The whole experience from check in to end was amazing as always. The staff is always welcoming and they are respectful and have great patient care. Dr. West is very easy to talk to and will explain anything you need repeated or given further information on. She has an awesome care for her job and patients. She is very thoughtful and thorough on her approach. I love Dr West and the staff and this is why I have her as my OBGyn even though I live in Orange County. I wish all my doctors were this way. I am trying to accomplish that for myself and my family.

I visited urgent care today and saw Dr. Yihune. She was kind, thorough and efficient. She made sure that she understood all of my concerns and addressed them. I am confident in her medical expertise and appreciate her good bedside manner.

The MD was willing to LISTEN to my situation, no judgement. I was grateful she was willing to think outside of the box. I also am in recovery and she gave me 2 RX that I was willing to take and didn't jeopardize my recovery.

Dr. Patel was patient, kind, communicative and explained a lot. Dr. Patel prescribed an allergy medicine for my child and explained that it may not work, but I was willing to try anything. It worked. She also gave holistic remedy option which I appreciated and also implemented. Thank you, Dr. Patel.

Memorial Urgent Care on Bellflower is so excellent. In the past 6 months I’ve been there 6 times…4 with my husbands issues and 2 times for me. It really is a pleasure to go in. Each and every employee, nurse, doctor I’ve dealt with has been so nice, professional and helpful. I’ve recommended it many times. I am a cash customer because my insurance is Kaiser. But I’m never charged more than 125 dollars. And if prescriptions I pick up next door at CVS. The location and ease is worth paying outside my insurance…good job Memorial Urgent Care. 👍

My first impression of Dr. Hseih was “professional, quietly confident, amiable”. She carefully listened to my history and concerns, and understood that I needed someone to talk through the options for care. Her explanations were very clear. She didn’t waste a minute, yet I never felt rushed through the consult. I was very impressed with her.

The doctor made me feel comfortable. She was attentive and caring. Very knowledgeable. I always have a positive experience at this location. The staff is first rate.

Dr . Simmons is amazing caring and really spends his time to listen to my moms needs. He has been a very important part of mom's recovery and finding out what is wrong with her. He is professional and has bonded with my mom and we trust him 100% makes us feel good knowing we can trust him wholeheartedly with my mother's golden years of life and quality of life as she is 90 years old. Thank you Dr. Simmons for caring so well for mom. You also have a great team of nurses who have also reached out for followup calls for mom. Amazing!

Hands down the best doctor I have had the privilege of encountering. He truly is the best at what he does. Not only was he knowledgeable about the problems I went to address, but his personality and people skills are what really made a difference. I had lost faith in getting my issue fixed after being brushed aside three times by separate doctors. I honestly didn't even want to go to this appointment because I was scared i would be treated the same way. I am so glad I went and finally got the care I've been looking for.

Brought my son in to Urgent Care and am so grateful that Dr. Amanda Lynn Rodríguez was the one who saw him. My son was in a lot of pain and needed an in-office surgical procedure that he’s never had before. Dr. Rodriguez was warm, caring, and calmly explained the entire procedure to us ahead of time. I was able to stay in the room with my son the entire time and she repeatedly praised and reassured my son that he was doing a great job. She modeled some relaxing breathing techniques for him to follow and it really helped him stay calm. The procedure went very well, all thanks to Dr. Rodriguez’s excellent medical skills and her caring bedside manner. She’s an A+ physician!

I was experiencing some symptoms and wanted to get an X-ray done to make sure my lungs were okay. Dr. Patel showed her concern given my history, and was very supportive on getting an X-ray done immediately. She made me feel comfortable at the time I was feeling scared!

The MD read my previous visit before entering the room. He then Asked his questions and did his physical exam and came up with a plan. Quick, thorough and Efficient. Highly recommend!

She took the time to explain everything she did and made sure I understood the after care I needed to do. Very personable. Also the nurse that took vitals applied bandages and gave me the shot needed was great!

