Update : WOW! I’m blown away! Customer service at its best! Not only were my concerns addressed, but they went above and beyond to make me feel special and heard and VALUED. I don’t feel like I’m just a client. Thanks so much! Love my flowers :) Since my initial review, this office has reached out about my concerns and came up with a viable solution. I appreciate the office staff for being professional and handling my circumstance with attentiveness. As previously stated this office has always been my go to and things happen! So, I have a few fillings coming up and they have another physician that will do my dental work and I’m confident I’ll get taken care of. The office staff and managerial staff get a 5-stars from me. I do feel like they genuinely care.

The first time I visited this office was actually great. The tech was superb. She was extremely nice, we had a great rapport. The dentist was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He sent me to a higher level of care after giving me a pain free cleaning. I went in today and was supposed to see Dr Khaef. Once again, front desk woman was so nice to me. My issue and the downfall of my visit was that after waiting about 15-20 minutes or so a female dentist comes in like nothing and starts talking and I say hello I was supposed to see Dr Khaef, she says well he had to leave so I’m taking over. Okay, that would have been nice for someone to tell me this. She then proceeded to over talk and cut me off at ever opportunity she could get. I was getting extremely frustrated and was very close to just walking out of the office. She then starts to talk to me like I’m a 5 year old child about flossing and I must be doing things wrong and wasn’t helpful at all. She just referred me to a periodontist for a deep cleaning and was gone. I will most likely look for another dentist office to go to. I finally thought I found somewhere I could go that was stress free, professional and caring but instead they’ve proven me wrong.

Pure Cypress Dentist gave me such a wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful the dentist were wonderful. I walked in and was always greeted by smiling faces and lighter. Gabby was super friendly and funny. She made the scheduling super easy and they were all great at explaining the pricing of everything and making sure to answer any questions I had. Overall great dentist and would highly recommend.

This is my second time here and both times were great experiences! Almost no wait time and the staff were all very professional and friendly. Jordan was really sweet and thorough with my dental cleaning. Dr. Park was honest and great and explaining everything to me. I’d definitely recommend this place!

This place is the best! The staff is very friendly and they make you feel relaxed and special. I got to meet Dr. K, the owner and he is the nicest guy. He treats his staff with much respect and I can tell that they really love their job. From Joel, the office manager to Gabby, the front desk and Jessica, the dental assistant, I only have kind words to say because they are so good at what they do. I had veneers and Dr. Nguyen was very thorough and meticulous that she made sure that I was happy. This is my favorite dental office from now on. I’m a convert and ditching my old place!

Dr Neyuegn and Evangelina were super awesome I felt completely comfortable and confident in there work. The whole office has been fantastic since I started coming here. I recommend this office for sure.

I am a returning patient. The staff is very kind and friendly, they make the experience pleasant. My teeth feel AMAZING thanks to the hygienist, Ms Jorden did a wonderful job on my cleaning. The Xray tec Jessica is sweet and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this office for all future dental needs.

I went in for fillings with Dr.K a week later I had sharp uncomfortable pain in the fillings. I called Gaby and asked if I could see Dr.K again she said that he wasn’t available at all. I thought that was very sketchy. I asked her to please contact him and let him know that I was in pain so that he could follow up with me. I NEVER heard from him. I went to another dentist for a 2nd opinion and they said that I had holes in my teeth, there were no fillings! I would beware and stay away from this dental office. My teeth are throbbing and in pain everyday and have to wait to get this resolved with a new dentist. While I wait I have to take advil everyday because the pain is so sharp, and I can’t function without a sedative. I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone else.
