I've been going to Dentopia dentist for over 6years now. So today was my first visit for 2022. My dentist 🦷 today was Shericka Griffths. When you talk about Excellent customer service that's Shericka. She's one of the nicest person you'll ever meet, not to mention extremely diligent and thorough when it comes on to dentistry. I go for cleaning every 6 months but today was an extra-ordinary cleaning for me. She check overall health of teeth and gum. Then, my favorite part, the cleaning. She used a steel hook to remove excess plaque, followed by water drill to gently remove additional material, polish off each tooth with a fancy finish, floss and rinse to end the process. She did a lot of other things that I can't remember now. Lol but her warm welcoming personality was on top of things.. Ms. Griffths takes pride in her work and definitely loves what she does.. I can feel every groove after the process is complete. Not only that but we even had a great discussion along the way...Lol Thanks again Ms. Griffths for such a wonderful service and continue to shine bright like a Diamond…🤗☺️🤗 Karl Rayson…

This was my dentist for many years and service has been great. Professional staff. In 2017, I did a root canal and now looking back I think it was being pushed. Today, I am still paying for this tooth. And I need to get an extraction and other things. Lots of money seeking advise over the years. DO NOT DO A ROOT CANAL IF RECOMMENDED. PULL YOUR TEETH AND GET BETTER IMPLANTS. It will cost you later in health.

Wow. The best bed side manner I’ve experienced at a Dentist in 52 years and the best teeth cleaning I’ve ever had. Ms. Smith was AWESOME. I recommend!!!!!!!! The environment was great and the customer service was stellar and the customer experience was DIVINE!

Dr. Francis, his 2 assistant & the receptionist were very pleasant, friendly & above all, very professional (I had a filling done). They ensured that I was comfortable during the entire procedure. I was very skeptical as this was my first visit & have experienced poor customer service (huge turn-off) on many occasions at other places. Thank you Dr. Francis & team🙌 Just received (morning after visit) a phone call from the office to check on me after the filling procedure yesterday afternoon. How awesome is that when u know your dental office actually values their customers.

I have done 2 procedures at Dentopia Montego Bay and I must say the experience is none like I expected. I have been to other dentists and they provided services that got me skeptical of dentists in general. The team is so welcoming from the first person you interacts with (Nicole), to the dental assistant (Tracey) and not to mention my dentist Dr Senior. Tracey and Dr. Senior is so patient and makes you feel so calm and comfortable. I am terrified of needles and Tracey literally held my hand and reassured me through the entire procedure. They always give recommendations and advise you of what is best to be done. I would recommend Dentopia ANYDAY. Once you start interacting you are apart if the family. The team mentioned above is unmatched and I am grateful for them.i also had a good encounter with another young lady at the front. She has nice has nice hair and fair complexion, she works with Nicole. GREAT TEAM! GREAT EXPERIENCE!

BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist. From check in to actually seeing the dentist to checking out was seamless and the staff is very warm and offer amazing customer service. Dr. Smith was so friendly, professional and explained everything to me wonderfully. It's the first I've had a cleaning done that was 0% pain. I've found my permanent dentist office, I will always come here. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment which is a shocker because before this experience I have hated going to the dentist. Thank you so much guys and keep up the amazing work.

The best service and most comfortable atmosphere. My hygienist Shinair is the reason I keep coming back! She is incredibly gentle and she makes it her duty to keep me informed on the importance of good oral hygiene. Being her patient has been life-changing! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone - young or old. She is the BEST!

I came here based on the recommendation of a friend and I don't regret the decision for a second. It was everything you could want out of a dental appointment. Efficient, painless and informative. My hygienist was Shinair and it was pleasure working with her as she was knowledgeable, affable, adept, and most importantly had excellent song selections. All in all, a 5-star experience 👍🏾.

It was my first time, I just walked in with my son for cleaning, not having an appointment, and they were so accommodating. The service was excellent. Thought my son would make a scene, but the dentist, she was so nice she made it seem seamless. She went above and beyond for us and I truly appreciate it.....highly recommend

I have been recommending persons to Dentopia from the very first time I visited the office. The staff there is so warm and professional. Place is very clean and welcoming. The receptionist Nicole is extremely awesome she is everything.

I will say for years I didn’t want to go back to any other dentist base on my first experience with any company. However, Dentopia is amazing once you enter the building you feel like your at home with warm smiles and customer service is amazing.
