Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait *CASH ONLY*

My review is for this specific restaurant, no cupholders, also no lids/tops for ice cream, how are we supposed to carry them home? They have food boxes but they gave me this instead. The clerk lady had trouble with my order as well, but it was a fairly difficult order so somewhat understandable.

There hamburgers are awesome! Still taste the same when I was a little boy. The double Dip chocolate covered vanilla ice cream cones. The have the best banana floats. Great place for the entire family, my You can't beat the prices . I will go back

Bring a big handful of President Lincolns and give your taste buds about a dozen or so treats as you binge sample this Freeze's line of hand crafted old school milkshakes. $5 covers the price of a small shake in any flavor, then when you know what your favorites are, put on the big boy pull up's and peel off a President Hamilton to get that favorite in size large along with a President Washington and a handful of jangle jing roundo coin coming back at Cha from the Hamilton ( my favs are Cherry and Peach ). There's no indoor seating, so it's all "to go" or slurp, munch and gulp in your vehicle while parked in their large lot. This would be a great location for car or motorpsycho club to "invade" after the Park Daze Show / Meeting is done. So holler to yer Facebook gang and schedule a milkshake suck 'n swallow event - and hey - leave the kids at home - make it a car date fer you 'n yet mate.

This location only has ice cream, they do not have any other food items like burgers or fries etc that are available at other Fosters Freeze Locations. That said the malts and root beer floats and cones are stellar! And service was friendly and quick. Well done.

For years craving to visit a GF and this happened to be the day changing route only to find out local ONLY accepted cash. I mean, it's fine if you're a local, you get what you're given, but if you're just passing by... Stood by clientless window and facility for few minutes, with staff ignoring us the whole time,... Well 2 strikes made us drive away quick.

Grabbing a large chocolate malt is a tradition I’ve adopted from close local friends. Don’t let the bad reviews and faded decorations fool you! Fosters is truly a historical landmark.

My family and I agree it was a great place to stop by to get ice cream 🍦🍦🍨🍨. I enjoyed it but it does melt fast so ask for a cup of you get the cone ice cream.

Been going here for decades and it's nice to know that this place hasn't changed. It's the same fosters freeze I knew as a kid

If you can overlook the area and the condition of the establishment, then you'll be in for a tasty treat. It's not too expensive, and the server was courteous and quick. Nonetheless, expect a line, but if you can overlook my observation then you're in for a tasty treat.

Great place to get ice cream ever since I lived in boyle heights Foster Freeze has been the spot. If you go out there you need to try the cookies and cream TWISTER or the banana TWISTER.

A local favorite. I like getting Banana shake and add peanuts.

This FF is always clean and the kids that work here seem to care that they are making something you will actually be eating. They are always polite and cheerful. They don't cheat you on skimpy toppings, and it's always just the right amount of busy. Plus, I know they clean the equipment because we've seen them doing it. The only two down sides: there's no where to sit other than your car so it's a buy-and-go type of place and there's usually only one person working at a time so it can be a bit slow to get through the line. It's worth it though.

The Oreo Twister is unparalleled to any ice cream I have ever tasted. It's amazing.

Went with the namesake freeze (I had strawberry cheesecake). Quality ingredients with a taste that reminded me of classic ice cream spots in the Midwest. My daughter loved it as well. Will go back.
