The worst experience ever. I will never use this service ever again. And I wouldn’t recommend any one to ship with fedex. They charge me for express shipping and state that my package would be delivered in 2 days that was due for deliver on the 04/21/2020 and up until 04/24/2022 my package still haven’t been delivered. I call to inquire what’s the hold up the agent basically told me he can’t do nothing and what more do I want from him. I ask for a supervisor he told me that he didn’t recommend that and I didn’t get one. Never again will I ever ship with fedex even if they are the only shipping company in the world I rather use the post office.

Due to the covid-19 restrictions, only 3 persons are being let in at any one time. As a result of this customers have to wait outside in excess of 45 minutes to get in. If you know the location you will realize that, it isn't a good place to be waiting outside especially with the absence of chairs and proper shelter. When I visited, it was raining and I had to stand outside for more than 45 minutes. Once inside only two persons were attending to the customers. It took me about 10 minutes to get through as I had to wait on the customers who got in before me. On the positive side the staff were friendly and very helpful. The issues experienced are attributed to the physical plant and isn't unique to FedEx.

I had no understanding of how to use their services, so I made sure to ask questions. My questions were answered but not in a professional manner. The Staff was gossiping while I was asking for information. It felt quite hostile, the only helpful person was the security guard

The slowest FedEx ever. I was there for over 40 minutes while one worker wrapped a Rasta head and I only had documents to send. Customer service sucks in Jamaica period!

FedEx did a great job with the package delivery for my business two time in two weeks!! The location in Fairview branch is awesome and staff down to the security guard are amazing to deal with from a business perspective.
