Horrible customer service

Honestly wanted to rate them zero. Staffs are friendly when there's no problem. But my experience has been far the worst I've had and would not recommend anyone to shop there. Courts has down is better and now I've made the comparison and happy I made the switch.

I'm really not sure if I like or dislike this store. Because I've bought one item from here since 2016 and I've been back several times to purchase but the reps are just not ...... (I don't know) and then I end up not purchasing. They do special ordering and I was pretty excited about that. I took my time and went through their catalog book saying that I'll probably get what I want finally. Only to go through this book record all the items that I'm interested in, hand it to the agent/ sales rep with my email address and other contact information and was told she will be in contact. I'm yet to hear from them and I'm yet to step back in the store. I guess I'll go to the next crook "COURTS" they're not bad and I'll always treated really good there no matter how much I curse them.

Terrible assistance when their appliances break down. They give you the number to call the technician yourself and he never answers his phone. When you go back to complain they simply say he doesn't answer and advise you to just keep calling. Pity we did not have to option of posting just a half star

The experience was great! Upon entering we were greeted by a representative who was warm and friendly. She asked questions and was very professional and knowledgeable about the products and services available. I got all my questions answered and my transaction was done in a timely manner. The environment was also very clean and the furniture and appliances were well organized. A clean nice and spacious bathroom is also available for customers to use. I am a happy customer and I see myself shopping there again 😀

Good place to shop for appliances

Its my second time purchasing from Singer. Customer service was exceptional at both the Barnett Street and Fairview locations. They really do have some good quality products. I must say they are well within the price range as well. 😊

Staff was quite eager and excited tl make a cash sale of over 150k, cut could not bother to listen to my complaint post sale. The product ia defective and no one seems to want to handle with even a call back. If I could rate zero, I would. Going to Consumer Affairs Commission.

Good service and they assist a little with payments. But make sure to do the calculations if you are planning on buying on hire purchase

Beautiful furniture, but a bit overpriced to me. Not a 1 salesperson approached us so we left without purchasing anything.

I wish I could give this place half star. I purchased two items totaling to 200k and it was paid for in cash on spot and i was given poor tacky quality. I reached out in less that 24hr of the delivery to have them replaced and here I am neglected and left in the dark and being giving alot of run around. Poor quality in service and customer service. I regret spending my money there. This happened at the fairview branch in montego bay.
