The hotel is so depreciated that they should take a star off it. I was impressed by a certain disrespectful attitude towards the guests, at least towards those from Bulgaria. They pretended to be important at the reception. They did not understand Bulgarian, they spoke in Serbian. And later in the evening you took a taxi, the driver was not racist. And he understood Bulgarian quite well, as we understood his Serbian quite well. I've been to about 30 countries and this is the first time I've heard of people making a reservation to use the spa area. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again. Montenegro is a beautiful country. But they are definitely at the bottom of my ranking for service and equality to all guests. I'm still at the hotel and can't wait to leave tomorrow. Only the food is good and there was a boy and a girl in the cafe who were very nice.

If you want to feel like the biggest loser, this is the place for your holiday! Don't buy all inclusive as the staff will be a nuisance and will overlook you. Money talks here. The furnishings in the rooms and the water park may remember WWII. And with so few sunbeds and pool tables already, the owner takes up a quarter of them. I guess she thinks it's the right strategy to make the hotel feel a little better. The kitchen is good, but the brigadiers in the dining room are incompetent, you'll be serving yourself. I never recommend this again. Here our customer does not pay our master in any way. The morning shift manager was the only one who understood what that meant, and I thank him. The third photo is a view of the garden - actually a busy road and a concrete roof.

The surroundings were awful, there were few renovations going on, caussing horrible noise all the time. Also cars on the streets right in front of the hotel were extremely losy, so the location gets one star. although the staff tried to be as polite as they could, the manager had some weird ideas about how the guests should behave. We had to sit on the sofas the way they allowed us to, couldn't leave our clothing out to dry, were forced to eat outside in the horrible noise (they didn't allow us to eat in the restaurant nor in the bar, although both were empty), they sometimes refused to give us cutlery or use the coffee machine. Seemed like the hotel exists not for people to be comfortable but to uphold some nonsensical rules.

I just wanna warn you on management in this hotel. My mom went through big trauma on vacation in this hotel because of chairs on their private beach. Beach chairs are very old, unsafe and dysfunctional. She was just sitting on chair when the chair suddenly folded under her and caught her hand finger, due this she was badly injured, her finger was broken and deeply cut. After that she had surgery to safe finger and had risk to lose part of finger. Day after, chef of beach reached us and explained us that happened two years ago to one more guest in their hotel. Still they are not moving out that furniture, they are consciously put people in risk!!! After this situation happened management didn’t react or reach my mom, didn’t even respond on my emails like nothing happened. Later on when I initiated to talk about situation, they promised they will report this to the insurance and include us to follow procedure, but of course that didn’t happened. After we left hotel even I tried to get response and answer from them about compensation for injury, they didn’t provide any information or response at all!!! Worst hotel and management I’ve ever been in!!! I expect them now to answer here on rate with lies since everything is public, but still don’t believe them!

Enjoyable stay. Rooms are adequate size, I liked the closet space. It had a bit of an odd smell to it, but nothing overbearing. The hotel itself is grand, offers Spa treatments, has a pool. For breakfast, there is a small vegan corner, but in general it is iffy for anyone with a gluten free diet as well as for Muslims because most dishes didn't have a tag specifying the kind of meat, so if you're Muslim make sure to ask if it's pork or not. Service was good, everyone was pleasant and helpful. The wifi worked great. Beach area is big and pretty clean, the sea was very clean and surprisingly not too cold for October. Lots of stray cats around, they're friendly so if you're a cat person, bring some treats. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, very good breakfast. You can always find a sunbed when you go to the beach. For beach towels you need to pay a deposit and get a card. I don't comment easily, but this place really deserves it. The staff at the reception is very helpful. The staff in the restaurant is very fast. It would be better if the minibar was checked and refilled daily.

I think there are basically 2 hotels there - one is the old one, with furniture from the 90's which sucks. Rooms are old and need maintenance (water not flowing down the drain from the shower, destroyed elements of decoration, not working safe, permanently not working keycards). There are also new rooms, which are sold as premium ones - haven't been to those, so I'm not talking about them. The air conditioning in our room was really lousy and was not providing enough power so it was very hot in the room. There are no free water bottles in the room. WiFi is TERRIBLE - slow and not reliable. It's important, as many people have very expensive roaming in Montengero. The only good thing was dining - breakfast was ok with very nice selection of meals. I would strongly consider getting the premium rooms or changing the hotel. The brisk walk to old Budva takes around 30 minutes from hotel.

It’s much better water park than the Budva aqua park on the hill. Also cheaper for the family day 2+2 cost €59. In this price you have approx €20 to spend on the park bistro for food. This however is more of a fast food quality. The park itself is very old fashioned and outdated in terms of attractions and safety. Missing tiles, missing paving, several slides with sharp joints can cause skin or foot cuts for your children. But here in Montenegro no one seem to care about safety… 🤷‍♂️ Very few attractions for small babies and kids under 7y have approx 2 slides only. Still better value than largest water park in Budva.

