was a beginner so he had to go slow. She wasn’t. I would have respected the truth, but blaming her for poor equipment was a slap in the face. Especially after paying so much. Lastly we opted out of the horse back riding since we’re bigger girls (5’10 240 lbs) & the weight limit was 230. The Caucasian gentleman with us weighed 250 & they casually excused him to go. Absolutely would not recommend or return.

We booked an excursion from the Princess ship. Surpassed expectations. Floated down the river a good long time and it was just beautiful. The ride up was also an experience I’ll never forget. What a great driver. Bring money for the pictures and tips. Not sure whose dogs were walking around but they needed to be fixed and one looked like it needed vet care. That kind of bummed me out. Thanks for a wonderful day otherwise.

First time visiting Jamaica and Chukka was a great experience. Amazing staff!! Made the whole experience an 11/10. All drivers, tour guides and everyone in between were very friendly and personable. Lunch was included which was very tasty. Pick up and drop off was very easy and worry free. We were gone all day long, got picked from 7:30am in Montego Bay and got dropped off at 5:30. A very memorable day!

So much fun! VERY organized, beautiful area to shower & get ready for excursion. Chukka is a nice spot to go to just to hang even if you don’t book excursions! I wish there was more down time in-between excursions. The lunch that was included w my excursions was VERY good.

This was my first time in Jamaica and my first time participating in 'excursions' purchased through Carnival Cruise line. Kacey, our tour guide, met us promptly and was immediately informative and friendly. She spent the bus ride entertaining us with facts about Jamaican culture, history, food, and language: I loved this! We rode horses in the bay with Cecile and the other boys (I wish I could remember their names), and he offered to carry my sister's phone and record video the whole time.. so sweet! This was so much fun. Then we went and ziplined through the jungle with Grey Boots, Leona, and Cameron. These guys were AWESOME! I felt completely safe and exhilarated the entire time. They were so professional and fun, this is to this day the most fun I've had! I'm a thrill-seeker and they served it right up. Then we got to relax and float the river with Teaspoon and (gosh I cant remember his name) but they were both SO excellent: so funny and friendly. In fact, I markedly remember thinking everyone I met on this tour was SO friendly: more friendly than any Americans I know. This was a 10/10 experience for me. Jamaica is some of the most beautiful country I've seen and the people were unforgettable. I will be back. Thanks so much guys, it was awesome!!

We did the Dunn's Falls Zipline and Climb, Horseback Riding and ATV tour, and had an amazing day. They do take safety seriously. We wish we'd been told about the sequencing of the activities so we could better prep the clothes we wore: Started with horseback riding, which included riding in the water at the beach - you will get fully wet. Then ATV riding (same location), where you may get dirty, and you'll get soaked if it rains. Finished with the zipline over the falls, then climbed the falls - definitely need a bathing suit for this. There are changing areas at both locations. There are food options at both locations. Horseback riding - our guide, Lecky, was funny and amazing. He ensured we all understood how to properly ride (not as easy as it might seem if you haven't done it in a while). We rode through the woods and along the beach, then they swapped saddles and we all rode through the water as deep as the horses' backs. It was a bucket list experience I hadn't realized I'd wanted until I actually did it. The ATVs were fun but it took a while for them to find enough that were in working order before our group could start. This was the one negative for the day and I felt they should have sorted this out beforehand. Some of the vehicles failed during the ride and had to be swapped out. Definitely need to focus more on maintenance, although none of the problems seemed to create an unsafe ride, just inconvenience. We spent a good 60-70 minutes riding once we got started, through the woods and along the beach, experiencing a wide range of terrain. It started raining without lightning about halfway through, and we appreciated that they kept the tour going, but we did get re-soaked. Lunch - we stopped near Dunn's Falls for lunch, which was included in the price of the tour. We had Jerk Chicken, beans/rice and cabbage, and it was solid but not amazing. Dunn's Falls - our guide Maurice and the team were super-attentive to what can at times be intimidating climb - you literally climb through the falls at some times, with water rushing over the rocks you're climbing. The photo/videographer, Alex, was also fantastic about helping everyone capture some great poses at the right spots, and was willing to take pictures with your phone as well as his camera. It was a thoroughly fun and memorable experience. The zipline before the falls included three zip segments, and the safety precautions were spot on. Exhilarating. Pro Tip - If you have a standard-size padlock (Combination or keyed), bring one and save yourself $10 at the first leg of the trip (you'll need to rent a locker at Dunn's Falls regardless, but after deposit, you only end up paying about $5). Pro Tip - Bring a swimsuit AND change of clothes if you want a dry ride back to the hotel. You'll get soaked at both areas. Pro Tip - save yourself $30 and bring a waterproof pouch for your phone that can hang around your neck, or at least buy one on Amazon. Pro Tip - be prepared to tip a lot if you're happy. Not sure if it's true or not but the tour teams actively suggest tipping if you're happy, and make the point that it's how they make most of their money, not their hourly rate. We did tip because the guides were excellent, but I recommend having a variety of currency units (singles, fives, tens, twenties) on hand. American currency is as welcome as Jamaican dollars. FYI - you'll have the chance to buy photos of the experience. The per-photo fees for horseback riding and ATVs were high, but we got about 25 photos and a video of our Dunn's Falls excursion for $40, which was a great deal. Overall, we felt we got EXCEPTIONAL value for the amount paid, even when we added in the tipping and considered the cost of purchasing photos that we simply could not have gotten otherwise. Strong recommend. Only reason for four stars was the not-insignificant mechanical issues with the ATVs during our tour, and because a few simple reminders and clarity about the sequence of the tours and availability of changing rooms would have helped us better prepare and save about $30-40.

