Management should really consider getting rid of the overweight older cashier that works here. She purposefully did my order wrong and went skimpy on the ingredients because she was mad about it being a mobile order. All I asked for was what I payed for. I didn’t even want to take it back to have her re-do it because I didn’t want to risk her spitting in it or something…pretty annoying.

To the caucasian lady working 7/26/21 @ 2:30am. ether you were Racial Profiling or ether didn't like me all because right after you gave a great feedback on order confirmation and I ask about your face mask doesn't mean I was flirting. You didn't have to change your attitude and purposely leave two tacos for me to wait in drive thru lane and not even have no remorse nor an apology for me. The shift manager, after speaking with him in Spanish, properly gave a full refund. I advise the lady to re watch her training on customer satisfaction and not be passive aggressive.

Hello this is regarding a visit to your establishment in Pico Rivera on 9180 Whittier Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660. My fiance and I decided to do a walk in at about 11:00 pm unfortunately upon arrival the location was not open even though they close at 12:00 am . I was hoping to get some information from the employees as to why they closed so early but they wouldn't even acknowledge my knocking or my attempt to call . I'm a Google local guide affiliate so I'm able to review and change incorrect information such as time and location so I'll be sure to fix this for future customers to save them from an unsatisfactory experience that I had unfortunately received.

Typical Taco Bell. Cheap eats. I still prefer Del Taco as far as mass-produced faux Mexican food goes.

Rude employee. When I walked up 1 door was closed the other one on side was unlocked. I asked employee what tm do u close lobby she replied. 9. Today I come same issue except all doors locked and when I go around to my car the employee inside is laughing at me. That aint rgt she should be suspended.

Got utensils made from some kind of cardboard. Absolutely ruined my meal. Straw was soggy in my drink. Might never eat here again. So frustrating!!

I ordered the combo box with the chalupa taco and burrito was made to my order and and the fries with the nacho cheese by the way I love those fries that's why I go to my food was nice and hot made to my order keep up the good job 👍

Ordered the chalupa combo. I luv it. But on last order my chalupa was chicken not beef. They messed up my order. I was already at home and didn't want to go back and complain. I know I should have but next time I will to another location. Lol anyway still foos is good.

It's affordable. Great alternative to MD's. I love the bean and cheese burrito. But it's very over processed and often unrecognizable. The service is what you'd expect from fast food employees. The atmosphere is "get in, get out".

Taco bell sucks now. Not just this location. No double deckers. No grilled steak soft tacos. Just cheap tacos. Meh.

Hours are inaccurate, both here, online, and posted. When this location opens is a crapshoot. I’ve tried to order breakfast here multiple times, only to find it closed when I arrived, sometimes 2 hours after posted opening time.

I love taco bell especially there Mexican pizza and Everything else on the menu of course is great food. The only thing this taco usually runs out of mild Hot sauce. Other then that 👍

Great bean burritos, I got a box, which is no longer $5 it was $7.99 for the Nacho Craving Box. Price increases on everything, but I guess that's everywhere. My one complaint would be that the lettuce, tomato and cheese added to the Chalupa made it cold. Otherwise, a clean restaurant, open fountain drink dispenser and restrooms for paying customers.

Went thru drive thru, which we normally go in due to the same reason as this review. Big order, $62. Made us park out front. Guy came to car with bag, saying.. "I made sure evrything is in the bag, including sauces" Briefly checked bag, came home. Imagine my disappointment, no nachos bellgrande!! I have receipt paid. This is why I recommend, GO IN!

Food is good, but short staffed early morning and took more than 5 minutes to acknowledge people standing in line. Table tops dirty. I ordered a coffee and asked for non-dairy creamer or half n half; did not have either. Only had pre-sweetened creamer. Not too friendly staffed.

Well, tbh fast food services are usually bad but my experience at this Taco Bell was amazing. Customer service was fabulous. Especially, Zamna really helped us out. She has a really positive attitude towards her customers unlike other fast food resturants. Food was delicious. Great job Zamna.

Foods always great. They have computers so you can put your own order in so its much faster and can play with your order the way you want.

Hard shell tacos are good plus the beans with cheese bowl small but good I thought the chalupa taco is good too

Ordered thru Postmates and got nachos, chicken quesadilla, cinnamon twists, pink lemonade, strawberry lemonade freeze and when the order was delivered it was only the drinks and not the food , they delivered something else and my drink looked tampered with like someone drank it cuz the drink was half way !!! Im never ordering here again.
