I CAME HERE WITH MY guy friend yesterday around 7 or 6;45 pm and The older lady.WITH GLASSES , I think she’s the oldest employee here 🧐🤡didn’t let me shop in peace,so she comes up to us says hi guys do you need help” we say no thank you and as she walks past us looks in our h&m bag that my guy friend was holding ,after I noticed that I tried to just ignore it but then she continued to follow us THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE STORE. SHE THEN WENT UP TO A YOUNGER GIRL WITH BIG BLUE NAILS AND Was both looking at me and him and then that girl started following us as well asking if we need help after I already said no .Then the older lady comes up again standing right behind us while we’re trying to look at the private section ,like dude ? We BOth make more money then you lady ..we don’t need to steal🥱,I was gonna buy a lot of stuff I saw that day I liked but the moment she followed us and kept looking in our bag each time I counted..lady .. learn to not judge people based off appearances.if you thought we were stealing open the bag .lol this lady ruined my day. Both of our day ..she always does this not the first time she follows people around ..someone needs to talk to her and tell her to let people look for what they want privately. She’s very rude for looking in our bag many times throughout the whole store. We’re just looking. Learn how to have manners

Great selection of products. I really enjoy myself in this particular Spencer's. It seems to have more than your typical fart toys and pedo Santa's you'd find at another Spencer's. They have a great selection of lingerie, jewelry, lamps and more that i don't see at other Spencer's locations. I give it 4 stars rather than 5 because I feel some of the workers there could be a bit more personable and inviting. It seems a bit like they're trying to be nice and accommodating rather than it being natural.

My first time at this store. I was surprised the things they have here. The costume service was excellent, Really nice attitude!

The employees are kind and understanding. They attend you if you need questions about certain products you are curious about. Definitely will go there again 😁

Trash customer service. Ignored upon entry. Ignored while looking. Tried to look at some jewelry and the girl who helped didn’t even want to open the case to check. Said that it was only in that size on front. Walked out. Just go to hot topic.
