It said that one bad experience can destroy the beauty In one place and after 2years of coming here, the bathroom is always looked and 2 of 5 employees don't know the password or just refuse to help and give it out ( that's one). And the other was that after asking that later needed help with getting in item that it was clearly on the very top I walked the entire store did a circle until I finally I found an Asian gentlemen that was so helpful to him and his courtesy definitely 5 stars ( he was humble and very helpful). The other two just seem to help none foreign people.... Just an advice ( 1st) You are the closest to universe studios witch means you will be getting people from different cultures so hired people with great customer service and also you are right on the freeway witch means you will also get travels that definitely like me will need to buy something like always and my family an I might obiously need to use the restroom specially when you have numerous kids with you.... Restrooms need to be unlocked this is not a homeless area to be acting like your restroom will get damaged and if so that's why you have security..... Management needs to evaluate their procedures.... Corporate will be Informed of this don't worry peeps... This is ridiculous

On my first visit to this LA grocery store, I had the best experience. Strong inventory, clean, and good sales. Duanne C. was my cashier, and he was excellent. I read on the name tag: Duanne C is also the store manager. That is an excellent sign of leadership: jumping in and helping out when needed.

Employees participate in gift card scams & scam people. They have scammed my elderly Mother a few times..Good luck ever reaching a manager or getting a call back & when you do it's just a series of run around, they will not help you or refund, instead they will hang up on you, be rude & transfer you around incessantly. AVOID this scam store. There are other reviewers saying the same thing. SHAME on you

The Unruh Civil Rights Act (California Civil Code Section 51) provides protection from discrimination by all business establishments in California, including housing and public accommodations, because of age, ancestry, color, disability, national origin, race, religion, sex and sexual orientation. I believe I was racially discriminated against. Today I was shopping for Instacart. I had 3 different orders, 2 shopping carts. So I went through the checkout twice so I wouldn't hold up the line. Amazingly I was able to guide the 2 shopping carts at the same time to my car. As I was going to put the groceries in my car this White man came screaming at me and took my carts away telling me I didn't pay for the groceries and he was calling security. I told him I have the receipts, he said he doesn't care he's calling security. I followed him inside the store. I then told him the cashier who checked me out is right there. The cashier confirmed it. He just kept on going. So I had to wait. He finally asked the cashier if I payed. Cashier told him Yes. I had to drag the 2 carts again back to my car. I felt embarrassed and humiliated. I remembered this happened to me a couple years ago. I believe it was the same cashier at night. He was the only person at the self checkout. I scanned my items. As I was going to pay he came from behind me and took all my items voided them and scanned them himself. He was really rude and mad at me. I believe because of the color of my skin. I'm a 4th generation Mexican-American. I believe both incidents was the same cashier, White man.

This is my neighborhood store and I’m usually very happy with this store but I just left right now and they totally tried to scam me. From what I can gather somebody put an incorrect label on a shelf, and when the product wasn’t scanning correctly, what looked to be the manager, grabbed the item and said this isn’t the right one for the discount and proceeded to go back and get me a different size. It was a different deal And while they were back there, they took a long time and when they came back up I’m like no that’s not the one I wanted. I wanted the other one and they said I scanned the wrong coupon so needed to scan the other one, and if I was going to do it, I had to walk all the way to the back of the store to do that. I got all the way back to the back of the store only to find out that the manager had removed the signs that I had told them about. Then when I got back up to the front of the store and said something about it, they kept talking in circles, claiming I scanned the wrong coupon, trying to say I was mistaken, as if I was still talking about the wrong product. I know for a fact what I saw and I know for a fact that the manager removed the sign thinking I wouldn’t notice and I wouldn’t say anything about it. be careful because they don’t honor the prices on the shelves, and they try to be sneaky and dishonest about it if the opportunity arises. Very disappointed as I had so much trust in my neighborhood store and now who knows how much money they’ve stolen from me…

I'm so sad Ralphs corporate has ruined this store. The manager is amazing but I will never shop here or any Ralphs ever again. They had one cashier open with a 30 minute line. I had to use self check out because I was in a hurry. I was not paid to do self check out, it was not efficient for me...I didn't get lower prices and the machine had the audacity to try and charge for bags. Trader Joe's only from now on

Lady that was working at the Deli counter at this location, is very rude, disrespectful & provides services based of her personal preference & not the order customers show up at the counter. She thinks that it's ok to serve her friends or relatives in the middle of doing my order, after I had to wait at the counter for several minutes while she was ignoring me & several people that were waiting for her, then in the middle of weighing out my order she shoved hit to the side to serve another customer. I was standing at the her counter for over 20 min at which point I had to go get a manager in order to get my order finalized.