I would give this 10 stars out of 5!!! Our flight was delayed by a day which was the day we were suppose to come, they rescheduled us and fit us in anyways. It was very very kind and didnt charge us extra. We did the ocean ultra which included atv, snorkeling /party boat, horse back riding land/water, and zipline (land/water). I have an extreme fear of heights over land but water im fine because i can swim. There was an employee who does the zip lining named Odane he made my whole experience. I was going to quit because i was so high up so he took me off the hook and talked to me for a bit until i was comfortable then i faced my fears because he helped me. Everyone was really kind and encouraging! Then for the atv Korey went out his way to make me comfortable driving the atv as well. It was just alot of good energy! The snorkeling was fun as well. The party boat itself i wasnt a fan of. They should get a bigger boat on my opinion for more dance room because everyone was kind of spaced out and cramped on the sides only a few could be on the dance floor. But again the staff were all great, i did mot run into one person who had a bad attitude or even stand offish. They were all very friendly! Im usually quiet but everytime i turned around it was a staff member there making me laugh. This was a really great experience. The staff was on time for pick up and drop off as well! The only thing i will admit if the lady who gave out snacks didnt give me my correct change and when i called her out on it she gave me half the money she owed me , and i just took the rest as a lost. It wasnt right but i wanted to have a good time. So id just be mindful with money and her. But every other staff member was EXCELLENT ! There was an older staff member who said he was there about 20-30 years teaching people how to ride horses i cant quite remember his name. He helped my best friend who was terrified of her horse and got her to calm down when she was freaking out. The music by the pool was lit as well! Better than the boat music. The van/bus that picks you up gives you a tour along the way explaining the history along the cities that are passed.

We booked a three Excursion package with Chukka from Montego Bay. Our driver Elton James picked us up promptly at the time we were scheduled, and made our trip so memorable and great. We went to Black River Safari, YS falls and Appleton Estates. All the excursions took us out of Montego Bay and up the mountain to 4 different parishes. Mr James skillful driving was the only thing that made me feel safe traveling on the stepping curves of the mountain. We would highly recommend the tour. Take water shoes and Dramamine if you get carsick easily.

Had an awesome time with chukka for my birthday ! We booked them through our delta travel expert but she booke our excursions incorrectly. Thankfully our adevebture expert at our hotel who worked with the company was able to fix the problem quickly . Once we started we had a blast . The ATVS were exciting and the horses were so much fun. Special shout out to Daniel for being very knowledgeable about the horses and keeping me and my friends entertained as well ! Great customer service . And the party boat with captain Jarell and Shavell was AMAZING! There were sooo much fun I can genuinely say it was the highlight of my trip ! Such a great team !

Great experience! Our driver was Mr. Brown and our tour guide was Irrisa. She was very informative about the island's history. She funny and made sure everything was Irie. We zip lined through the forest, water tubing and horse bike riding. The guys were so funnnn and hilarious. They took very good care of us ensuring we were safe and comfortable. They provided us with complimentary food and drinks, awesome time.

