I have checked the place before I ordered my food. When I went to the back area, I saw a man in white shirt who later on I knew is the owner. I saw him lower the volume of the TV and no one was in there. I then confidently ordered the drink to stay because I needed a silent atmosphere. However, after I paid, I asked the owner in the back area to turn down the volume politely. He refused. I accepted because I noticed some cigarettes on his table. I thought that he wanted to smoke and watch TV. However, he decided to increase the volume and go somewhere. I tried to stay for about 30 minutes and the situation was the same. No guest at all, loud volume television and the owner was outside most of the time. Finally, I left and asked his name. He refused to say. Pictures posted on Google about the place make the place seem to be a welcoming coffee shop. Nonetheless, they treat us without any hospitality. It is about trying to support customers in a reasonable frame. If there is any guest or the owner wants to watch the tv, I would not ask for it. In this case, they know that I need the silence. On the other hand, they even don’t try to accommodate for even 5 minutes. They turn the volume right on. That’s an attitude to challenge/ provoke customers. I in this case don’t even put him in a difficult situation. Why can restaurants like this still be opened? Zero understanding for customers. There should be more reviews in term of customer services. Ordered a Panini and Hot Chai Tea with almond milk. Received a basic toaster sandwich Tea bag chai tea made with water and a splash of almond milk in it. I asked about the Non-Panini sandwich. I was told that the did it that way because the Panini bread came out hard. Which didn't make sense, because the toast bread sandwich was hard. I will not revisit or recommend unless the staff learn how to make the menu items properly. This maybe the first 1 star review that I've put out in the probably 500 that I've written.... Horrible!!!

Honestly there coffee is amazing, I've been to a whole lot of coffee shops in the valley and this one is in my top 3!! The customer service is awesome too!!! Great little gem in the wall!!

A very cozy and pleasant place. Where they serve incredibly delicious panini and smoothies! I plan to come back here for coffee, I'm sure that their coffee is also on top!

I have always wanted to try Turkish coffee and it was delicious. The men were very helpful and even gave my Mom a Turkish tea cup. It’s a great family-oriented place to visit.

It’s a very unique and cool spot that resembles the cafes in Amsterdam. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants go somewhere to get some work done during the day and it’s also a great place to grab some hookah and hang out with friends at nights.

Such a perfect place to chill or work while snaking hukkah. Their Mocha Frappe is amazing and everything is perfectly priced.

Great place & great customer service! I wish I lived closer, i would definitely be a regular. I got a smoothie, hot vanilla with caramel, pastry, and some sour fruits. Everything tasted amazing! I especially loved the fruits. If you like sour you'll love these.

Local small business coffee shop and cafe with solid food options for snacks as well as full meals. The Iced Coffee is super solid and the service is very kind, caring and great! A hidden gem in North Hollywood. They have a digital menu board in the window and are available via postmates pickup or delivery as well.

* NOTE * I only went there to smoke hookah so I will update the review when I buy something to eat there. PRO: Good hookah and relaxing atmosphere. :) CON: They don't check on your hookah to make sure it's still good. OVERALL: Because of the location and it's open late, I will still recommend this place. It's near a few restaurants, fast food, and bars. Excellent place to go to before or after going to a bar. :) There also have comedy nights there too. So call them and see when they have it. TIP: You should park at the shopping center across the street where Carl's Jr and Ralph's is at.

Great coffee place to come to relax, but with plenty of lighting if you're interested in getting things done (i.e. write your next novel, design, draw, etc...). The Cappuccinos are really good and the tea is a great way to relax after you've had one too many of the great coffee drinks here. This is my third time here during different parts of the day on the weekend and weekdays. The owners are the guys behind the counter and they are friendly, courteous and pretty good conversationalists. They really do make it a point to talk to their customers on a personal level. Me and my girlfriend love this place.
