This is my first time here for the hydrating facial. It’s impressed the store is so cute and pretty. The whole processing is relaxing and detail. Sandy helped me and she was gentle all the time to me. They even provided membership service so you will have discount for the future services. I will definitely come back for my future facial treatments.

This is our first visit since everything has opened back up & my fiancé and I did a couples facial. we absolutely loved it. Shadow was extremely kind and helpful with the selection on what type of facial we actually needed. The interior is so zen and relaxing, definitely will be back! So glad to see them open again

I found an amazing facial facial skincare! They are professional and knowledgeable, when I was into the door I was attracted by the decoration, and they introduced the products, it’s organic and made by plant, according to my skin they customized the mask for me and after the facial my skin is smooth and soft! I am highly recommend this facial, good place for your skin and relax

Came in for a dark spots and lightening facial with Jessica. She was fantastic. The pressure she used for the massages in between the facial treatments was perfect and she took her time making sure I was comfortable and doing well. The prices here are also good for what you get. It’s the treatment and massages for 90 minutes. I’ve also had the sensitive skin facial here and the products all smell really good and feel nice. I’ll be back again and I definitely recommend it for anyone else looking to pamper themselves once in a while.

My first facial ever and it was nothing short of amazing. Shadow was very accommodating and gave me so much info about the experience. My esthetician, Precious, was phenomenal. I felt so relaxed, my skin feels so refreshed and amazing. I will definitely be coming back.

First off, have to shout out my girl Sara. She's the sweetest person and makes you feel so comfortable right off the bat. I had so many skincare questions and she took her time to give me a quick lesson. We had such fun time together. It was like getting a relaxing facial with a girlfriend! This is my Go-To. The place is clean and beautiful and the staffs are welcoming and professional. They use really good skincare product that you feel the visible difference after the treatment. My sister and I always get the couple facials together where we chat, laugh, and relax together. I definitely recommend this place. I referred several of my friends and they loved it!

Just had a great facial with Jessica at Bascai! Her grip strength is amazing lol. Very comparable to my husband. She gives fantastic face, neck, shoulders, and arm massages. I felt relaxed the entire time. The experience was very soothing and I would definitely come back again. My face felt smooth and supple in the end and I didn’t want to leave. And I’ll probably be coming back to Jessica.

Haven't been doing facial in years! Been looking around and finally decided to try out Bascai due to the good reviews on social media and as expected, the service is amazing and informative. Shadow really took care of my personal needs with my current acne face condition and did many great recommendations!
