Very unprofessional service. Did not honor online booking fee that was paid for. System allowed me to book for total price for a roundtrip fare from KIN to MBJ for 450 and then representative called me and said it was a higher price of 900. I even called to make sure prior to booking two days prior and the representative on the phone stated it would be 90 roundtrip for 5 people. However, they did not honor the original price. Then they stated there was a glitch on the online booking system and it was for a group transfer and not a KIN airport transfer. When I priced online it came out to 660 roundtrip. Then they said the 660 was ok, even though it was a system error but the would not honor 450. So they would honor the higher price but not the 450 I paid for. The first photo for reference shows the 660 roundtrip from their online website, the one the representative referred me to when she stated "I booked a group transfer instead of airport transfer". The second photo shows the price I was charged, for a roundtrip! DO NOT book with them. Website is very misleading!

Thank You Mother Jamaica for embracing and loving on my husband and I for 7 full days! Our drivers to and from the airport were professional, witty, EXCELLENT conversationalist and welcoming. ALEX was a DOLL!! He is funny and MOST important he played Teddy Pendergrass and ANYONE who loves Teddy is a class act in my book!! LOL We shall return next year and Jamaica Get Away Travels WILL BE our "go to" for transportation! Hats OFF to Jamaica Get Away Travels! Overall great service. The driver was super helpful, respectful and cheerful. It would be helpful if they send you a QR code instead of a voucher that you need to print and fill out. People in Jamaica love paperwork :)

I had reservations for 9 people round trip paid in advance. However, only 4 of them arrived on the schedule date. 5 arrived the next day. This company refused to modify the transportation to separate bookings and refused any adjustments, and forced me to pay additional costs for a second day. So I was forced to pay for a second booking for 5 which I already paid when I booked for the 9 people. Mr. Wright was our driver and he was awesome. I will not recommend this company. If you can find Mr. Wright you'll be in good hands. I still would like a refund for the second trip I was forced to pay Trip dates March 10-14, 2023... To add the call cost me $58 for 18 minutes only to be scammed for another booking fee. Each time you go on the site you get different amount for the bookings. Be aware scammers.

These people are crooks. Me and 3 friends booked them for a transport from airport to resort and back. Transport from airport went fine, but on the way back at 6am we were to be picked up, no one shows up, i call and email them 20 times, nothing. We are panicking as our flight is 2.5 hours away and its an hour and half drive to airport, luckily we found another company who was able to take us but charged us a heavy fee which we paid (better than missing 4 flights). These guys finally get back to me, say sorry our driver didn't show, we'll issue a full refund. 2 weeks later, still no refund, and they tell me it was issued, check with your visa. I call the bank, of course they say no there is no refund from that company. Pretty sure they're just trying to scam me. Not only they caused us so much stress, they don't even have the decency to issue the refund they promised they would. EDIT: THEIR REPLY IS A COMPLETE LIE. OUR FLIGHT WAS NEVER DELAYED, THE DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP, THEY ARE SIMPLY LYING TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS OUR ISSUE. I CAN SHOW THEIR EMAIL WHERE THEY SAY SORRY OUR DRIVER DIDNT SHOW. IMAGINE COMING HERE AND INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING MAKING UP LIES.

Excellent Taxi Service, met the women at the airport and I didn’t have to wait long for my taxi to arrive. The driver Tazz was polite, professional and had patience. He also picked me up and took me back to the airport with plenty time to check in and eat. I would definitely use the service again!

Such a great company, they were so accommodating with my last minute private shuttle booking from Montego Bay to Grand Bahia Principe Runaway Bay. Kevin is so genuine and was an amazing driver, his main priority was safety and we had such a fun ride with him, he showed us some spots along the way to the hotel and taught us some Jamaican lingo as well. He was so great that we booked a ride back with him at the end of our stay. I definitely recommend booking shuttle services with Jamaica Getaway Travels, the booking process was so simple and their communication is very quick and reliable.

I would advise anyone traveling to Jamaica to use their service as oppose to the hotel transfer. They are on time, amazing and you get straight to your destination as oppose to making multiple stops with the regular hotel transfer provided by the hotels.

We had a bogus experience due to the companys miscommunication within their own employee ranks and they canceled our ride home even though we shared our actual itinerary from the airline that was delayed many days before we were set to leave. We were told after two advisements of schedule changes to the company to confirm that we are getting charged a no show fee for having a travel delay. They never communicated they showed up at hotel and overall was a very stressful company to deal with. Would never ever recommend booking unless you want a nerve wracking experience with anxiety for your trip.

My wife Felicia and I booked with them and they were nothing but professional. Easy to book with, great knowledge and customer service from our driver Kevin. We got a ride from the Airport to Breathless in Montego Bay and Kevin made us feel so comfortable we booked two more trips with Kevin as our driver. Kevin's knowledge of the Island and tours were amazing. We can't wait to go back for more and we will definitely be using Jamaica Get Away Travel.

Our driver Craig was waiting for us with a smile as we came out and helped with the suitcases. Once in the car and all settled in, he asked us if we wanted a cold drink which was most welcomed- my brother was most impressed. He also doubled as a tour guide, providing us with some much knowledge of Jamaica on our way. We talked the whole way to the hotel :) We felt safe and happy with the journey there and back. He is an asset to the company. I will recommend Craig and this company to all friends and family who are travelling to Jamaica.

