I'm extremely pleased with the service. I wasn't able to drive to urgent care and they came to me within several hours. The medical team they sent was professional and efficient and above all friendly and sympathetic. I really appreciated the thoroughness and understanding delivered by this team.

As usual it was a very good visit. The two ladies arrived quickly, were efficient, knowledgeable, listened to me and diagnosed that I should go to the ER. I did and was admitted. I stayed in the hospital for a surgical procedure. I will be going home tomorrow on day 6.

Very courteous and professional. Both nurses showed on time of appointment and did a thorough review of my health. I would definitely recommend them.

Great health resource within the confines of the home. Have used them 3x and no regrets at all. If you want excellent care, avoid long waiting time and protect a loved one from exposure to infection, this is the service for you. Nurse practitioners and PAs are very thorough in their assessment. Plan of care is explained well and summary is in the Patient Portal. I have to admit though that the conversation with the care ambassador for the cause for the visit and insurance information took 40 minutes over the phone.

Incredible experience. My family member was so sick and refused to go to urgent care. I remembered that I saved the postcard from this company. They were there within an hour, did some tests and saw that she was critically ill. She was rushed to the hospital. If not for Dispatch Care she most likely wouldn't have made it. Six days in the hospital and now home recuperating.

The team came to my home to administer the IV and check my vitals. I was dehydrated and in discomfort. They were comforting, gentle, understanding, and took time to care for me.

Bill and Erica were awesome. Respectful of me and my home. Very kind and made me feel I was in good hands. Bill seemed thorough and explained everything so I could understand and did not make me feel alarmed by his diagnosis. They arrived in a timely manner. This is a wonderful service for we old ones who aren’t as mobile as we wished we could be. Thank you.

Amazing to have medical people come to your home. I was sick with stomach issues before Thanksgiving. I didn't want to get others sick. When your not feeling well it's hard to get to a Dr office or urgent care. This visit was a relief and very thorough. Thank you medical staff!

Staff arrived promptly within 1/2 hour of call, professional and concerned. Were able to determine quickly that I needed to be transferred to a hospital, and called 911. Stayed with me thru the transfer. I am recommending your service to all of my single lady friends, would use again in a heartbeat. Put this number on your phone, under favorites. Excellent service, wish I had used them instead of spending 5 hours in the ER at UCI.

We have had amazing service from Fatina!! She is so caring and loving when she comes to the house. She is very smart and you feel like you are in good hands. Having a mobile urgent care come to the house instead of spending hours in a waiting room is a game changer for my elderly mom. I highly recommend this service!!

Dispatch Health is a wonderful service! When not feeling well, being able to have medical personnel in your home, instead of having to go out for it, is very valuable. When il you simply don’t feel like dressing, driving, etc. I find Direct Health personal very knowledgeable, interested, for this task!

Pretty amazing. I was too weak to go to the ER so they came to me basically:-) checked my blood immediately, check my urine immediately prescribed me medications. Knowledgeable great team came to my house when I was unable to go sit in the ER. Can't believe I have this service available to me. Thank you for helping me:-)

Said that they accepted my zip code / serviced in my zip code online but when I told them over they phone they said they don’t service in my zip code??? What a waste of time when I am having medical problems. Make your website accurate for the sake of people’s well-being.
