This building is in the skidrow area of DTLA. Some of the residents are pet owners and disrespect others by allowing their pets to "handle their business" on the sidewalk. Tents and smoke shops all around. The first floor is leased by LA County. Smells of urine and worse. The smell is worse after it rains. You have to watch where you are walking. I wouldn't live there for free!

Homeless people vandalized my car outside while I delivered food to this apartment. If you do Uber eats tell them to meet you outside.

Love the pool & hotub experience here & lofts. Location sucks though but amazing parking & security staff.

It's a fortress on the inside and the people who live here are pleasant and quiet. I enjoyed living here and like the security, ample parking, clean facilities (we have an excellent cleaning lady).

Close to everything plus great Japanese food. Good security and nice people here.

I go there at least twice a month, my pharmacist is there.

Amazing loft with a side dish of Skid Row. Not the 90s rock band please. Visited a friend here. My car windows were smashed. And it was in the afternoon!