This is the second time we have used Jamaica Getaway Travels. Our driver for our trip in May 2022 was Cragon. He was fantastic! The vehicle was clean, her was personable and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. We requested him for our ride back to the airport. We can't begin to express how AMAZING this company is. They even answer the phone at off times and are very communicative if you email them.

Started out well until our flight changed. We purchased round trip travel services. Reached out to them few hours before advising of flight changes to a later time during the day and got denied pickup as well as a refund of the services not provided. Moving forward I would not recommend purchasing a round Trip ticket from them.

My name is Natalie and I used this company for my transfer to and from my hotel to MBJ airport. Great drivers, friendly greeters. My flight arrived on time in MBJ but baggage collection was a mess...I was concerned the long wait my have caused some concern. When I eventually was able to communicate my delay....I was greeted with a friendly reassurance..no problem mon..we here. They waited for me and took me to my Hotel. My driver who took me to the airport was fantastic..chatty and friendly and pointed out areas of interest on the way. I enjoyed that...keep it up Creg. One love.

We had booked an excursion to Fern Gully but got so much more! Our driver, Gurvan, was on time and introduced himself to me and my wife. Right after we got into his clean and well maintained vehicle he went over our itinerary and asked one more important question: "What else would you like to do?" Since this is our first trip to Jamaica we didn't have any other exact suggestions but he listened to our descriptions of activities that we liked and gave us a unique experience that we will always remember! When Gurvan tells you that he is the best driver in all of Jamaica, you can believe it. Not only did we feel completely save while riding with him, he is very knowledgeable on a wide variety of topics, including the history and culture of the island. If we make it back to the island we will definitely want Gurvan for our guide again! And yes, the Fern Man of Fern Gully does exist!

Excellent experience! Keron was our driver and had a car seat for our 11 month old daughter ready to go. Gave us a tour of the island and made us feel welcome and safe. Highly recommend to anyone!

Driver Eileen was great! We were lucky enough to have her both ways, Montego airport to Negrill and back. She is five star as are the vehicles. Overall review is four star because the greeter at the airport kept telling us Eileen was five minutes away every time we asked. Ride from airport was nearly an hour late. Ride back to airport was right on time. Highly recommend.

Jamaica Get Away Travels was a great experience. I could not be more pleased with the service. I utilized an airport transfer roundtrip from MBJ to Falmouth. I also did ATV and Dunn River. Our driver Marland was excellent and very nice and accommodating. He was very nice and professional and we had him for our whole trip. We will definitely utilize Jamaica Get Away Travels and request Marland again on our next Jamaica Adventure !

My wife and I were staying at a resort in Negril and wanted to do two excursions in Ocho Rios on the same day: dolphin swimming and Jamaican bobsled riding. However, our resort said there was no way to book both on the same day, even though they were across the street from each other. Since Negril to Ocho Rios is about a 2.5-hour drive each way, we did not want to use up two whole days going to the same place. So, I booked directly with both destinations (and saved a lot of money in the process), then looked up private transportation, which would offer more flexibility than hiring a taxi. After a bit of research, I decided to book Jamaica Get Away Travels. I am very happy I did! Kameila was very helpful in coordinating our transportation schedule. I told her my booking times and she communicated with Kevin, our assigned driver, to figure out the best pickup time from the resort with enough time to spare, given morning traffic. Kevin showed up promptly at 7 AM. We were off to a great start. The van was very clean and comfortable. We had a great time speaking with Kevin during the journey. He is very knowledgeable of the area and culture, being a native Jamaican who grew up in Montego Bay. He was thoughtful, courteous, informative, and funny. This made the long drive pass by quickly. We were running ahead of schedule in the morning, so he took us to a place to shop and stayed with us in the store in case there were any issues. The rest of the day went fabulously. He waited for us at each of our destinations and was readily available when we were done. We spent a very long day, arriving back at the resort around 5:30 PM, just in time for the special dinner that night. We have nothing but good things to say about our experience, and recommend Kevin as a great driver to anyone!

Amazing service. Answered all my email questions quickly and were waiting at the airport as planned. Our driver Horace was very helpful and friendly and was good company on the way to the resort and back again. Excellent experience with Jamaica Get Away travels for our airport transportation (Montego Bay to Iberostar Grand). Setting up travel was easy and the company was very responsive. Prices were very competitive. Two parties were traveling from different locations and meeting in Mo Bay, so Jamaica Get Away had to coordinate finding both parties (planes arrived at different times) at the airport. All went smoothly! One of our flights arrived an hour late, but Jamaica Get Away had already found my traveling companions (who arrived earlier) and took good care of them while they waited for the rest of us to arrive. Transportation in an airconditioned mini-bus for the 6 of us was very comfortable. Our return to the airport--2 different pick-up times--also went extremely smoothly. The drivers were at the hotel, waiting for our parties, before the appointed pick up time. Drivers in both cases were personable and efficient, and again the vehicles transporting us were in top condition. I will use this service again and again for future travels to Mo Bay. Highly recommend.

First time I've ever been to Jamaica...and my driver Kevin, was first rate...he was prompt picking us up from the airport in Montego Bay...and taking us to our resort in Negril...and then back again a week later...he knows the area and can handle any request...I would give him ten stars but five is all I can give..my only regret is not keeping his number so he could take us out of the resort to visit the local scenes....

My husband John and I (Leigh) had Kevin as our driver. He was so informative and pleasant; we felt like almost family. Car was clean and he drove carefully. We could not have asked for a better experience. If we ever return to Jamaica, we would request Kevin. thanks!!!
