Great place for stay in Budva, very nice, kind and friendly host and his family, beautiful neighbourhood and landscape and cosy and clean rooms. I recommend this place for all people (for those who play chess especially :)). Ps. Great and delicious grilled makrela fish with potatoes <3

Worst experience I’ve ever had, and worst host I’ve ever had. 250 Euros for 6 days seemed appealing but never again. You get there and he brings out food and drinks to make it seem like he’s happy for you to be there. He made us pay for the the food and drinks he brought out; even when we didn’t even ask for it. We get up to our room on the 3rd floor and it’s the most depressing thing I’ve ever seen. TV doesn’t work, AC barely works, and bathroom is as small as can be. Very cheap motel better said. Would never recommend anyone to stay here and I’ll make sure nobody in my family stays here either. Only gives you 1 roll of toilet paper, and 3 towels. I don’t care what anyone says but I will never return here again. He made me pay 20 euros extra to stay in the disgusting apartment because my bus was leaving at 4:30. He doesn’t care about your needs, only cares about money. There is no wifi in the room, his son gave me the wrong password on purpose. So you have to sit down in front of the building just to have connection. It’s preposterous. For all the tourists out there, avoid this place at all costs.

We had a great stay! Saki and his family are super friendly people. We felt at home from the first moment. The hostel has a relaxed vibe and offers delicious food. Highly recommend this place 🔥

GREAT EXPIRIANCE IN SAKI HOTEL. VERY GOOD PLACE CLOSE TO CENTAR OF THE CITY AND BEACH. NICE SWIMING POOL AND VERY GOOD SERVICE . THEY HAVE A BOAT AND YOU CAN MAKE SMALL EXCURSION IN VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACES HERE , VISITING CAVE AND CLIFF JUMPING. ALSO I WAS ON FISHING!!! AND AFTER BARBECUE IN SAKI PLACE . ONLY GOOD EXPIRIANCE :)

Very nice hotel Clean! Managed by very friendly family

When we arrived there, Saki and his family received us as their family.. We got their homemade wine and dinner made of delicious homemade food. Saki and his family, are very kind and good people and they made us feel like we are at our own home. I had a lot of questions about where I can find some local places and Saki kindly explained me and even brought me with his motorbike to Old Town in Budva. The room was very clean and new, and we had everything wat we needed. The balcon outside the room was big enough for me and my 2 friends to feel very comfortable ,and the view was amazing ! At one night, my brother had problem with his car, and Saki and his son came at 3am to help us bring the car back to the apartment. I'm very pleased that I met Saki and his family and If I come next time to Budva Montengro, I will definitely stay again at his apartment ! No words can describe how I feel positive about everything wat I have experience during my staying at Saki apartments !

I came here on a 6 day vacation with my boyfriend and In all honesty if you do not get the sweet it is not worth it. The bed is just a couch with a mat over It and the blankets feel like they’re made out of paper . The wifi did not work in our room and when we notified saki he said we could just “come downstairs” to use wifi . The bathroom had no curtains and water got everywhere and with nothing to clean it up . They only give you 2-3 towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper and nothing else for the 6 day stay . The tv didn’t work and the A.C. Barely worked . Made us pay $12 extra for the food and drinks we did not ask for . We were told the beach was 10 min walk from the beach but it’s actually a 20-30 min walk and the heat didn’t help . I would not recommend staying here and I would not come back here again .

Saki and Family were very welcoming offering a boat trip but beware when he offers you things these would go on your bill. The Boat trip we knew we had to pay for. Luckily we worked that out within moments. The boat offered on the trip is not the one shown on the photos as only holds 4-6 people maximum. The Room was cheap so no grumbles there but could do with some cleaning and fixing. I don't think it too tough to change light bulbs or fix holes in walls all issues that seem have happend years ago too. However the owner can be very intrusive on your stay and took photos of my partner without her permission whilst in the pool and also seemed to follow our every move via social media. The 2 stars given 1 is for Budva itself and the other for our first day. Speaking to some locals its not the first time people have said negative things. I would just say buyer beware.

Rooms were good, but the owner is great!

A bit far away from the city center and beaches but it is a plus if you want a quiet neighborhood. It takes 10 minutes to reach the city beach on foot. Clean rooms and decent utilities. Stayed with 3 more friends and recommend it for groups.

Our hosts at Saki Apartments were none other than Saki himself, along with his warm and welcoming family. Their personal touch elevated our stay to a whole new level of hospitality. Nestled in a serene location close to both supermarkets and the beach, the setting was idyllic. Upon arrival, Saki’s wife warmly welcomed us with a refreshing drink and a delightful serving of watermelon, setting the tone for our stay. Saki Apartments exceeded our expectations by not only providing a fantastic stay but also going the extra mile with their attentive service. Providing us with a traditional Montenegrin breakfast and whenever we lounged by the pool or in the common area, they surprised us by bringing over delicious food. This thoughtful gesture added an extra layer of comfort and enjoyment to our vacation. This thoughtful service made our stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Saki Apartments for a fantastic Budva experience.

Very good place to spend holidays. Host very nice and very helpful. Close to sea and easy way back. Also good food and trip i n boat avaliable. I'm going back soon. J.