Very fun adventure from horse back riding and the bamboo rafting ! The guides make you feel comfortable every step of the way and they're pretty cute looking as well love the history of the plantation and the foot massage included . One thing I dislike is the women selling items alongside the bamboo raft ride very pushy for a sale when I told her I wasn't interested and then proceeded to touch me unexpectedly and body shame me needing waist beads.

If you are ever in Jamaica I highly recommend you book this experience and request Momma T as your guide and Paul as your driver. From the time Paul picked us up from our resort at 6am to the time he dropped us back off at 6:45 pm we had an amazing time. Momma T gave us a sight tour as we drove to the 1st portion of our excursion and all along the way throughout the day. She pointed out many different sights along the way and made us feel as if we were getting a first hand account of the joys of Jamaica. 10 OUT OF 10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

Omg! First time in Jamaica and we booked all out tours with Chukka! And I can’t describe how happy we are. Big thank you to Donna, Marley, Janet, Tafari, Chesny, Natchroy And Germaine! We had the best time ever going to the river and zip line

  • 4/5 Amber Z. 2 years ago on Google
The only negative I have is that the horseback riding was pretty underwhelming. The guides for it were great and upbeat but the actual horse riding itself didn’t take too long and the “water” part of it was just a small circle in the ocean. The zip lining and tubing were a lot of fun. We had amazing tour guides, Rayon (sp?), Ghost, and John. They made us feel safe while having a great experience. They were knowledgeable and had good jokes. The tubing was the same. Great guides with great jokes. Had one guide steering us down the River while the other floated around and was very entertaining. We even got to do a rope swing at the end. It was a long drive but worth it. We finished our adventure at 5 ish and the last bus already left from the main grounds. Chukka made sure to accommodate us and we had a ride back to our resort at the end of the day.

The Zipline crew was the absolute best CJ and Junior/Senior was awesome! You guys made my husband laugh and feel comfortable in a terrifying situation for him. He felt like a pro zipliner after the last zipline! Thx for everything! Shout out to the manager how helped us to have an awesome time riding the speed boat and also to our instructor he spoiled us with a little extra time on the water Ya Mon!

Overall, it was a great experience because of the horseback riding crew. They were amazing, funny, and so helpful. Made me feel very safe, and I appreciate their attentiveness. I was a little scared to go into the water on the horses, but the guide (can't remember his name, but I really liked him) checked on me to make are I was okay at all times. Also, the food at the restaurant was good, the best chicken wings I've tasted in Jamaica! Hot and fresh. Some staff were not friendly in the gift shop, and no one told us about the lockers that we needed to put our things in, so we were late to our tour. But the guides gave us private instructions upon our tardiness. Overall, the service at the bar, the photographer, and the horseback riding made it all worth it. #travelwiththerapisttash

Did the Dunn’s River Falls hike, zip lining, horseback riding & ATV riding with Chukka. Everything was so much fun! Everyone on the tour was so helpful & really cared about our safety. Dunn’s River Falls was beautiful & the hike up was easy. The zip lining was a nice adrenaline rush. I really enjoyed horseback riding, especially in the water. I was nervous at first but Lamar helped me with guiding my horse. I had the same horse for both the regular path & the water path. My horse, Starboy, was so well behaved & I observed that all of the other horses were well behaved too. The ATV riding was a blast. I really liked the trail that we were on. It definitely gave us all different types of terrains. Some parts were smooth, some bumpy, some rocky & some muddy. We even took a ride on to the beach, stopped & our guides took our pictures for us by the water. I was at the front of the line so my guide offered to record a video of me riding back & I got some nice footage of myself. Would definitely recommend them for an adventurous day!

Loved our adventure at Chukka Resort in Jamaica!! Our guide, Devon, was such a sweet caring man. Treated us with such respect and was adamant that we have the BEST experience. We were not disappointed! The zip line was fun, safe and you got to see some beautiful scenery. Lunch was included and it was jerk chicken with rice. Delicious!! The Catamaran ride and snorkeling over the Reef was amazing!! Water was so clear, warm and the sea life was stunning. Got to hold a sea urchin. Very interesting creatures. Our boat captain and his mates were funny and entertaining. Each native we meet at Chukka were so sweet and kind. After leaving Jamaica we all agreed we loved the people way more than the activities we experienced. We highly recommend the horse back riding into the ocean, Zipline and Catamaran/ snorkling excursion. It's worth every penny!!!!!

