Some great benefits living here. All common areas were cleaned daily. Great pool/lounge area, adjacent to a well-equipped gym. All maintenance requests were responded to immediately if not the next day. 24/7 security guard, which made me feel safe going in and out at any time of the day. All building access and home controls were either by mobile phone or fob. While I had no trouble with the building access app, the home control app would frequently bug out. Also, for a period of time the fire alarms were being set off several times a day. Some say it was the new food business next door running fire safety tests, others say it was that crazy lady who lived on the 4th floor. Either way, it happened for a way longer period of time than expected, interrupting my day to day agenda, which in my opinion is a critical issue that should have been prioritized. Overall, Amp Lofts has great potential. I hope it continues to work on improvements for its future residents.

Sadly, Amp Lofts has a lot of improvements that need to be made. I think the staff is nice and tries their hardest but they fall short on providing a “luxury” living experience that they promise in their marketing. While I like the apartment itself, upon moving in, there were many issues with the cleanliness of the unit and readiness for new tenants. We had to schedule the cleaning crew to come back multiple times and deep clean before the unit was deemed move-in ready. The keys to our apartment also did not work for almost 2 weeks after our move-in date. We also had to submit several work orders for issues within the apartment that were not solved before our move in. We even provided specific instructions for entering in our place (we have dogs and busy work from home schedules) and those instructions were not followed. Amp Lofts promises valet trash pick up Sunday through Thursday and we have yet to have our trash picked up (there is a mandatory fee for this and seemingly tenants cannot opt out). Other neighbors have had trash sitting out for days which causes massive amounts of flies and terrible smells that linger for weeks. For the amount of money we are spending, I believe that the amenities should improve the quality of our living environment. I feel like we’ve had issue after issue due to the lack of communication, the lack of follow-through, and the lack of attention to detail from the staff.

*Edit: Everything after i've written this review has been smooth sailing, it still is a wonderful location and all the staff here has been accommodating. Still never received a call from Esther from corporate even though I was promised a call several times. Ive increased my rating but will hold off on increasing it more until more time has elapsed. It’s hard writing this review because I do enjoy living here, but unfortunately there are some system wide things that are hard to ignore I’ll do a pros and cons list Pros: - The location is great, lots of walkable things - The leasing office is full of nice and professional people, Noah, Johnny, and Maggie are a pleasure to deal with - amenities are great - common areas are kept clean and maintained Cons: - apartment was not ready to move in on move in day. floors were dirty, some lights were not working, blinds were dirty and damaged, front door/locking mechanism was broken. 3 weeks after move in date some issues still not fixed. - trash valet service is a joke, we have to pay $35 a month (non optional) for this trash service.I’ve tried 3 different times, and all three times my trash was still there after pick up time. I don’t mind taking out my trash but if there is a service I am obligated to pay for then I intend to use it. - the property management company Greystar is non reachable, I tried through phone, contact sheets, and email. Once I was told Ester was supposed to get back to me in 24-48 hours a whole week has gone by and no response You pay a premium living here and it’s hard for me to justify the cost when having to jump through so many hoops to get things done, it’s hard for me to recommend this place unless some meaningful change is seen.

AMPLOFT has to be the most unique places I've seen thus far. Beautiful people, clean buildings, & rooms were set up nice. Love the views from patio & how it's located in the art district it's the perfect fit for sure. My tour guide Noel was such a professional experience.

I've been living at AMP Lofts for about a month now, and I think it is about time that I write a glowing review of the place. The moment I stepped into the building, I was greeted by one of the most enthusiastic people that I have met in some time, Enrique, who greeted me with such bubbly energy that I was immediately put at ease. Even though I was about 15 minutes late for my appointed tour time, Enrique did not seem in the least bit perturbed and spent a good hour with me as I toured several available units. During the tour, Enrique answered every question I had clearly and professionally (with his general cheerful delivery, which you will see if you get a chance to visit the complex). After my visit, I was already sold on the place, from his energy and enthusiasm alone. Long story short, I visited several more times after that before coming to a decision, and every single time I came, asking more and more questions, I was always greeted with the same enthusiasm and positivity - I felt like I was being a bother at times, but Enrique always made me feel like I was a priority. After signing the lease, I met more of the leasing staff. Kay and Juan are similar to Enrique in their enthusiasm and pleasant, professional demeanor. I have had such a great experience with all of the staff since moving in (especially Enrique), and I am so happy to have found this complex. My apartment is quiet, gets nice natural light through the large windows, and has really nice features (especially the high ceilings, large bathtubs, and in unit washers and dryers). It all goes back to the people, though. Enrique, Kay, Juan, and all of the staff have made me feel at home here. It is a really wonderful place to live, and I hope that AMP Lofts continues to impress over time.

I have lived at several communities and this is by far the best. Not only is the location amazing, but the community is well taken care of. The best part of Amp lofts is how responsive the team is in taking care of any issues. Noah Maggie and Johnny at the office are always helpful with any issues. Richard, Oscar and Cesar were all helpful anytime we have had maintenance requests. This is probably one of the most dog friendly and abundant communities I have lived in. Almost everyone has a pet. I'm sure that will be a negative for some but as long as you know that going in you should know what to expect.

Trash in the hallways. Great gym can’t use it because of the personal trainers using everything all day. Apartments are great though.

I am moving in this week and wanted to take a second to leave a note about the service I received during the leasing process. The building itself is brand new and beautiful. But honestly so far the best thing about this place is the staff. Every single person I came across has been wonderful and helpful. This is especially true of my leasing agent Enrique who not only showed us what felt like every unit in the building across several visits, he made us feel welcome to do so. In fact after so many visits and phone calls Enrique's visible attitude towards every person including myself, his co-workers, and my family, was nothing short of flawless. He made the process go smoothly and my impression was one of a guy that likes his job, is good at his job, and will go out of his way to make you feel at home. If I had to leave a suggestion, I would ask for something like a single sheet of paper with all the steps that happen from the application approval through move in. While Enrique and the staff were able to answer absolutely everything efficiently, I thought that some information like a timeline of events, an app download list and info, and some details about deposits and things to name a few, all in one place would be useful. All said this is a great new building with nice people working here. What more can you ask for in a home? -BK
