am
EXTREMELY
dissatisfied
with
Camilla,
our
sales
person/rep
in
our
hotel,
Ocean
Coral
Spring.
She
sold
us
on
excursions
that
were
not
included
and
the
continued
to
lie
to
us.
It
started
off
by
over
charging
us
by
“accident”
-
could’ve
been
an
honest
mistake,
we
let
it
slide
and
received
a
refund
as
soon
as
I
caught
the
mistake.
A
few
hours
later
she
contacts
me
to
tell
me
she’s
refunding
me
$80
because
zip
lining
won’t
be
operating
the
day
of
my
tour.
Once
again,
understandable
but
disappointed
since
I
was
looking
forward
to
it!
Because
of
this
change,
this
moved
our
8:30AM
excursion
pickup
time
over
to
11AM.
Next
day
comes,
and
we
get
a
call
at
8:30AM
to
our
room
saying
our
bus
was
here
for
pickup.
We
were
extremely
confused
since
our
pickup
time
was
moved.
We
ended
up
getting
on
the
11AM
bus
where
we
show
up
to
Chukka
and
the
zip
line
was
indeed
operating
that
day.
I
was
furious
that
I
had
paid
for
this
and
then
lied
to.
There
was
nothing
I
could
do
at
this
point
to
get
myself
on
the
zip
line
excursion
since
my
tour
no
longer
included
it
and
our
pick
up
time
was
moved
to
later
so
I
wouldn’t
have
had
the
time
anyway.
The
icing
on
the
cake
was
when
we
showed
up
to
Yaaman.
Our
sales
rep
promised
us
the
Dun
Bougies
and
access
to
the
river.
Upon
our
arrival
we
learned
that
our
excursion
did
NOT
include
the
river
which
the
rep
clearly
told
us
it
was
included.
Specifically
because
we
mentioned
to
her
we
were
weighing
out
options
because
we
saw
the
tour
for
cheaper
online.
She
told
us
their
excursion
included
the
river,
transportation
and
lunch
which
the
one
online
didn’t.
We
figured
we
would
have
a
better
deal
booking
with
her
then.
Luckily,
workers
on
location
at
Yaaman
were
kind
enough
to
allow
us
in
after
we
explained
what
happened.
We
called
the
rep
at
the
hotel
and
she
denied
ever
saying
that.
Needless
to
say,
this
company
and
their
rep
was
total
chaos.
Will
never
be
booking
with
Amstar
again.
