Definitely agree with the review below me. Idk what’s their recruitment process is but they must pick the most depressed Indian kids in India and ship em over here cause dam they bring everyone’s mood down. The employees never look me in the eyes. I spend 400-500 dollars here every month and last week I needed to get cash-back twice from the register and the tall Indian kid with the hat threw the biggest fit. Lol either up the cash- back amount up to 40$ like everyone else or allow your REGULAR RETURNING CUSTOMERS to get cash-back twice. WITHOUT US YOU ARE NOTHING. All I know is I’m not giving them any more money, rather give the circle K Indian people my money. Always a better vibe.

You really need to get someone with a personality at your cash register. Maybe the person at your cash register doesn’t like her job stop there for coffee and muffin this morning said good morning got a dirty look really sad. I stop at the 7-Eleven quite often and this is the first time I had an unhappy, unfriendly visit. Guess I won’t be stopping here anymore there’s another one up the street I’ll go there.

Morning customer service is terrible here the Hispanic lady is rude and has a nasty attitude. FYI. I also asked for the manager so that I could speak to him /her but she refused to give me any information. This is the second time I get this nasty attitude for this lady very rude. Seems to be bothered when customers come in.

I love coming to this 7 eleven. Lily the cashier is always so friendly and helpful. She always greets me and my family and makes us feel very welcomed.

They have been in the neighborhood for years, and they never have any issue until the last couple month my family been overcharged for a couple time by the gas station. Such bad management, and if you need gas, do not use the gas station out side they never give you a receipt. Go to another gas station for your safety.

I work in this area as a driver . I always stop by. Customer service is great. Can't comprehend why they have such a bad rating. I think some of these peoples reviews are inconsiderate... they don't take in mind that ever since covid hit no one wants to work. Some of these people working here are here the whole day. Doing double shifts. Due to lack of employees. So instead of bad talking people get a job here and you provide the service you say isn't being provided to you.

Don't go here, even though I lived next to here for my whole life. Gas Station is not maintained and it makes you think someone going to steal your credit card info. There is never paper in the gas machine for receipt. Inside is worst, staff is rude and very not helpful. Tried buying lottery ticket and wanted to split ticket for my friends. But staff won't do it and says we're wasting paper. Staff is very cheap and stingy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

the female attendant who works here is a fantastic person. She always has a smile on her face and always goes out of her way to help a customer out. She's a;eways well dressed and groomed, smells nice (some of the male associates I fear do not look like or smell like they bathe) and it's just a good place to go into because she;s there. I actually hesitate to go in if I do not see her. The store itself always has what i need, always well stocked... kudos to the owner and/or manager. The other associates should take after the female associate that works there. Some of them are very unfriendly, don't even smile at you. It's as if they are doing us the favor of being there. It's the other way around. There are a lot of convenience stores around. We are doing them a favor by giving them our business. I do not know... maybe it;s a culture thing. But it should be more of a customer service thing. kudos to the store anyway. It's better than some other 7-11's I have been to.
