We are from Ukraine, we were glad to meet this wonderful team, they chose the best tour for us to visit with a child, took into account all our wishes, fed, watered, fed the most delicious ice cream in Jamaica, a super positive team that gets along with children (which for me is very important!) Everything is honest, no one bred us for money, the guys felt our mood and understood what we want without words. I recommend from the heart and soul. If you are looking for guides who speak Russian, Ukrainian, then you are welcome to them !!!

A WORD OF WARNING. Nadia, unfortunately did NOT make us feel like family. During a recent booking to Jamaica, we paid for accommodation through Nadia at Love Travel Jamaica for a week at a cost of $4,000 for our family. The week we were traveling, we learned that Nadia could not accommodate our family and that we needed to find some place else to stay. She booked our place to someone else and promised us a refund. After promising to process the refund a few times nothing happened. After 20+ attempts to reach out to her over the past 3 month Nadia continues to ignore me. Now I'm out $4,000 that she got for accommodations that was booked and paid for twice, once by me and once by the people who actually rented from her and stayed. She went against her word, she took money from us and delivered nothing and never refunded it as she promised, even though she rented the space out to someone else. Do not trust these people! Be smart and work with someone else don't get burned like I did. Word of warning.

Just returned from the tour, what can I say, it's excellent! Nobody could provide better service. Nadia's extensive knowledge of the island and a great team of local guides she employs is a recipe for the best Jamaica experience.

This accommodation was amazing, the view was breathtaking and the service was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone, even if you are a family. The place has a beautiful pool and the facility is kids friendly.

Upon arrival, we’ve experienced a number of issues, ones in which is very hard to work with, especially having a 6 month old baby with us. One of the main issues is the heat issue. The hot water in the stay doesn’t work and when it does, it’s blazing hot and only stays that way for a couple of minutes. The hot water issue goes from the kitchen to the bathroom (with the sink and bathroom) we aren’t able to take showers, we aren’t able to wash our baby’s bottles so we can feed her, we can’t use it. This morning, my husband had to run out of the shower due to the decrease in water pressure, and temperature. We were told reset the heater, which in order to do so, you have to climb on a chair. It’s not realistic and the place is inhabitable at this point. And to think that’s not how it ended. Instead of trying to work with us, the host then proceeds to kick us out with the statement “we do not feel comfortable hosting you, your stay will be terminated effective immediately. So now, we have to spend over $800 for a hotel, with a 6 month old, just so we can have decent hot water flow, so she is able to eat. There was no conversation, there was no warning. All we were told is that we need to work finding other accommodations. Now we are out of a place to stay, and having to $800, which cuts into everything else.

Had an amazing time in Jamaica and it's all thanks to Nadia, Herwin and the Love Travel Jamaica company. They were amazing hosts, helped us with anything we needed and really went above and beyond! When I come back to Jamaica I'll make sure I use Love Travel Jamaica again!

Amazing tour company! They can help you with pretty much anything. From accommodation to tours, massages, you name it. We got stranded during curfew restriction and team organized a chef for us on a last moment. Reasonably priced too!

We had an amazing experience with Love Travel Jamaica. Nadia and her driver Barry took us to Glistening Waters Night boating adventure. It was a such a nice ride out. The water was dark and mysterious at first, then, we came across beautiful large patches of “liquid glitter” and, when the boat stopped out in the waters, we were even able to take a swim into this unique glistening miracle! This was amazing! Our tour guide, Nadia, was very kind and accommodating. She responded promptly to our every inquiry and made us feel very comfortable. This excursion is also was very affordable and definitely worth trying. We highly recommend Love Travel Jamaica for all your touristic needs, tours, accommodations and more!
