I tried the drinks here with boba, and it was okay. I didn't think it was in anyway better or worse than others in the area. The prices were about average as well. Parking is difficult. The workers seemed nice. However, I didn't think the boba was as fresh as others in the area. I am going to try another place and compare again.

Great menu, cute atmosphere. Follow staff recommendations on the wall, you can't go wrong. Loved the mini pearl option, which most shops don't offer.

Got a full cup of ice when I literally ordered milk tea with less ice P.S. This is ridiculous. They actually replied to my first comment and even sent a refund. Came here 2nd time and ordered tea with no ice at all. Ofc they put ice there... Also, they didn't add sugar this time. Thanks😑 Don't send me refunds anymore pls, I not gonna come again

I was around the area and stopped by with a few friends to get boba. I had never been to this place but many of the items on the menu sounded yummy. I finally decided to order a Cocoa Creama. I’ve never had a creama and the menu didn’t really explain but I happened to ask one of the staff if it mean cocoa meant chocolate because I am not a huge fan of coconut so I just wanted to make sure. He clarified that it meant chocolate and so I ordered it with standard boba. I decided to go 50% on the sugar level. I really didn’t wait long for my to drink so that was nice. Overall I had a very pleasant experience here and I hope to come back again to either have another cocoa cream or to try something new.

My favorite Oolong Milk Tea, hands down. There are a ton of boba options in the area and I typically like trying new spots, but Sharetea stopped that trend. If I’m ever near one I’m getting one for now and one for later. The boba is always the perfect texture of chewy and fresh. Great customer service too!

[Update: the manager showed the excellent customer care to ask about the situation and offered free redemptions. Will update the food part star review when I visit again] It's the 4TH TIME they did my sugar and ice level completely wrong!!! I asked for less ice and sugar for a reason instead of doing it for fun. PLEASE READ CUSTOMERS INSTRUCTION. I don't anticipate to spend money to buy an item I don't want. Disappointed. Also, I believe some employee doesn't know what Thai Tea and Hokkaido Tea are, so keeps messing up our drinks sugar and ice!!!

Perfect post-dinner treat! First of all, the staff is super amazing and incredibly friendly. Both myself and my friend had some questions about the menu, and the staff answered our questions extensively even though there was a line behind us. She took our time with us to make sure we were happy with our order. That's how it's done! As for the tea itself, very unique flavor combinations and I loved the mini-boba. Very sweet to my tastes so I would recommend 30% or less on the sweeter. No bathrooms either which was a little irksome. Overall, a must-try in the Westwood area.

3 stars because drinks are great but their online ordering is super annoying. A lot of their drinks come with boba and you can’t customize it to NOT have boba. There is no “No Boba” option and you can’t even write a note. This goes for their clover app, postmate, and door dash. And you can’t even call the number to tell them, it’s now an automatic message.

After bringing my freshly-made boba to my table, I knocked it over, which broke and splattered all over the ground. The staff were SO understanding and kind after the literal mess that I caused in the store and even made another one of the same drink for me. I was so touched 🥹 This place has both amazing vibes and wonderful staff (i regret not asking for their names) - encourage everyone to come here for a daily boba fix :)
