I have been a customer for over 20 years. Clean safe shopping, great service, well trained helpful and courteous staff. I have commended them as they have hired a number of deaf people on staff

Nice ambiance. Great staff. Good customer service. They need to get security video cameras instead of the securities walking the Isles it makes you feel a tad insecure

Can get a lot of your nicknacks here groceries, vegetables,etc but I found it have less extensive items than its parent CO. Progressive.

One of the better supermarket in jamaica. It is spacious, clean and offer a whole variety of food items, liquors and there own baked products along with lots more items on offer.

The only store holding this plaza together. +ve: Fortunately they care about the place so the isles are wide enough the place is clean and it is well staffed. Surprisingly they carry enough brands for your options of products. The fruits and vegetables area is a little cramped but it does carry your basics. Overall it manages to function within a dilapidated environment. -ve: the parking lot is awful to maneuver!!!

Westgate Shopper's Fair is a wonderful supermarket. It is strategically located for the shoppers in and around the area.

Just annoyed a little that most cashiers are closed by 5pm. There is a build up constantly around that time.... I understand though ...but its just annoying a bare the excessive hold time

Service is great the ambiance and the sound of the items being scanned is top tier 😄but on a serious note i love it because of the great customer service and the quick hastleless cashiering just makes the experience great

Unfortunately I went to the one at Westgate in Montego and the Cashier was very unprofessional, she was just a turn off. Her approach was extremely disgusting to the point where another worker had to say something to her. I think she is a supervisor because she was assigning persons to sanitizer and pack away trolleys. She was cashing at the counter where you would ask for things such as batteries, flash lights etc.

It offers a wide variety of food, beverages and household products, organized into sections. Items are not hard to find and the prices are reasonable.

Prices changes every week especially when a product is sold very often. Even when the dollar remains the same exchange rate. As much as I want to support Jamaican business it's often hard to as taxes alone push you over a limit.

Protocol is followed .outdoors rustic but classy. Waiters r professional and helpful. Food is excellent. Service is promptly. Real Jamaican treat

It's not a very big supermarket but it does have a good variety of foodstuffs and is nice on the inside although the exterior surroundings could use a face-lift.
