I loved EVERYTHING about this hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed, I really appreciated small little things as a welcome gift and a handwritten letter. Great compliments to your staff: I spent only one night at the hotel (business trip) and had to have veeeery quick breakfast. The girls working at the breakfast restaurant were super kind, natural and welcoming. Also great compliments to the reception staff and one of your female managers (orange suit, cant remember her name!!!). She gave us exciting hotel tour. Much recommended for company events.

My husband and I stayed at Lazure Hotel and Marina from 6th-13th April. We had an excellent stay from start to finish. Every department provided an excellent service. Food was delicious, cocktails amazing too. The front office team were very accommodating when we asked to change to a hotel room instead of an apartment. We stayed in two room types, one with a sea view and one without and they were both beautifully decorated and comfortable, I loved the furniture and decor. The views from the sea view room were amazing but I also loved the view from the other room too, as from one window you could look over the terrace and the other over the hotel grounds as well as having a side a view of the sea. The grounds and facilities of Lazure are pristine. The hotel has been beautifully restored and the inside of the hotel containing very tasteful modern interiors. The hotel grounds, rooms and facilities always kept spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Lazure to others and would love to return. At Lazure the staff went out of their way to make you feel so special, always friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Lazure Marina & Hotel exceeded our expectations! Upon our arrival 2 guys in suits (assuming that are managers of hotel) run to help us with our suitcases. First thing that amazed me. Lazure Hotel has everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel. First the staff from front desk, housekeeper, staff in restaurant are very kind, efficient. The room was already prepared for us, and we could check in right away. We took shower and left room when we back towels were changed. That's WOW! That was greatly appreciated. The breakfast was simply amazing. Everything we tried was delicious and there were a number of healthy options to choose from. Manager of restaurant for breakfast is incredibly professional, friendly and wanted every moment to make us feel comfortable. She suggested that we try some types of food that they had, and the breakfast was so varied that we simply could not decide what we would like for breakfast. After this hotel any other hotel was zero because we expect that other hotels should have same or at least similar service. Any hotel for rest of our trip cannot be close to Lazure. The room was spacious and modern with 2 TVs on the wall. The room is divide with a shelves wall, so we had a room with a California King bed and a living room, but still one whole room remained. In short, the room was absolutely beautiful, the bed too comfortable. Bathroom with lots of shampoo, towels, robes & slippers. The bathroom is also in a modern style. The hotel has thought of every detail to make the guest feel welcome and appreciated.Thank you Lazure & see you soon.

Very professional employees, comfortable rooms and an excellent view. The spa center is also a relaxation paradise. Everywhere around the resort is breathtaking. Beach is lovely, marina as well. Wide selection of food and drinks. We'll be happy to visit again.

Top class hotel. Can only speak for our room, but it was huge, clean and well stocked. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The two restaurants are really really excellent. Baguetteria (not part of hotel but on the same complex) is great for cheaper dinner, and also do excellent coffee and pastries. The beach is good, the sea is warm and clean. The spa and pool are great. The surrounding area is a bit of a dead zone, but Herceg Novi old town is half an hour walk up the coast with lots of nice food, drink, historic buildings and epic views. Would avoid Kotor. Spectacular place, but absolutely ruined by the zillions of people taking over the town from cruise ships, can barely move inside the narrow walls without becoming part of yet another tour group. Perast is much more enjoyable.

Very elegant, bright, nicely decorated hotel. Room is very spacious and offers all necessities. Main impression was very polite staff reception , bellman, housekeeping and waitstaff. On every request received positive feedback. Definitely 👍

We had a fabulous stay in the historic building. Were upgraded to a room with sea view at no extra cost. Every aspect of our stay was very pleasant. The staff in every department are very polite, helpful, attentive and always smile. Could not do enough for you. The hotel is modern, clean, bright and stylish. The spa area is great and we enjoyed it a lot. The experience was so excellent, my son said he would come back when he is old enough and apply for a job 😁

We have had a difficult year and were very kindly gifted a weekend away in this beautiful hotel by my parents. (To celebrate our wedding anniversary) and we were so touched by the staff’s attention to detail, a room upgrade, generous complimentary gifts like a bottle of bubbles and fresh baked goods….the atmosphere was beautiful, amazing spa and delicious meals. We really felt totally spoiled and are so grateful. Thank you Lazure hotel for making this trip so memorable and enjoyable.

Our stay at the Lazure was perfect. The hotel is immaculate, location- perfect for promenading and the breakfast was spot on. An absolutely idyllic place to stay!

Spent a glorious week at this wonderful hotel set in such beautiful surroundings. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Special mentions to the lovely lady at the Beach Bar, so friendly, all of housekeeping who serviced the room each morning, and the breakfast staff, especially the lady who welcomed you each morning 😀 Used the spa most mornings and had a couple of treatments. Very sad to leave 😢 Will definitely return 😆

Our Lazure experience was just perfect as before! We had been there 2 years in a row. It is always beyond our expectations. We were 4 people plus our furry son Merlot, and every single of us enjoyed the time we spent there. The rooms, spa, beach, food were lovely. Front desk people were great help all the time. And the breakfast team was a star. We will be back for sure.