We came here for a conference and the place doesn’t look at like like the pictures they have in google or their website. It’s very very old and the rooms need maintenance. The staff doesn’t speak English and you literally have to do everything yourself. My friend got food poisoning the first night we came and overall it was a bad experience. Also the cable phone in both my and my friends room didn’t work at all, so in case you need to talk to the reception you just need to go downstairs.

As for the accommodation, we are basically satisfied. We have a paid All inclusive type, and the staff, whether in the restaurant or the bar, probably don't like that, because they feel that we are here for free. You have huge reserves in your approach to customers, your young staff is unprofessional and arrogant. We were given bracelets indicating the type of stay All inclusive, but I feel that this is counterproductive. As soon as the staff sees that we are entitled to something that we no longer have to pay for (after all, it is included in the price of the stay), we are invisible to them!!! On the website, you write about the pro-customer approach of your staff, they are nice and helpful. I strongly disagree and this attitude of theirs is maddeningly spoiling the impression of an otherwise nice hotel. And so, although I don't like it very much, I have to write that I definitely do not recommend your hotel if the customer does not want to have the impression that you are bothering the staff. We will not come back here again.

Let me start by saying the best food I've tasted in a while. I am a proper trained Chef and dam it was good. The room were large and amazing view. Clean and friendly staff. 👌 I just wish it was summer and swam in the pool. The have all the amenities. Can't say enough about this place.

Tasteful quisine, good location, however rooms require deep renovation. A minus for double bed in case the rooms were booked for people visiting the hotel within business trip.

The hotel is comfortable and well positioned in regards to the beach. We visited during a quiet time so the aqua park was not open but there is a lovely outdoor pool and a large indoor pool and spa. The restaurant is self service with a good range of choices for all meals. The service staff work hard but it was not always easy to attract their attention to order drinks. We only managed once in the week. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Rooms not as advertised? Large restaurant with good selection of food, well presented but always cold or tepid with the exception of the soup! Nice bar area and pleasant staff with nice outdoor seating area and outdoor pool. Also nice indoor pool and spa. Water park was closed in October and looked like it had been closed for dinnertime? Overall, a pleasant stay.

Rooms are small, most with bath instead of shower. Not all rooms have double bed. Food is first class, location right beside beach and only 15 minute walk on pedestrian path to Budva centre.

"Soviet type hotel" - its like a time travel to 80s. They tricks us with room photos, but reality was quiet different. Probably only few rooms are renovated, not all of them. Hotel bar opera also didnt fullfill our expectation, drinks are "cheap" and 90% waiters are not paying attention to hotel guest with all inclusive. Road on the beach is not looking so good, but beach is nice and clean (cold sea 20÷22°C - mid july). Hotel kitchen was good, not so much variety of food, but taste fine, but not drinks again. In short: do not have high expectations, you will be disappointed. Like Anatoly Dyatlov said: Not great, not terrible.

Fabulous hotel. Excellent service, meals and facilities. Wonderful indoor heated pool, with sauna etc. We didn't use the bar at all, but it all looked very comfy in that area. Breakfasts were superb. Absolutely nothing to compare about.

A comfortable resort hotel although overcrowded facilities when full ! Don't expect clean modern as the hotel appears to be from the Soviet era with some modernisation since, albeit it was built in the 1990's. Although clean some maintenance and attention to details are required Some of the staff are very unprofessional and not properly trained so daily inconsistencies in the service provided Main criticism is the restaurant with the food of poor quality. The hot food is usually served lukewarm both at dinner and breakfast. Recommendation ... get your food from the grill where it is cooked fresh and hot ! My mother was served semi raw chicken. The management appeared unconcerned when it was initially brought to their attention. The outcome was 48hrs later my mum was severely ill in her room and medical attention from outside the hotel was required. No apologies or empathy from the hotel.

Even though they ensured me to prepare a vegan menue for me, I was served dairy products. When complaining about the incidence, the employee openly made fun of me for being vegan. I was never treated so horribly rude at a hotel/restaurant before!

Terrible. Blonde haired lady on reception had an appealing attitude every time we spoke to her. Will never stay here ever again. Complain if you ask for a tea bag and look down on you. Management should have a word with this lady as she thinks it’s acceptable to mock peoples accents.

Still here 2nd day in.... Not great so far. No smiles from staff, everyone seems grumpy. From reception to bar to pool. No iron in hotel. But you can pay for an ironing service. 🙄 Maybe the visit will get better. I will revise at end of trip. Edit: gained a star as staff attitude was better. I've stayed in poor quality hotels in the past. But the staff made it memorable. I've stayed in better quality hotels and the staff made it a poor experience. Long story. Look after your staff and they will look after your customers.

Excellent location, a lot of facilities and good breakfast buffet and restaurant. Maintenance could be definitely improved. Rooms could be cleaned better.
