I have multiple repairs in my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Due to the amount of work needed we establish a plan and divided the quote prioritizing the safety concerns. They send you pictures of the repaird parts. I compare the parts' prices with Mopar and it was fairly similar. The quote was similar in price as the quote from the dealership, I had so many horrible experience with the dealers that, I decided to give them a chance. The service dept. knows the car and what to do next. The complete quote was for 8K approx. We made a plan for 4 visits. This is my 3rd visit and I am very pleased. This has been the best experience that I have with a mechanic service so far. I am so exited with their service that I'm afraid that it will be too good to be true. So far they have manage to prove me wrong so I am hoping that's the case and they continue delivering.

This shop was outstanding!! Believe all the other positive reviews! Highly recommend and will definitely be back for other services! Patrick was fantastic.Very calm and welcoming. He Listened throughly and explained everything to me in a way I could understand (I am not a car person). They were able to squeeze me in on a very busy day when my car died in the parking lot. They took the time to examine my car and diagnose the issues as well as some other issues that are not pressing but to make me an aware. They were able to get the repair done days earlier than expected! They had my car back up and running in 24 hours. Car issues are never fun but this shop made it easy and I felt taken care of. They have been in business for over 30 years for a reason!

The Employees were polite and helpful. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. I was perfectly comfortable in the waiting area. The only thing I might say is that it would have been nice if there had been some coffee or water in the waiting area like the sign said.

Everything and everyone was very professional and courteous. My only complaint were about the extremely high charges for an oil change, simply due to a broken , stuck oil filter. I wound up paying $258.00 just because the mechanic had to cut off the old stuck filter. I felt the cost for the little extra work was extreme. Even the gentleman at the front desk mentioned that situation happens often due to poor quality of oil filters. That is why I chose to use your products rather than the ones I brought in with me. I felt it would have been fair to simply charge me the price for an oil change only. I gave 4 stars for quality of service provided by Dan.

I brought a company truck in to be serviced and get a smog check. We are a service-based company so when ever a vehicle is down, it can really hamper our ability to perform as expected. Patrick squeezed me in and got the truck done quickly. They inspected the entire vehicle and presented me with a complete report. These guys are sharp, and they know what they’re doing. Serious Electrical damage, and they pinpointed all the problems so with the car ended up flawless with everything working. They let me know whT wasn't covered by the warranty company too. Keep me up to date every day. I took in my jeep wrangler in for a repair. The check engine light was on. The Techs were able to trouble shoot, find the issue and repair it, all at a reasonable price. I also received a report of their findings. The Tech was able to walk me through the report and weigh my options. I was especially happy with the repair turn around time frame. I was also pleased with the transparency of the work.

I took my Car to Cam Car car to get some major problems fixed and they did a great job! Although pricey, the problems were quite big and they did and excellent job so worth the price. I would recommend them to a friend.

One thing I did notice that the shop floors are very clean, lobby was nice cool, and the restroom was also absolutely clean.
