I
used
to
think
Yoga
would
never
be
my
thing
since
I
was
stiff,
low
energy,
and
overweight.
However,
I
am
falling
in
love
with
Yoga
after
practicing
it
25
times
at

I
was

I

I
have
cultivated
through
these
sessions
have
positively
influenced
my
daily
life,
helping
me

with

effectively.
