It honestly is such a ripoff. We were told we would be up for about 12-15 min. We checked our recordings and we were not even up for a full 6 minutes. Everything was rushed so bad and for $70 it is not worth it. Needless to say we were told to be there at 12:30 and they had us waiting in the heat because the last group on the boat hadn’t arrived yet. It’s very unorganized. The actual men on the boat are very rude. It was a cool experience because it was parasailing but honestly they just rip you off. It was such a waste.

Wanted to go deep sea fishing for the first time in my life. Specifically for Blue Marlin as it's on my bucket list. When we got to the pier I asked what we were fishing for and they said anything that bites. I said no we are supposed to go for Blue Marlin and they started laughing and said yeah Blue Marlin, Black Marlin, White Marlin whatever bites. I knew then the trip was not going to be any good. We Literally went in a circle and they said alright where's our $800. We didn't even catch a single fish. I know fishing and I understand you're not always going to catch them but what they did was take us on a 4 hour boat ride. They said they needed to go farther out to catch Marlin. That's fine why didn't we go farther out. This being on my bucketlist I was willing to spare no expense but what really happened was I got swindled by some locals. They should have their ability to guide revoked.

First time parasailing they took us up for 7 minutes. I know the exact time because we recorded video of it. Their website says 12-15 minutes. Talk about highway robbery $70 for 7 minutes. When I asked them about the time if they were in a rush and they just laughed.🤬

My experience with this water sport tour was horrendous. I had the absolute worst experience if it even counted as an experience. There was an extremely long wait for the parasailing excursion, one employee was rude and on top of that, the boat ran out of fuel while out at sea and had to wait over 20 minutes in rough seas to be rescude and towed back to shore. Needless to say we did not get to do the parasailing excursion. On top of that we were being told we could not get a full refund on the monies paid. CJay's Water Sports need to do better at the maintenance and upkeep of their equipment and needs to improve greatly on their customer service skills.

One of the most incredible experiences ever! The boat was clean and well kept. The equipment was top of the line and made me and my group feel safe! 10/10! Would definitely recommend checking them out!! Thanks so much for an amazing time!!!

Excellent parasailing and jet skiing experience! I'm very proud of such a young man being this business's owner. I tried uploading a parasailing video to no avail. I definitely recommend and will return to CJay's Watersports on my return.

We had a great experience today. We did the Parasailing and the jet skis rentals. The guys kept us safe and were gentle with my disabled veteran husband. There is no fluff but they were professional and kept us safe. We would definitely recommend & will use again.

My family used CJs twice for both parasailing and scuba diving. The experience was great on both occasions! CJ was very sociable, accommodating and friendly! Garfield was our scuba instructor and he did an excellent job explaining instructions and gave us an in depth water tour filled with checking out fish, letting us see plant life and adding humor into the experience! I have written emails and sent letters to this company asking for a refund of $ 200. This is from a trip I couldn't attend 2019 over labor day weekend due to the hurricane. I'm asking for the refund yet again. This time I do not get the refund I will contact BBB to file a complaint against the company to get the refund

Had 7 people in my group and got picked up by a car four 5 people. Got to the pier and got introduced to the captain and 1st mate. They struggled to get the boat away from the pier. Went out for a half day trip and caught 1 fish that not 1 person in my party got to reel in. They did not use live bait and only trolled. They did not change out lures they were trolling with to see if any other color or style would work. The fish that did get caught should of got cut up and put on the lures to help with the most disappointing day I have ever had offshore fishing. I can see why they are CJ's water sports and not fishing. Do yourself a favor and so not go fishing with these guys.

Came here for one of our excursions while we were vacationing and it was AWSOME. We did the parasailing activity. They came and picked us up promptly from our hotel. Our driver was cool. He took us through downtown and taught us a few things about the area. The two gentlemen who guided us while on the boat were also really cool. overall great customer service. I had a great time and it was worth the money.

I went there to do jet skiing. At first I had a few mishaps with the company but they were understanding and I’m glad I booked with them. The experience was good. I wish they could get newer life jackets though but overall it was fine. It was really nice to see all the planes coming in to land while I was jet skiing. Good experience.

I booked the parasailing for my sister’s birthday. We had so much fun! The lady who collected payment and made us sign up the form was so nice. The view in the sky was amazing, the weather was great so it was quite peaceful up there looking down on the ocean. It’s perfectly safe as my sister and I can’t swim but we were strapped in our harness and had our life jackets on. So you have no excuses as to why you shouldn’t parasail. We’re happy we got to cross this off our bucket list 🤗

Awesome experience, the fellas made sure we were safe and having fun while parasailing. This is not far from the cruise port and is easy to book.
