We were so happy with Patrick and his clean vehicle that we kept engaging him for the rest of our week long stay in Montego Bay. He became more of a family member than a driver. My wife, son and I had the pleasure of traveling with Marland and his wife to Negril from Montego bay. They are both amazing human beings and so down to earth. Marland's van is very comfortable and has really good A/C which is a huge plus! Thank you Marland for an amazing time. We felt safe and well taken care of as we were transported from Iberostar Resort to Dunn’s falls. Cheaper than the resort quote. Pleasant, honest and knowledgeable about the history of the island and the many legends descended from Jamaica. Stopped off on the way back as we enjoyed lunch together. Marland is so sweet, he treated us to potato and coconut pudding. Interesting how the pudding is made: outdoors with coals on top and coals on bottom, pan in middle with pudding. Old fashioned oven. Love the culture. Hope to see you on our next visit.

I called Marland’s Taxi service on Sept 25th , 2018 we were in Jamaica and needed to go shopping before catching plane back to US on the same day. Marland went above and beyond for us, He patiently waited for us at the hotel and then took us shopping we were looking for some specific items and he did his best to help us. Marland then took us to the Airport for less than the hotel taxi wanted to charge. five of us was traveling together. I can’t say enough about Marland he is honest, professional, patient , kind, dependable and always wore a smile . His customer service was hands down the best. Marland was the most friendly taxi driver we have ever encountered. I will call Marland every time I am in Jamaica from now on.

Marland was honestly the coolest, nicest, most polite person we (my husband and I), have ever met! Our resort quoted us twice the amt of money to go from Montego Bay to Negril, whereas Marland was more reasonable. his hospitality was out of this world. Super amazing driver. Cautious and safe. i never felt unsafe at any point. He hung around while my husband and I did our thing. And he even stopped to get us some local corn on the cob on our way back to our resort! Super outgoing and sweet all around! Skip the taxi’s that the resorts arrange for you because they are going to double or triple the price because they pocket part of it!!! Overall, if you are looking for a reputable, responsible, charismatic driver, Marland is your guy! Also, his car/van was REALLY nice! Super clean, air conditioned, no potent air freshner smells! Where do I begin?! Uber Montego Bay, is amazing!!! Marland is the BEST! When we initially arrived in Montego Bay, we had some really mediocre taxi services - vague answers to our questions about ideas on where to go/what to do, etc., not honest at all, zero personalities and their prices were ridiculously high. I decided to do my own research rather than relying on the resort I was staying at, and my research is where I found Marland! I really cannot even come close to describing how wonderful he is. Marland has the best personality - always wearing a smile, and is professional yet treats you like you are family/close friends. Anything we asked, he was more than happy to help; he genuinely seemed to care about my family and I and also seemed genuinely interested in our time in Montego Bay/helping to make it a fantastic experience. My teenage son wasn’t feeling well, so he sat out while my fiancée and his daughter went jetsking. My son, Marland, and I, hung out at this little bar/restaurant while we waited for them. Marland bought soup at the restaurant and even offered my son some!! Incredible service!! I could go on and on about how great Marland is. Highly HIGHLY recommend. We will NEVER use another taxi service and neither should you. Thank you, Marland!!!!!!

If you are going to Jamaica, you need to hire Marlond. I wish I would’ve found him from the beginning of our trip but I actually Found him one day before my departure. He picked us up from our hotel in Montego Bay and took us to Bamboo beach in Ocho Ríos and gave us a tour and history of everything we drove by. He was on time, he is respectful, he is all smiles and he waited for us as long as we needed to to take us back to montego Bay. He will also Take you anywhere you want if you need to make a quick stop on the way. We were really satisfied with his services, we cancelled the transportation we had booked to take us to the airport the next day so Marlond could take us instead. One of the nicest people I’ve met in Jamaica, will definitely hire his services again next time we are back in this beautiful island.

We had such an amazing time all thanks to Marland!! The first trip we booked was a last minute trip to Negril - 7 Mile Beach and it ended up being one of the best times we’ve had!! Marland was very knowledgeable about the island and gave us a lot of great recommendations. Towards the end of our trip, we ended up extending it just one more day and booked a trip to Frenchman Cove in Portland with Marland! The beach so beautiful and the journey going there was great as well (about a 3hr drive). Overall, we would rate this trip 10/10 and hopefully we can book with Marland next time we come.

Booked online, received email confirmation and pickup location was the front entrance of the resort. Never showed up. I called multiple times, called through whatsapp, texted, and emailed. First trip to Jamaica. We are inexperienced travelers and Marland made our experience a wonderful and unique one. We actually used his services twice during our stay. At the beginning of our morning adventure, we were late 25 mins and Marland patiently waited for us. He even told us to take our time. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. During the ride, we made pit stops along the way and learned the history of Jamaica and ate local food favorites. We visited hot tourist spots and some less known local attractions. He was present during our entire trip so we never had to wait around and look for him. Pricing overall was fair and cheaper than most traveling agencies we were quoted. He was, in the end, a friend who we will call to service next time in Jamaica.
