The line was long but moved quickly. Ordered some beef patties and coco bread. Served very fresh and hot. The pattie is not heavily seasoned. Coco bread soft and warm. Great in-between meals snack. And on the go. I didn't order but they have fish and chicken sandwiches.

Erm, Lewisham market in the 90’s cheated me but I’ve finally been hit with a proper Jamaican Pattie!! These patties are sublime! For a real treat, go beef and cheese BUT if you like the skin on the roof of your mouth let them cool a bit before you tuck in.

Patties were pretty good, although I am new to Jamaica and do not have much frame of reference to compare them to. The staff was friendly, but they could do a better job of keeping the place clean. It was very busy at about 5:00pm, and it took about 20 minutes to get our food. They were also completely out of all chicken products, hot dogs, and French fries.

The staff was pleasant but the place seems empty. No coco bread no tru juice fruit punch, no porridge and you have to wait an hour for a dozen patties. They need to have their available menu together

It was one of the best beef patties I've had in a long time. The pastry was nice and flaky, and the filling was very juicy as per the name. We tried shrimp patties, beef patties, and beef with cheese patties, which all of them were delicious.

You have not had an authentic Jamaican beef patty until you've had a Juici Pattie. They are scrumptious. You can taste every herb and spice, the crust is mouth watering. Now are they worth the wait? Most often 30 minutes or more, depending on the location you attend, some days yes and some days no. If you will not get another opportunity to visit some other time, then yes wait for it.

My mother used to make great patties, and once Juici Beef did. My mother was all about taste and quality, and Juici is about the bottom line. The quality of food is dropping, and the porridge is way too sweet and poorly made. Let's hope they get better competition, so they are forced to improve the quality of their products.

Customer service was great also the cleanliness awesome . Staff really great . That's my place when I have to eat a patty.

Ideal place if you're on a budget... affordable options for food. Best to get there in the mornings, afternoons especially after 12-2 its quite BUSY. In the evenings they tend not to have enough so you'd have to wait, @ that time they're mostly serving Beef and Cheese.

My go to breakfast spot as someone on the go. The customer service is commendable and I can see that the staff continues to make an effort to serve customers quickly with accuracy of orders.

Soup is real good but they never have loaves 😑. They need to monitor the orders as well.

Food is amazing ....cash line takes to long and it takes forever to collect the food. If a preorder is called in. Why must we join the very long line to make payment?

Their patties are always fresh and tasty, and that crunch from the crust 😍. I do prefer them over Tastees and Mothers Patties... I took away a star because they run out of chicken and vegetable patties too much for my liking, so if that is your preference, it's best to go early.

The best pattie I’ve tried in Jamaica. Very crispy pastry, served fresh. I had the beef and cheese.

The shell was slightly overcooked so you don't get that pastry taste. Slow service but that's what happens when you are a very popular business.

Patties were fresh and hot. Quiet ambience. Bathroom was clean. No AC inside bathroom though. AC is in the dining areas. Glass allows you to enjoy the view outside.

Great patties! It stays very busy but ordering is a breeze and the cashiers are pleasant; however service with order collection/pick up is poor. Getting an authentic patty causes you to look past it though 🙃

I love juici patties, so whenever I visit, I have to take back at least 2 dozens. Like everywhere else they could use more help to decrease the wait time.

Fast enough service depending on how long the line is out the door. Four main options for patties (cheese, cheese supreme, chicken, veggie). About $2US each. Very tasty though - especially if you're only used to having the frozen boxed ones in North America. Found the cheese (and beef) one to be best. Nice and crispy and flakey, served hot enough to stay warm for about 20 minutes. Still good when reheated.

Was very excited to try this as people said it was a staple and I must try. Honestly the mystery meat and gravy that it comes in looks like dog food and I couldn't even swallow the first bite it was so gross. Not sure what the hype is but it's nothing I would want to eat that's for sure

Juici Patties had a convenient location near our apartment. The patties were baked fresh and made available right out of the oven each time we visited. We made it a daily stop for a quick travel treat while covering the island. We enjoyed them so much that we brought home 2 dozen more beef patties to remind us of being back in Jamaica. Sorry, no pictures to show. We ate all of the evidence.

Pit stop on a day trip for breakfast. Chicken pattie was good and enjoyed it. Womens restroom was locked when we arrived and was told to use the mens. Not ideal but necessary.

It's definitely one of the better juicy locations. I trust that they will grow from strength to strength. I went there with Howayne and Ally, and they had a blast.

Bought coffee with my meal and had to throw it away because it was literally water. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I was ready to drink the coffee and by that time I was already at work

The cashier was helpful and pleasant. I had to wait for a little while for my food, but the cheese patty made up for the wait.

Super slow and super lazy staff. Waited 20 minutes, to get the information, they do not have something on stock anymore. When you are hungry, don't go there. At 4:30pm they have kind of nothing to offer. Unsatisfied and useless to go there.

I ordered 2 beef patty and 1 chicken patty and I got 2 cheese and 1 beef .I also ordered 2 sparkling cranwater and 1 sprite and I only got 1 sparkling cranwater . My child doesn't eat cheese nor beef now all I think I did was waste my money .

They are always out of patties in the earlier part of the mornings, between 8am - 10am and nobody is there to let you know until you reach the cashier. Covid-19 protocals are being observed. Sometimes the bread are crispy burnt and they still serve it, however you won't know until you are ready to eat it.

The locations need to get update with the times,there was no seats available for customers,I had to sit outside at the entrance at the door on the decorative wall to feed my 5yr old. I would recommend the location in Lucea which is in Hanover. It's more welcoming. I was so 😡