Dr Vickie Hsieh DO was great, attentive, personable, knowledgeable, answering all my questions of concern. She was awesome. This urgent care facility is impressive. I have been here several times. All the staff are very kind and you leave feeling they all care about your well being. I highly recommend this facility.

I recently brought my daughter, to Memorial Urgent Care on Saturday May 13, 2023 due to her high temperature and shortness of breath. Despite the late hour, we decided to wait until the urgent care opened rather than going to the ER. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the level of care and attention we received. The staff at Memorial Urgent Care were incredibly friendly and courteous, from the receptionist to the nurses and doctor. They were genuinely concerned about my daughter's medical needs and took the time to answer all of my questions. I appreciated their thoroughness and attention to detail. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the care my daughter received at Memorial Urgent Care. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of medical attention. Thank you to the entire staff for your professionalism and compassionate care.

I liked the way she explained everything clearly and talked to me during the entire process to make sure that I was comfortable and not in pain. As well as the fact that she did an amazing job. If I had to go back to urgent care I would hope that my doctor would be her.

I went to the urgent care because my baby was very congested and I fear that she might be having RSV. As soon as we enter the clinic, we were immediately seen in less than 5 minutes. The staffs are wonderful from the lady in the front desk, the nurses and radiologist. And most espcially Dr. Amanda who accommodate us and made sure everything was thoroughly checked with my baby. This made my worry lessen. Great Staffs and very nice facility.

Dr. Barber was extremely thorough and at the same time kind and warm. She put my nervous daughter at ease. We've had the same doctor since my daughter was born so it was nice to move over to Memorial Care and have Dr. Barber be as great as the doctor we had before.

Dr. Eric Morely is an exceptional, patient and supportive pediatrician and I would recommend him to the ends of the world. He is easy to get a hold of, genuine and never in a rush to push you out the door. He is so kind w my children and makes the experience for my children painless and easy for all of us. I am so sad to know that I will be losing him as my pediatrician at the end of the year due to insurance changes but I am so happy to have worked w him caring for my children for the last 5 years! I would definitely recommend and if I had it my way, take my pediatrician to my new insurance w me!

I am finally settled with all my medical needs with LB Memorial group for my OBGY (different location but under Memorial), PCP, as well as recently moved my kids pediatrician to this location. I like that they have MyChart (online portal) where all of ur medical data is accessible, I can send email directly to my doctors, 24/7 (I think) a nurse answers the call after business hours if u go to online portal (the nurse talked to me for 30min when my son had 105f and his 'then' pediatrician didn't answer the call, nor respond to VM, text). They have a plenty of parking spaces, obviously have staff answering the calls during business hours, and people there seems to be very nice! So far I am very happy with Dr., staff, and the whole experience. I believe they have an urgent care at the same location as well.

Dr.West was just amazing . Had visited her for my first pregnancy and she did take great care of me. Even when there was issue she ensured to interact with other doctors as well and make sure I was under proper care all the times. I'm thankful to her for handling my pregnancy so well.

Dr. West is one of the best Doctors I have ever met. She is kind, smart and personable. Made me feel so comfortable I could talk to her about any problem. She took care of every issue I brought up. So happy to have her as my Doctor.

The doctor that assisted me was very kind. He listened to everything I said. I went in for something not related to COVID but he still took all the proper precautions. Very good and kind doctor. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I went in with an appointment and was out in 1 hour. Super fast! 🙂

Dr. West is an amazing OB physician with an honest and caring beside manner. I have been a Memorial care OB patient for about seven years. When I got pregnant this year I started seeing Dr. West for a majority of my appointments and I ended up requesting to schedule my c-section delivery with her as well. Throughout my entire pregnancy, she has answered all of my questions and concerns, made me feel extremely comfortable when I not always was and gave me a level of care I have never experienced before. She is so knowledgeable and gives a perspective for me as what she would do if she was in my situation. My daughter was breach so I ended up needing to schedule a c-section. Dr. West did an amazing job with my C-section and I think this contributed to my smooth and quick recovery. I ended up moving about 40 minutes away from her office but I still plan to continue my care with Dr. West and the MemorialCare OB staff. I cannot say enough good things about Dr West.
