This is my 3rd time here and it’s the 3rd time that they don’t have what I wanted that was in the menu. Then the attitude of the workers made it very undesirable. The rice & peas was ok but the fish was not. It was small and lack seasoning. Never again. It’s not worth it

I should have read the reviews before coming here. They were out of half the menu. Service was horrible. Only good thing about this place is that they do make good drinks. My chicken was tender, juicy and had good flavor. I wouldn't return unless I'm just looking for a drink.

Food was delicious. Drinks were good. The lighting was too florescent, they should change those. But we loved this, especially for airport food where Margaritaville is dominating

The food was delicious! The waitress shorted us $5 and just walked off. We didn't sweat it too much as we were going to tip her 5 anyway. But just be watchful of your cash back.

Only reason I’m giving this two reviews is because my breakfast sandwich was ok. However, when I mean SLOW service I mean it. Also, we went at like 9 am and they were out of so much by that point. So that’s the reason I got the breakfast sandwich. I was happy I didn’t get the pancakes a lady walked by me who was another customer and said pancakes were gross she couldn’t even eat them. You don’t have too many options for food. I recommend going to margaritaville they at least have better options if you are at the airport. The margarita we got from here was very lackluster. You can try their food if you like, but I don’t know how good it will plan on being and if you are a rush I don’t recommend going.

I ordered the jerk pork tacos and I wouldn't feed it to my dogs. The tomatoes were old and there were no jerk sauce or flavor found in the shredded pork. I told the waitress at the end that "it nuh taste good" I had to go to the new restaurant in the airport to satisfy my disappointed taste bud.

We visited this cafe Tuesday 14th March , the plastic straws had be re used I can tell by them out of their paper packaging and being squashed and chewed on the end , the drinks came quickly. We were charged 25% gratuity on our bill . My sister had lost her boarding pass, I having asked around the airport approached the cafe it became apparent that one of the servers had found it . My sister who is 70 years old hard of hearing and clearly upset was relieved to it being found . This was used as a bargaining tool demanding 20 US dollars for return of the pass . What mind set does someone have to demand money how low can they go . Haggling continues while the rest of staff sit and laugh . I was seething in the end we said we only had one dollar she swiftly took it and we had the boarding pass back . The tainted experience will remain of our last day in Jamaica . Seeing Jamaica relies on the tourists industry this has soured our experience I am disgusted with this airport cafe staff !

One star is already too many. There was a live cockroach on the plate. Unfortunately didn’t see it until after eating and the whole group was sick to their stomach. Waitress was nice.

“Sanka, ya dead mon?”, “Yeah Mon”. 🥚 Perfect spot for one last Red Stripe and some cool historic photos of the 1988 bobsled team (depicted in “Cool Runnings”) Food is what to be expected at an airport and service is right on pace with Jamaican culture…slow and steady. Unfortunately were out of wings and fish😑

Busy for lunch time. Only one bartender really slowed things down while sitting at the bar. Blue Mountain Club sandwich was big and came out fast! Fries are not that good.

Waitress was the rudest person in Jamaica. Seriously just a nasty foul personality. Pair that with a Cobb salad and 1 beer.... $50. They apply a tip without your concent... that way then can treat you like garbage.What a joke. Honestly the only bad experience I had on my trip. This was the one at the airport.

One of the worst airports restaurants I have ever went. The service is terrible all waitresses have a bad attitude. The food for the Price is terrible please don’t forget they include a 18% fee on the bill and the waitress expect for and extra tip. Go eat elsewhere.

They seated us at without a table, promising that we will have the first available table, but they tried to give the next available table to another couple. I had to remind them that we had arrived first. They didn't have 1/2 the menu items at lunchtime on a Saturday. I ordered the goat cheese and Caramelized onion burger. They didn't tell me that they didn't have any more goat cheese or onions. The burger had marble cheese and the meat was extremely dry. My partner also did not enjoy his burger. I recommend getting the DQ burgers instead.

They had a great board with an amazing food line up at the entrance. But we were too early apparently. They only had 3 breakfast items to choose from. The breakfast food was completey lacking l.

