Beautiful pool, comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection and reasonable dinner buffet with lots of fresh fruits, veg, and regional cheeses. The red wine is good. White, not to my taste. Caters for large tour groups mainly. Lots of oaps when we were there.

12.02.2023 our family visited SPA center. Only after we paid at the reception we were informed that sauna did not work during that period of time and we could use only swimming pool. There were no such information on the website either. Also they gave no discount for our 6 year old son. However on the website there is such discount. Swimming pool itself was good.

I didn’t stay in their rooms so I can’t comment on that. But I was there to eat several times . Immediately I noticed there is a lack of a proper guest welcoming. The food was fine at that time but the service was not great. Today I went specially to have a lunch there. The ambience is a bit out dated, I must say. Also, there is nothing around the hotel except children playground. No flowers, no efforts whatsoever for this place to look beautiful. The food was bellow average and their decoration was questionable. My mother said her pasta was fine, but my pork medallions were terrible: not seasoned, the vine sauce tested more like a ketchup sauce. I had to add salt and pepper- which I never do at restaurants. Would I order it again? No way. Would I eat there again? Not sure really. Also, they brought us a basket of bread that we never asked for. The service was .ok, but the experience was not really nice.

The hotel and rooms are very beautiful, but wouldn't call it luxurious. However, the service fell short of expectations. Staff were not attentive or accommodating. They were rude and sometimes would ignore or look very annoyed when you asked a question or a service, which ruined the overall experience. While the physical space of the hotel is lovely, the lack of a decent service is something to keep in mind for those considering a stay here.

Went there because of a seminar for 5 days. It was nice and the employees were very friendly. The food was fantastic but the location of the hotel isnt very convenient unless you came here to ski.

Good but! Something above average! More than 3 stars, but less than 4! Food is horrible like else were in Montenegro! Something i don’t understand: most of their clients are Albanians! But Albanian language is not written anywhere in the instructions, menu etc, and the staff is not speaking at all (or don’t deserve to speak). For this they deserve 1 star!

Very rude staff... Even racist I would say. Unfriendly. Unorganized. The pool they have is small and always full of people and I am not sure of their standards of the amount of clorox they use, since all you can smell is clorox. And their communication was the most uncomfortable one I have ever had! They said we consumed a bottle of water we didn't. We were ok paying a 5$ value of the bottle, since we didn't have a problem paying 350$ for sleeping there, but the way they acted was like they finally found the criminals they were looking for. A big boooo to that experience! I recommend to anyone reading this review, to look at the bnbs around the area, they have beautiful houses you can rent, with fireplaces and you can skip the horrible service. If you are a foody, the place was fine. Planty of food.

Several years ago when we used to visit Kolasin, the hotel appeared more luxurious. But this time I found an outdated version of it. For instance, the room door had a hole in the middle and our room was positioned right in front of the elevators. We had to hang a towel to feel at ease. The a la carte menu at the restaurant was very expensive and terribly cooked. It really was a waste of money to eat there!! If you can’t prepare a decent meal, take it out of the menu and just stick to the cevapcici you can do. The half board menu during breakfast and dinner time was much better. 2 young waitresses at the restaurant were very impolite and unfriendly and made us feel totally unwelcomed . We were the only table in the restaurant and our three kids (the youngest 4 yrs old) were playing with each other. The waitress with the glasses told us with a sour face that it was not a park,but a restaurant. While at dinner time , it was fully packed and everywhere there were children screaming and shouting but she didn’t seem to notice. Huge swimming pool but water was cold and not pleasurable to swim,at least during the first minutes. You could not order drinks or smth to eat for the kids while staying at the pool. I have been in several hotel swimming pools in Europe, and you can have an aperitiv and really relax. The staff at reception are nice and welcoming and spoke good English. Overall, I don’t think I’ll repeat this experience anytime soon. Expect for the pool spa and the huge building, I wouldn’t consider it a 4 star experience

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Bianca in Kolašin with my family! The kids absolutely loved the pool, and the homemade apple cake was a delightful treat. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere made our experience memorable. Highly recommend for a family getaway!

Beautiful property and excellent service. Only issue we had was the bathroom faucet was difficult to turn completely off and the towel warmer (while we learned it was tuned to the temperature of the room) never came on in spite of changing the room temperature. We did appreciate being able to open a window to allow fresh air in.

I come to this place regularly and take a break on the way to the sea. In summer it is extremely pleasant to sit in the garden. You get the impression that there is not enough staff so you may end up waiting longer than you expected. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. Prices are affordable. As this place is located almost 1000m above sea level, the temperature is very pleasant even in summer. There is no air conditioning in all rooms in the hotel itself, so it can be too hot in the hotel and restaurant. That's why I recommend that you have patience in the summer and sit in the beautiful garden.

Came back after a few years. The staff is really nice & they always do their best to help the guests. The room was huge and well maintained. I loved the outside pool area, surrounded by trees and listening to the birds.

One of the best hotels, if not the best, in the north of Montenegro, which includes the use of swimming pools, Turkish baths, etc. and with the selection in that area, for a couple of nights, you can't go wrong. If you decide to sit down in the aisle and order some dessert, my recommendation is their specialty "apple pie". The downside is the lack of staff employed in that area, and because you will have to wait a little longer to be served, and for your order to arrive at your table.

Montenegro, Bianca Resort & Spa provides a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The moment you step into the resort, you're greeted with warm hospitality, beauty hotel (all made by wood) and a great SPA. The room is vert nice but the only thing is missing, there is no kettle in the room.

Clean, nice, perfect temperature of the saunas and swimming pools, friendly staff. There is a "child gym" right next to it, where you can let your little ones play, however till 5pm they can join you for half a price.