I've been going to this location for over a year and I'm getting so sick of this store! I hate to even say this but they have a racial bias against POC at this place!!! They will follow you! If you use the self check out be prepared to have them standing over you the entire time! You will see a bunch of white folks there and they are at the front station no problem, but the minute I or another POC goes they are breathing down your neck! The security guard is a ticking time bomb! He's going to cause that store a lot of money soon! He is quick to get the homeless looking black guy out, but I've watched him let a homeless white guy roam all through the store! They really need some diversity training in there. I will record this next time I'm there. Do better Ralph's!

I hate to give one star, but in this case I have to. I have been going to this Ralph's for a decade and they no longer have human cashier's open in the morning. This has been 5 trips in a row and my ask has gone unnoticed. The people are amazing, but if the store is open, you need human cashier's. Please please correct this. I am done being polite. This is an addition to a previous review. Yet again, only self checkout was open. And now they are letting patrons bring in their dogs. This is a supermarket, not a dog park. I went again and this time there were 3 dogs in the store

I literally travel by metro from where I live near 6th and Rampart (near downtown) by metro just to go to this Ralph's. For me "personally" it's a the staple on a perfect grocery store

It is a good market to get all your groceries and find other things. Average prices and good quality.

We're from the east coast. After church last Sunday, we went to Ralphs to get 2 vases for an arrangement for a sick friend & her mom/sister. Met Aurora from the Floral department who was so nice, kind and helped me picked the best vase for a good price. When I mentioned it was for a sick friend, she even gave a small white lily to add in my arrangement sending healing for my friend. What a blessing! Thank you Aurora, continue to be a blessing to everyone you meet. God bless.

Ah Ralphs. This particular location has a half naked white lady problem. No matter the time of day, bam half naked white lady. The half naked white ladies are of all ages. They are usually accompanied by a dog or their boyfriend who is usually a dog in human skin. Other then that great location.

This is my favorite Ralphs in the neighborhood. Large selection of fresh produce year round, decent dairy and meat, huge cheese selection, and variety of local wines. Everything is conveniently organized and very friendly personnel.

Lots of kitchenware and very little spices. I noticed greasy isn’t a key word with produce. Lots of basic and standard items. But no specialty items. Like Cavenders all purpose seasoning salt. Mmm.

Such a clean, well stocked store. Employees are very friendly. I haven't been in this store for a while, and am pleasantly surprised to see it thriving despite all the difficulties we are undergoing in the country

Moved to this Ralph's location for several reasons, products I want are usually available, weekly sales, pickup is helpful for a senior, great bakery n produce. Friendly checkers.

Please check your products and refrigerators, Ralphs! Your low fat cottage cheese is sour and inedible. This was not once but twice in a row! Also over one week apart in purchasing. I thought maybe it was in my car too long the first time but it's just a 10 minute drive. The second time I tried it, it was less than a day from purchasing and it's bad again! And same level of sour! I usually purchase this product regularly from your store. Now I'm buying inedible foods? Either your refrigerator is causing the food to go bad, the truck delivery didnt keep the temperature regulated or there needs to be a recall on the "knudson low fat cottage cheese." This happens during inflation prices on food? Inedible food purchases? That's unacceptable. The expiration isn't for a month and a half and our refrigerator has tested good. Update: For now this review has a low star review because I want Ralphs to quality check the cottage cheese. But as far as the staff and everything else it's a 5 Star. You usually see the manager help bagging and talking to the cashiers. He seems friendly and like a good manager. I'll try and remember to delete this review when it's no longer an issue. I just came back from Ralphs but I didn't buy my usually cottage cheese so Im unsure if the stock has been replaced.