We had a great stay at the Lazure - the hotel is exceptionally clean & the staff were outstanding - very attentive but quiet & never intrusive. The rooms were spacious & comfortable & the housekeeping staff like the rest of the staff were friendly & efficient. It was warm for October so the beach area had been kept open - there was no bar but we could see that the facilities in the warmer months were really good. We also used the thermal area & the pool in the spa. It was very relaxing & like the hotel well looked after with staff quietly keeping the areas shipshape. There was just one restaurant open - we did eat there on several evenings - food & service was faultless. Breakfast - We had so much choice at the buffet - with fresh eggs & omelettes cooked to order. Plenty of staff were on hand to assist & keep the coffee coming - all under the watchful eye of Ana. All in all we had an amazing 10 days - great hotel great staff & good faculties If the hotel lacked anything it was a coffee shop that had pastries or light snacks - coffee was always available on the restaurant terrace but the only menu was the full lunch or dinner menu. It might have been the time of year ..... But overall a great holiday & a fabulous hotel.

We have just come back after a 9 night stay here. I loved the hotel, marina, spa and surroundings. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel was clean, the buffet for breakfast was excellent and it was a really good base for sightseeing. I did love being in Herceg Novi as the old town was a nice walk from the hotel and we got bikes and rode there too. The room was spacious and had everything and more for a pleasant stay. I upgraded to the balcony which we did love to use on the days it wasn’t raining! I used the spa every morning which was one of the best and have come back feeling like I’ve actually had a holiday. Even though I walked thousands of steps 😊highly recommend this hotel x thanks guys

This hotel is definitely deserving of its 5 stars. It is beautifully maintained and the staff are excellent. Particularly Ana who looks after the breakfast Buffett. Staying here is like being wrapped in a cosy blanket. Relaxing and comforting. Would definitely recommend a sea view room though as the view from the back of the hotel isn’t as charming. The private beach club is well equipped. The spa excellent with a great range of saunas etc. only improvements would be better lights on the balcony to read by and darker curtains as the rooms are bright in the morning. I really am splitting hairs though. It is about a half hour walk along the promenade to reach the old town.

I don't know where to start tbh, what a wonderful place to stay. Amazing staff, looked after from the moment we flew in to the moment we arrived back at the airport. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment which was huge, comfortable and the decor superb, comfortable bed and pillows to. On site restaurants we used augusto's twice, lovely food, Bagguetteria? Fantastic pizzas, Roccos bar, fabulous and the breakfast buffet was fantastic, so much food, really really good food. The spa was beautiful, and quiet, the beach, just stunning, the water is so clear and warm, the whole beach area has been updated recently and it really is fantastic. The area of hercig Novi is lovely. The walkway around the coast if full of shops, bars, restaurants and market stalls. A visit to the old town is well worth it, not a bad walk if you go via the main road, stop in at the monastery on the way, great views, and it's a quicker walk to the town than using the walkway, less steps to, going down steps is much easier than climbing up. We visited a lovely restaurant called Portofino, beautiful food and came back via the walkway at night, felt very safe and was really busy. I wish I could give the hotel 6 stars... But the WiFi is a bit weak so I can only give you 5😁 thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Sat at the foothills of the Orjen Mountains is the spectacular historical 18th Century Venetian hotel Lazure, on the waterfront of the Bay of Kotor. The hotel is charming, steeped in Venetian history, yet with a contemporary finish. The hotel has exceeded our expectations, from the excellent service throughout, exquisite culinary experiences and a memorable 60th birthday for my husband. Our Room #10 in the historical building faced the Marina & Boka Bay, we spent so much time on the balcony watching the world go by and soaking in the beauty of the landscape. Nothing was ever too much, room service was excellent, House keeping was to the highest of standards daily & all the staff were continually helpful. A day or two after arriving we required medical attention, the hotel were fantastic in guiding us accordingly to seek the correct medical attention, the whole process was effortless due to their support. In summary, I have nothing negative to say about or stay, it has exceeded our expectation and has been one of our favourite hotels to date. Thanks you to all at Lazure Marina & Hotel for such an incredible stay.

The hotel is very welcoming, the rooms and amenities are at the highest level. Breakfast buffet is very abundant and all the restaurants have great lunch and dinner options. I am definitely recommending a stay at this five star resort. Thank you to the friendly and attentive staff.

Our sailing boat is in the Marina - it is well looked after, the staff are friendly, the facilities are spotless and it’s walking distance to the town!

Mixed feeling about the hotel. Starting from the positives: - amazing breakfast, plenty of sweet/savoury options to choose from - great location and even better restaurant with great sushi Negatives: - private beach is closed till at least 20/06/2023 due to some refitting. This was not mentioned on the website nor at the time of the booking. Hotel offered option to go to Porto Novi, however the way they arranged it was extremely churny and messy (i.e. taxi drivers not knowing where to take the guests). - we requested take away breakfast for the last day, the reception completely forgot about it and we got 1 apple and 1 pear with some water. - most of the staff working there do not speak good english and communication was at time quite hard and frustrating

Definitely far from 5 star hotel. Arrived at 1am exhausted from our journey .. the hotel has no room service, no snacks, Nothing - we could order nothing so had to to sleep hungry as there are no restaurants, cafes or even markets working 24/7. Breakfast was okay, but again far from 5 star breakfast buffet .. it was close to 3 star hotel breakfast buffet. The gym is very small, almost impossible to workout if there are more than 4 people in the gym. The rooms were very clean and nice, the staff was very friendly. The beach is nice and clean.
