The mechanics don't seem to understand what they are doing, this might be due to the fact that information pertaining to our vehicles are communicated by a third person to us. I recommend that they speak directly to us the customer about the issue/ lack thereof that the vehicle might be having. This will go a far way in having our sensible questions answered!

And reputable service for your vehicle. What more...chauffeur service to and from the lounge to drop off or pick up. Now that's unbeatable

Attractive surroundings, clean comfortable reception/ waiting area; staff very accommodating. They've lived up to their motto of being "unbeatable". My only disappointment was a lo-o-o-ng wait while my vehicle was being serviced.

Always a pleasure : - Appointments are seamless - Customer service is always excellent - Staff extremely courteous - Comfortable waiting area with refreshments and access to WIFI and charging ports if you need to use your devices. - shuttle service in case u have to be somewhere while your vehicle is being attended to and picked up after. Friendly staff, clean waiting area. Only issue was one shuttle for pick up or drop off so if it's already out and you need it you have to wait until it's return which can be anywhere from 15 - 45 mins depending on the previous drop off. I ended up taking a cab.

Such exquisite customer service, staff communication is family oriented and most of all the timing is on point.......depending on their day. I must indeed commend Miss R. Blair and Mr John Paul for taking care of my Q5 whether its for servicing of just ma check up, so thank you and please remain unbeatable

I had taken my vehicle in to replace a headlight bulb. The team put the wrong colour bulb in (which mismatched with the bulb on the other side of the car). I informed them of this the following day and they refused to allow me to return the part for a refund. They also could not replace the bulb in the correct colour (as they had none in stock). After many phone calls and an in person visit, I still have multicolour headlights. 5 months later, the headlight they worked on is now giving trouble again.

Wow service was excellent staff just great feel right at home

There are only two issues thus far. They are expensive and when our car was fixed while on warranty it took forever to get it back

Since I have been back on the Island(Jamaica), I am a client or ATl, my experience is getting better everytime (since of late), one need to check out those beautiful cars for sale, and the after sale service has improved , fantastic!!!.
