I highly recommend Real Tours Jamaica. They took such good care of my family and I during our visit to Jamaica. From transport to and from airport to the wonderful tour where we were treated like VIP'S. They even went above and beyond to look after my mother that had trouble with her mobility on our visit to both Dunns falls and the secret falls. She felt like she did not miss out. We were truly treated like family and always made sure we smiling. Truly made our stay one of the best vacations.

My mother and I took an impromptu trip to JA for my birthday in April. I called Real Tours JA to inquire about setting up some excursions. My hopes were not very high because it was short notice and we were not a part of a big tour group so I figured it was a long shot. Boy oh Boy am I so glad that I took that shot! Real Tours made it happen...I was able to fulfill some bucket list activities and I will be forever thankful. My mother and I were treated kindly were safe and as result had the best vacation ever.! Norris & his team made sure that everything went perfectly for our two excursions (different days) with Real Tours Jamaica. A lot of tours will advertise they give you the "real" experience, however, I'm going to call their bluff. Norris knew the places to go, the right people to talk to (who didn't scam the tourists), and even gave us history lessons about little details of each town we went through. I cannot tell you how often we were riding with him (more than half a day each time) that people would recognize him and wave/beep at him. Real Tours Jamaica is the only way to go when you want an authentic and entertaining tour of Jamaica. Thanks for making the vacation awesome, Norris! all the people in the little towns, and in each town he would be waving and beeping at someone that recognized him driving down the street.

My friends and I used Real Tours Jamaica while in Montego Bay, and the service was absolutely phenomenal! They picked us up from our hotel and drove us to Negril. Our tour guides were extremely knowledgeable about Jamaica, and shared fun facts with us the whole trip - it was very entertaining! 10/10 would definitely recommend these guys!!!

Excellent Tour Company. We booked a tour with them to Dunn’s river Falls in March with 4 kids and 4 adults. They made the day so special. They arranged our own van. We had a great driver who spoke with us throughout the day about Jamaica. Taught us little facts about each parish as we passed through. Odain was lovely. We always felt safe, everything was on time, very comfortable, super friendly, we had the best day. I highly recommend this tour company.

I started using Real Tours in 2019 I used them for my second trip on the island after using another company first. They are AMAZING!! I ended up cancelling everything with the first company and moving everything to Real Tours Jamaica 🇯🇲 I also visited 2020 2022 & 2023 I will NOT use anyone else. The knowledge of Jamaica is outstanding, anything you want to look at they let you, any questions you have that can be answered by showing you the car stops and you get a detailed answer, for example we were speaking about almonds & the driver stopped to get out and pick a fresh almond off the tree to show us!! THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF JAMAICA with these guys! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been to Jamaica once before and didn’t think it could get any better but I can say this time touring with Real Tours Jamaica surpassed any passed trips I’ve been on and met all my expectations! Our tour guide Norris was amazing and helped us to enjoy our trip to the fullest! He was able to put together an amazing itinerary full of excursions, sight seeing, and fun for my group the whole 7 days we were there. He is very knowledgeable about all things Jamaica and was able to also bring us to some of the best authentic food stops around town. Any and all requests we had were met with a smile on his face and made us all feel safe and comfortable, like family. Over all touring with Real Tours Jamaica for my special 30th birthday was an experience I’ll never forget and I’ll definitely be back sooner rather than later!

Real Tours Jamaica is absolutely amazing. My wife and her friend went to Jamaica and we chose to use Real Tours as our way to see the beautiful island of Jamaica. We made the best choice to use them Norris the Owner and tour guide treated my wife and her friend with respect and like the Queen she is. They had lots of fun, ate lots of local food, and fruits and went all over the island. She felt very safe and she enjoyed every moment. The bus was clean and smells very fresh there was even ice cold Red Stripe Beer for them during travel. Norris and his family treated my wife and her friend like family. We book round trip transfers, city tour in Montego Bay when we arrive since our check in is not until 3pm and we arrived at 9am plus an all day Bob Marley tour in Kingston and Nine Miles on the same day. Samantha went above and beyond for us. They customize everything for us. We didn't want to waste every day in Jamaica doing a tour so Samantha customize an itinerary for us and her price is better then Viator that's for sure! We had Odain aka Joe as our driver and guide for both days and he was amazing. Professional, friendly and he made sure that we're safe at all times. He really went above and beyond and made sure we had a great time during the tour. He took a bunch of pictures for us and even stop to get me a fresh coconut and fruits along the way.They're on time as well and i dont mean Jamaican time which is a big plus and Samantha checked in on us through out the day of the tour. She even checked in on us to make sure we're ok when we're not on her tour.This company is great! They really care about their customer I highly recommend using them for sure!

Went on one tour that was great. The 2nd tour they charged our account and was 2 hours late getting there. We told them to cancel it after waiting an hour and 20 minutes. Swore up and down the funds would never leave my account and would fall out. Now I have to wait 2 weeks on a dispute process to get my money back. 😡

We are a family of 4 - kids are adults now, we did the Scenic tour of Kingston. We had the best day of the holiday, visiting the Bob Marley museum, Devon House and ride around Kingston Town. Our guide was so friendly, punctual and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