IG: @tyshona This experience was so amazing that it hurt to leave. The bus ride over let me say was amazing. Our driver gave us rich history on Jamaica and tips for the duration of our stay. It was such a great energy it made the beginning of the day such a good vibe. My group started w/ the five ziplines & each one was a thrill especially going over the ocean. Toby, Odane, and another I can’t remember his name )has braids) were funny and informative when it comes to their work. Made the experience more than I could’ve expected. Even when some were too terrified to take on the lines they made sure to give them that boost they needed to be brave. Next I conquered horseback riding which I was super uncomfortable with, but Howard (he’s the best) help me to see through. He walked the entire route with me ensuring I was comfortable which I truly appreciated. Next was ATV riding and this was so exhilarating (thrill junky here). For those who wished to take on a faster course instructors separated us in between the activity so the experience you hoped for happens. I was one who liked to speed, go fast over hills and bumps, through the muddy water super fast and feel the breeze so I definitely loved that. Last was the catamaran boat ride, and let me say this was a party like no other. Everyone was so friendly during each activity I am thoroughly impressed with the service the staff provides at this location. Just know when they say party they truly mean it. On top of that being that I did four activities which made lunch free. It was so good that Im shocked that some people had strange reviews on the food when it was served hot and employees were very friendly. Note that there’s an hour break after each activity so it gives you time to change your clothes, take a shower, relax in the cabana, vibe to the live dj in the infinity pool or chill on the swings or benches. This is definitely a must whenever I visit Jamaica in the future. Thanks CHUKKA!! Also.. -PLEASE GIFT THE EMPLOYEES A TIP that truly go out of their way for you - bring lots of water -water shoes are a must nonnegotiable bring your own to save $$

The only good thing about the tour is horseback riding; everything else is a waste of money. The tours cost a lot, and the service is not where it should be. It’s not horrible but not worth tips. They ask for tips after every activity, and I think it would be better if tips were shared. It felt like they just wanted more money instead of giving us a wonderful experience. Tipping eight people in one day, especially when most didn't do much, turned me off. I’ve seen them chase people asking for a tip. Also, why do we have to pay for lockers for each activity when we can leave our bags on the bus? They can definitely improve, has potential!

This was my first time booking a tour, I am A Jamaican native so I normally do things on my own, Andre the tour guide and his apprentice Abby and driver Andre were amazing, but I cannot say the same for the other 2 guests that came on the tour who was very presumptuous and inconsiderate and that is why I choose not to do tour that are not private, this white lady and her daughter wanted the tour guide to skip one of the tour, we were scheduled to visit 3 different areas, and this woman had the nerves to say we should skip one, she also approached me asking if I could skip the rest stop and also if I minimize the time spent at YS FALLS, I think the CHUUKA TOURS need to explain thoroughly what the tours entails and to make sure guest understands the time frame, this woman and her daughter interrupted my tour experience and I was very uneasy because I felt Like I need to rush!! Overall it was a different experience and I wish I was on the tour with guest that were much relaxed. Big Thank you to Andre from CHUUKA TOURS your knowledge and expertise was amazing!!

Loved the experience here. Everything was scheduled perfectly according to the activities. Our favourite was river drafting and our tour guide made it fun. He even made reusable straw out of Chinese bamboo which we brought to back home as a beautiful souvenir. They go above and beyond to make your visit memorable. They are amazing make sure to tip them generously for their good work. Will highly recommend to get it as a package with zip lining over the Martha brae river. It’s beautiful.

We had a great time on the trip. they have multiple activities that you can book for the day. the check-in process was really slow and the directions were not clear about how to start the activities. They would announce your group over the microphone, but that wasn't apparent when we got there. Once that was figured out, everything was fun. We rode the horses through the ocean which was interesting but not as exciting as it seems. the Bamboo rafting was the highlight of our trip. The guide was knowledgeable and courteous. He even let me push the raft down the river for my Queen which was nice. You get a bottle of champagne, fresh coconut, and limestone mud scrub. Great activities, but slightly disorganized. Still recommend.

The ATV was the best. It rained that day which made it more fun. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and they we're definitely about putting safety first. I would use this company again. The booking process was so easy, i downloaded the app. They do sanitize all the equipment prior to you using it.

