While
shopping
for
Xmas
gifts
I
was
pestered
by
every
dept
manager,
the
two
cashiers
I
encountered
were
rude
and
abrasive
and
do
not
send
your
parents
here
alone.
Dept
manager
after
department
manager
came
over
and
asked
if
I
needed
help.
I
don't
mind
being
bothered
while
I
shop,
maybe
i
do
mind.
But
be
intelligent
if
you
do.
When
I
asked,
what
i
thought
to
be
basic
questions
to
feel
out
their
knowledge
level,
they
said
someone
would
be
over
to
help
me.
They
sent
over
the
dumbest
employees
they
could
find
to
answer
my
questions.
I
don't
blame
seasonal
employees.
It
must
be
a
pain
to
work
for
an
incompetent
boss,
neither
one
of
you
can
answer
simple
questions.
All
I
got
was
price
and
how
good
a
deal
it
was.
The
tv
dept
needs
a
reorganization
of
personnel
and
magnolia
was
worse.
I
overheard
many
incorrect
answers,
"sony
provides
screens
to
all
tv
manufacturers"
"this
is
the
best
tv
out
there"
without
one
mention
of
qdoled.
No
wonder
everyone
was
buying
small
appliances
and
the
a95l's
weren't
ordered
for
the
holidays.
I'd
imagine
this
is
the
store
that
would
upsell
you
things
you
didn't
need
bc
it
can't
be
due
to
customer
satisfaction
this
thing
survives.
It
frustrates
me
seeing
older
people
leaving
with
purchases.
I
would
never
send
my
elderly
parents
here
alone.
Cashiers
in
pc
rolled
their
eyes
as
I
paid
in
cash
and
side
eyed
me
while
they
checked
my
$100
bills
for
holding
up
the
line.
Then
take
my
word
for
it,
theyre
real.
Tv
cashiers
were
abrasive
and
worse.
I'd
imagine
the
front
end
prob
is
both
but
I
couldn't
get
up
there
bc
the
line
at
pcs
was
absurdly
17
people
long
and
the
front
was
3x
longer.
While
best
buy
stores
like
this
exist,
they
shouldn't.
For
a
tech
savvy
state,
I
didn't
know
this
could
exist.
