As
for
the
accommodation,
we
are
basically
satisfied.
We
have
a
paid
All
inclusive
type,
and
the
staff,
whether
in
the
restaurant
or
the
bar,
probably
don't
like
that,
because
they
feel
that
we
are
here
for
free.
You
have
huge
reserves
in
your
approach
to
customers,
your
young
staff
is
unprofessional
and
arrogant.
We
were
given
bracelets
indicating
the
type
of
stay
All
inclusive,
but
I
feel
that
this
is
counterproductive.
As
soon
as
the
staff
sees
that
we
are
entitled
to
something
that
we
no
longer
have
to
pay
for
(after
all,
it
is
included
in
the
price
of
the
stay),
we
are
invisible
to
them!!!
On
the
website,
you
write
about
the
pro-customer
approach
of
your
staff,
they
are
nice
and
helpful.
I
strongly
disagree
and
this
attitude
of
theirs
is
maddeningly
spoiling
the
impression
of
an
otherwise
nice
hotel.
And
so,
although
I
don't
like
it
very
much,
I
have
to
write
that
I
definitely
do
not
recommend
your
hotel
if
the
customer
does
not
want
to
have
the
impression
that
you
are
bothering
the
staff.
We
will
not
come
back
here
again.