This was a great relaxing bamboo raft excursion. The tour guide was great and very friendly (pictured below). I wish the rafting was longer for the price I paid. Bamboo was leaning over in our path while rafting which can be dangerous (pictured below). Overall, I would participate in an excursion offered by this company again, but would book through them directly instead of through the hotel due to the price difference.

We participated in the Horseback Riding, ATVing, Ziplining, and Dunn's Falls package. Most of it was fun, however, I can't give a good review based on what we experienced during the horseback riding. I have gone on many horse riding excursions and I have never seen horses treated badly until here. From the moment we arrived, we noticed the horses were showing great discomfort with the bits in their mouths, which shouldn't be the case. The way the workers led and handled the horses was very rough in some circumstances. Once we were in the water, the workers started using sticks to whip the horse's to move when it was completely unnecessary. I have never seen such gross behavior towards horses. If the horses are trained properly, there is no reason to resort to such antics. The workers themselves were nice enough and I don't think they even were aware that what they were doing could be considered as wrong. It showed a lack of care by the company to not invest in proper equipment and training for the workers. And for a company this size, that is inexcusable. On a better note, the rest of the excursions were very fun and helped distract us from the horseback riding experience. I would have tipped more of the workers, but didn't realize until the end of the day that the tips weren't pooled and you had to tip each individual group.

Had a great time on the ATV. The trail was challenging and rugged. The tour team did a fantastic job keeping us together and ensuring no one experienced any problems. The guides are versed on the history of the area while making the whole experience memorable. I also kinda enjoyed the horse riding. We received practice that was beneficial before we hit the trail and the water. It was a great experience, I was just nervous. Lunch was great as well! Loved the Jerk Chicken and Festival! Will be back next year!

We went horseback riding. We had a blast riding but be careful about ordering pictures. We ordered them after and paid for them. We were told they’d be sent to our email. We had to contact three different people before we ever were able to get our pictures, even though they kept saying they sent them.

Very Unprofessional staff as far as the Ladies attitudes. One of the kitchen ladies was rude when a question was asked. The other lady in the kitchen was giving strange looks in the direction of some other ladies. No communication as to when a tour will start or when your transportation is coming back to get you. My family and I arrived at 12pm for ATV'S and horseback riding only to find out the ATVS were cancelled. It 45mins from the time we got out of the bus to get to the desk area to sign a waiver. We didn't start our Excursion until 2:45pm. Mind you the shuttle picked us up from our Hotel at 11:15. The men staff were down to earth especially Johnnie. Don't waste your time and money here. Very unprofessional. This was our second and last time using this company with a bad experience. Save your money. As of right now it's 4:38 and I'm still waiting on transportation and it's been an hour wait.

Do not I mean do not purchase any photos with this company. They are the absolute worst. I paid $55 for a photo package just to be told if I tip he’ll give me all the photos we took while horseback riding. Since we didn’t have cash and the place doesn’t have a atm we told him we couldn’t tip him. The man told us not to worry he’ll send us our pics via email. That was on the 17th of December. We have yet to receive anything from this company. I will be taking this up with my CC company. Do not I repeat. Do not purchase anything that needs to be sent via email. You’ll never receive it. They are horrible.

Chukka adventures was a super experience especially as a newly wedded couple. What was made it extra special was the professionalism of the workers. Thumbs up! Def recommended.

I did the ATV tour with chukka adventures and it was fun! Riding up and down the hills was an adventure and taking a little break to see the bamboos and to take photos was cool! The tour guides were great too. And you get picked up and dropped back to your hotel included with this tour! At the ranch they also have a restaurant to get food and drinks and they also have a gift shop, lockers and bathrooms if you need them also!

Great tour of the island. A little rough in some spots but still fun. OK lunch but hey, you're here for the scenery, not the food! Take it in!