This place could be such a hit! I think they have a really great theme with the true story of the Jamaican bobsled Olympic team, complete with real a bobsled and tons of great decor to match the theme, AND the movie Cool Runnings playing on the TVs!! Unfortunately, the service was horrible, and all the servers were hanging around one table near the rear of the restaurant talking and totally ignoring the customers for long periods of time. The food was not bad, but I would not go back unless they got new management and better customer service.

Fish was ok at best. Rice and peas was good but the Pina colada was not that good. Server needs more hospitality training

1 star is here only because the services staff are nice. The food is disappointing. As a Jamaican themed restaurant, I was quite surprised to see an all-American breakfast menu (eggs, ham, bacon, pancakes, etc). I get that mainly tourists will travel through this airport, but I feel like many tourists travel to get a bit of culture from the places that they visit. Given that the restaurant is in the departure lounge of the airport, it is sad to see that we aren't able to get one final bite of the Jamaican culture. I ended up getting the ham and cheese omelet, which was quite sad. The omelet was greasy, the toast only toasted on one side, and the home fries were cold. Very disappointed and will never go back.

They are not friendly. Sits customers down and don’t serve them in order. Fries were cold

I didnt eat here, it was closed when i was at the airport (530-745pm). But i too a picture, and it looked nice.

Great place for breakfast if you’re at Sangster International early in the morning. The food was delicious and the portions were great. The staff were extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. 😎🇯🇲❤️

Waited a hour to get my food and then when I asked to get ranch dressing for my wings they never brought it out at all and I had to ask for napkins and my check twice! The waitress was so rude and had an attitude and when she finally brought the check she just laid it on the table and said here you go wow! I would never eat there at the airport again I would rather go somewhere else instead!

Table clean, food on floor. Table propped up by cardboard. If the food is good I may adjust

Pork tacos were cold and missing half of the ingredients. After I complained they told me that they were out of the rest of the ingredients and just sent them out anyway. I must have seen a dozen orders for them go out while there, I guess they were ok with ripping off their customers. Took half an hour to get a replacement order.

Really poor experience. Latisha was our waitress and I’ve never had more rude and ignorant service. She was more interested with flirting with the guy on the table behind us. I had to ask for mayonnaise no less than 4 times. Okay as given a plastic fork to eat jerk chicken. No knife. Was quite a struggle. Conned from the start, told there were not bottomless drinks and found out later they had charged us for beer instead! The food was okay. just okay. Asked us if we wanted to add a tip after they had added some sort of gratuity. Absolute sham of a place. They should be ashamed that they are doing this to tourists leaving the count

We brought a party of 10 to eat because we loved the theme and had a few teenagers with us. We were met with instant attitude from our server. When she brought the bill it was clearly not ours. We ordered 2 shrimp tacos, 2 margaritas, chicken wings and a house salad. The ticket she brought us had 2 daiquiris, 2 sodas, soup, Caesar salad and jerk pork tacos. She wanted us to pay for the ticket she brought us and even started tapping her head like we were so dumb for not just paying for it and wasting her time. I told her to bring us our ticket with the right items on it and we will gladly pay for what we ordered. She stomped off but did finally bring us the correct one. We did like the food. They were out of what we wanted to start with but the shrimp tacos were so good it made up for that. I think I could have let some of the servers attitude go but when she started tapping her head like we were dumb I had to write a review.

Don't waste your time and money with this place, my clam chowder was like water, the burgers were horrible, and the drinks like bloody marries were half of what they advised. No lime, no seasoning or anything like it. On top of it we had to wait on service while the waitress was hanging out outfront! Save your money and go elsewhere!

Good food, ordered chicken jerk and 2 cocktails, relax and the spiritz. Bill was 78.20 USD. I dont know if our bill was switched to others. Drinks are only 10.95 while chicken wings and jerk chicken are 15 USDs each. Also,server said machine was not working so I insisted and keeps on failing. Maybe, this is a dummy machine. I came with her and she punches several times until several servers come over. She.punch without the price. Find out that there is a bar that has a machine and works fine. Is this a trick to make people pay in Cash, come on! Fooling customers, not good experience! Just ruined entire experience in Jamaica before heading-out.
