    I've been here in 2020 and the wait time I encountered was nothing short of cruelty. However this time around in Aug. 2021 I had nothing to complain about. I was in, explained my issue and got it resolved real quickly. I was really impressed when compared to the last time.

    Poor customer service, at 1:00 Flow customer service ticket number was 46. I got a ticket for 73. In an hour they called 47-49. 3 numbers in over an hour of waiting in the sun. Finally, I left after waiting1.5 hours. There's no way I would get service before they closed. Extremely poor customer service. If you are paying a bill there's no wait.

    The representatives at Flow appear to lack proper training. The quality of service they provide falls below acceptable standards, and customers often do not receive respectful treatment. Their communication can come across as belittling and dismissive, with a tendency to disregard customer concerns. While they may maintain professionalism during straightforward interactions or when making a purchase, their empathy and understanding seem to diminish when customers face challenges that put them at a disadvantage, even in cases where Flow may be at fault.

    Awful, the wait was too long the reps are super slow.. needs to do better in this store way too slow honestly if you cam clear your day if you have business to do in store.. cause it takes the whole day to see a customer service representative.

    I just needed a sim with a 1 month data plan for my trip but after waiting almost 1 1/2 hrs. The line hardly moved. Ended going to digicel, sadly because flow had a better plan

    The main line to my community was damaged on Friday morning December 3, 2021 leaving the entire area without internet nor phone services. The matter was reported by multiple persons to the Flow customer service. It took 5 days for a technician to access the damages. Today is the 12th of December 2021and we're still without connection. To say this is an established company, their response time to rectify a fault is extremely sloppy.

    The wait was long while agents were walking around chatting, it's like a (I know you so come) then after waiting forever, I wasn't satisfied with my service, she didn't help at all. Very disappointed, My wife and I was thinking strongly of changing my services

    I Signed up for my internet service waited over a month and nobody came to install the service after a few weeks i got a call from Flow asking me how's the service i had to quary asking the lady what service (politely) i explained to her that nobody came to install the service she said she was going to look into it but few days after i got a MSG from flow stating my bill or 8 thousand and sum ... I went down by the office and spoke with them and they said theyll remove that charge..... Thuraday 28 October i was called from Flow saying i have an existing bill and i need to pay it?!

    Worst company ever. If another internet company becomes available in Jamaica, I’m switching. Just pray your internet doesn’t go down because customer service is SLOW and POOR. If a technician should visit your property, just don’t hold your breath. I legit hate this company but can’t do better right now. Wish I could give it zero stars. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Edit: To be fair, flow’s service doesn’t drop a lot where I live. Mostly when it rains. So in general I have the service and it works but when the service drops and you need more than a reboot to fix it….you’re gonna have to wait and you’re gonna have to wait a long time too. Bumping my ratings up to 3 instead of the previous 1. One was a bit too harsh but I was waiting for a technician for over 1 week when I wrote that. Imagine being a student without internet for over a week!

    The rep at the door was quite pleasant and answered my questions about switching my postpaid phone plan to another number. The wait was short. However, I was feeling a bit upset and disappointed when I was told that what I needed could not be done. I also believe that the rep was giving off an attitude and not willing to assist. The environment was clean and everything was in order and running smoothly.

    It gets a three because young lady that helped us out at the main store in Montego Bay was wonderful. Otherwise it would have got a 1. But we've only had the service for 2 days and we already have no internet. Flow needs to get it together people have to work from home and this is ridiculous.

    Went on a Saturday to return a defective modem. Was told that, due to a change in policy, I had to personally bring it in. 🤔 Anyways, visit was quick (not sure if it's because it was close to 10a in the morning on a Saturday. I spent less than 10 minutes inside.

    I went to store to just buy a phone was told to take a seat, when there is no seat. Then I had to wait for 30min just to buy a phone. This is not good at all. However customer service representative was very helpful in providing service.

    Flow is the worst company every. I work from home and 1 call in to get a ticket put in for a modem replacement and I have been waiting for 8 freaking days and every time I call in I hear some different story and the info on the ticket is not right and then only to find out I got a padded bill of $10000 for service that I don't have. If I had another choice I would switch and the customer service reps are garbage they need proper training

    Unless you have nothing else to do on that day, don't go to the fairview location. If you have something to do, do it before you go. If you think your just gonna go there & leave shortly there after, go buy one of sir p unicorn. The service is so poor at flow now it mind blowing, unless you know someone at flow to fast track you God help you.

    This company has to be one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I won't even go into how they stole my internet and home phone money. Which I paid for in cash at their Fairview office. Now my 28 day plan for 2 ,560.00 jmd,is done in 7 days.

    I was such a big flow fan, until two weeks ago, I called for an appointment, got one very easily and uncomplicated, on the day of the appointment,, I waited all day no one turned up, call again , they said it was pushed forward two days, they did not even notified me, any way I got another day for the visit , no one cane, and we have been doing this for the 2 weeks, now I am waiting on some one to call me to give me a new date( 3days now).

    I have been paying huge bills monthly for Flow service, truth is all of my Nambour's have got a better connection than I or the people that stay at my Geust House 🏡 how is it possible, I have tried time and time again to have this problem rectified! High bills no service, Shameful!

    It's like 2 different companies in one that don't know nothing about the other. Not ever a contact number or the ability to transfer caller to a local store. Why does Flow waste people s time? If .5 star was available they would definitely get one

    They're nothing but scammers. Confiscated my number and give it to someone else. While I have been topping it up monthly. Then going to tell me I should have made at least 5 straight calls per month to keep my number in which I have for over 25 years. Didn't even know that there was a change in the policy from C&W days to lime now to flow and lost my one good number when flow decides to scam people.

    I was quite surprised that I walked in and received service immediately and was pleased. Phone wasn't receiving the signal. The agent fixed it and I was able to use my post paid phone immediately. Thank you.

    Customer service and and efficiency at this location is 'top notch'. It is a vast improvement from a few years ago. I am happy to make a review since it is quite apparent that they have used the feedback to make their services a seamless experience. Well done ✔

    I am the owner of the property they refuse to accept that the person who had the existing Internet is no longer in the property and for it to disconnected. But Insist that the person would still be charged dispite me explaining there non existing they were not interested in asking looking at my proof of ownership but Insist on me finding and bringing the person in . So unhelpful

    Reps were curtious and they listen but the wait time is really long. I recommend the Rep with the last name Brown as he really goes out of his way to help to the point then he often ends up doing a million things at once

    Nicely laid out store. Needs to improve on queue management though especially where persons have appointments and yet still having to wait excessively beyond the scheduled time - I eventually left without taking up the offer that was proposed by their telesales team. UPDATE. It's been 3 months since my earlier visit and the service level was vastly improved. Appears to be a whole new set of staff. They were pleasant and engaging with the customers. Very remarkable turn around FLOW - if you can maintain the personnel or the system that trains and places them then you just might have a winner. Congrats. Moving rating up from earlier 2 stars.

    Wait time is long even if you are just asking a question. I paid my bill and has been waiting for over two weeks to have my service restored.Customrr service doe not help athe WhatsApp service is a joke and there is no contact number to reach the office

😠 This is the worst buying experience I have ever had. The sales s lady made no sense of what she was telling me and she did not even wanted to test the device before selling it. OMG I only purchased the device because I was in a hurry. I will never come back to this store