First and foremost if you're visiting Jamaica for a short period of time I recommend doing a 4 in 1 activity if you are up for an adventure. Our day started at 6:30am due to staying at Grand Palladium in Lucea. Our tour guide Que was awesome, I would highly recommend. He has a lot of patience, friendly and was a good driver. Our journey to the first excursion took about 2.5 hours. The ride wasn't bad since I was sleep most of it. We arrived at the ATV field pretty early, so early that they were still opening when we arrived. We purchased bandanas to cover our faces, signed release forms and provided our driver's license ****Note: Do NOT forget your driver's license. You will not be able to ride the ATVs. They only had 2 or 3 working two seater ATVs. You will also place your lunch order prior to riding the ATVS, there are 3 food options Jerk Chicken, Fish, or Veggies. We rode around a trail that led to the ocean where we stopped and took pictures. We then rode to "The Cliff" where some people jumped and others chickened out, including myself. The drop is about 25 feet. It's something about looking down and seeing the bottom of the Ocean. It plays with your head lol. This is coming from someone who is a great swimmer. Once we left the cliff we rode back to the base where we were then transported to the next excursion, Horseback riding. I'm pretty sure that was my first and last time riding a horse. My heart is telling me that was my last time lol. I thought for sure that my horse was going to throw me off lol. I survived obviously but little did I know we would be switching horses to then ride in the water. Let's just say I felt safer on the first horse :( . After horseback riding we waited around for at least an hour or more for lunch. Apparently there was some miscommunication about where lunch was being served but once we got it, it did the job especially because we didn't have a chance to eat breakfast due to the early pick up time. After lunch we took about a 20 minute ride to Dunn's River. Talk about excited, I've been waiting since 2013 to visit Dunn's River and I must say it was so much fun. It was quite the climb but I really enjoyed. We climbed the falls all the way to the tippie top. It was quite the experience. I would highly recommend finding a pair of swim shoes with strong grip. Also, be very careful with where you step because one wrong move will send you into a hole, a shallow hole but its still a hole. Once we made it to the top we took some photos and headed over to the Zip lining portion of our excursion. Let me tell you I saw my life flash before my eyes lol. The day was a day of firsts for me. We walked across a plank high in the air, part 1 of my nerves being shot. Once it was my turn to go the guy had to push me because I was hesitating lol. I was trying to back out but it was too late. There were 3 parts to the zip lining and with each one my nerves were all over the place. I made it down so thats all that matters lol. Overall, the excursion was great and we couldn't have asked for a better day. The price was great for 4 excursions, the weather was great, Chukka's customer service was good. I didn't have any complaints. Jamaica is one of my favorite places so the next time I visit I will for sure use Chukka for my excursion needs.

We went for zip lines and dune buggies, I was not impressed. Tour started at 8:30am and I didn't get back to my hotel till 6:30pm. 2 activities does not take 10 hours even with travel time.

My boyfriend and I went on the River Rafting tour that included a banana plantation visit complete with an authentic lunch, liqueur samples, and a mean Pina Colada. We had the BEST time! Our guide on the river raft, Lennox, was superb: educational and fun to the max. Our guide at the plantation was very funny and extremely knowledgeable, too. All in all, this was a highlight of our trip to Montego Bay! Would recommend and do it again in a heartbeat. Marianne & Kim (Christmas Eve 2019)

They are very unorganized and it’s a waste of your money. Long story short my friends and i purchased a package that included 4 different activities.we were in total a group of 11 ppl. Due to the weather we only got to do 2 of the activities. We were told before going on the tour that if their was heavy rain or thunderstorms that prevented us from doing the activities we would Get a portion refunded back. This never happened. What they did was give us a big run around and were real unprofessional about the whole situation. Mostly blaming us for not doing all 4 activities all while knowing we didn’t do all of them because the weather didn’t allow us to. I would highly suggest to avoid purchasing any tour packages from this company!

Booked the horseback riding and Dunn’s river fall tour on our Disney Cruise. We did this excursion one week ago with Miss Sophia as our guide and Mr. Brown as our driver. The van we went in was clean and comfortable. Sophia was amazing and gave us great info about the island during our drive. The horse back riding in the ocean was amazing and a highlight of our cruise. Dunn’s river was neat but very over crowded and disorganized and I felt a money grab. I believe there was 7 or 8 cruise ships on the island that day. Glad I did the falls but wouldn’t go out of my way to do again.

This tour was really not worth the money that myself and my friends paid for it. I was really disappointed with the time that it took to get there as well as all the stops that was made to pick up others along the way. Our tour was set to start at 1:30, however it did not start until 2:30. This tour was supposed to be a 2HR ATV ride and we only spent about an hour on the ATV but we spent most of our day there at the tour site. Once the tour was over and they finatlly decided to take us back to our resorts, we were crammed onto a small passenger van to cut back on the number of trips being made no matter how packed the van was. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this tour to anyone. Chukka tour adventures is definitely about the money and not the quality of tour that you've paid for.
